本发明公开了一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏及其制备方法,其牙膏由以下重量比的原料组成:组分A 27‑36.5份、组分B 57‑82份、组分C 0.35‑1.3份;所述组分A包括:水合硅石25‑30份、甘油月桂酸酯1‑2.5份、纤维素胶1‑4份;所述组分B包括:山梨(糖)醇40‑55份、IgY 0.1‑0.4份、焦磷酸钠0.04‑0.06份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑2份、水10‑15份;所述组分C包括:氨甲环酸0.04‑0.07份、乳链菌肽0.1‑0.4份。本发明采用IgY组分能够对口腔内的幽门螺旋杆菌进行有效抑制,从而缓解、改善口臭问题,本发明还采用了多种食品级抗菌、抗病毒组分,能同时抑制口腔内造成食物残渣腐烂,导致牙齿损害、口腔炎症的微生物,从而改善口腔问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化用品,特别是涉及一种牙膏,具体涉及一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
幽门螺杆菌是一种螺旋形、微厌氧、对生长条件要求十分苛刻的细菌,幽门螺杆菌可分为口腔幽门螺杆菌和胃部幽门螺杆菌,这种细菌感染首先引起口腔溃疡、慢性胃炎,并导致胃溃疡和胃萎缩,严重者则发展为胃癌,幽门螺杆菌感染与胃癌死亡率的高低呈现平行关系;
然而,目前现有抑制幽门螺杆菌方法,只是在出现症状时,通过服用药物进行抑制与杀灭,但是这些消炎成分大多是药用成分,很多还是化工合成的原料,因此长期使用会影响人体健康,且无法从源头对幽门螺杆菌进行抑制;其次,由于抑制幽门螺杆菌可以唾液等进行传播,因此容易在家庭内部之间传播。
另外人们越来越注重自身形象,特别是口臭会使得个人形象大打折扣,因此预防和治疗口臭是人们迫切的需求之一。而感染幽门螺旋杆菌后,幽门螺旋杆菌会引起胃炎、牙周炎等,从而引起口臭,且口臭十分顽固,十分不易清除。特别是幽门螺旋杆菌可以通过口口传染,一旦与感染有幽门螺旋杆菌的患者同食就很可能导致被传染,从而引起莫名口臭。
当然,在口腔中还有很多微生物会引起口臭,如革兰氏阳性菌、葡萄球菌、链球菌、微球菌等,其主要是通过引起口腔内的食物残渣腐败,从而造成口臭甚至牙周炎、溃疡等。
综上所述,需要预防和治疗口臭,就必须抑制口腔内的有害微生物,同时还必须抑制幽门螺旋杆菌,才能相对全面地解决口臭的问题,为此,我们提出一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏及其制备方法。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏及其制备方法,其能够有效抑制幽门螺旋杆菌,从而避免幽门螺旋杆菌感染造成的口臭。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏,由以下重量比的原料组成:
组分A 27-36.5份、组分B 57-82份、组分C 0.35-1.3份;
所述组分A包括:水合硅石25-30份、甘油月桂酸酯1-2.5份、纤维素胶1-4份;
所述组分B包括:山梨(糖)醇40-55份、IgY 0.1-0.4份、焦磷酸钠0.04-0.06份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份、水10-15份;
所述组分C包括:氨甲环酸0.04-0.07份、乳链菌肽0.1-0.4份。
优选的,该牙膏还包括组分D 0.15-0.3份,组分D包括薄荷提取物0.4-0.8份、香精0.05-0.08份。
优选的,组分B由以下组分按照重量份数比构成:山梨(糖)醇40-55份、IgY 0.1-0.4、焦磷酸钠0.04-0.06份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份、水10-15份、甘油5-8份、角叉菜胶0.5-1份、三氯半乳糖0.08-0.12份。
优选的,组分C由以下组分按照重量份数比构成:氨甲环酸0.04-0.07份、乳链菌肽0.1-0.4份、溶菌酶0.1-0.4份、乳铁蛋白0.1-0.4份。

优选的,一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏的制备方法,所述具体步骤如下:
S1、将组分B的组分依次按分量取出,超声波搅拌1-1.5h,使其搅拌均匀;
S2、将组分A的组分依次取出,然后超声波搅拌0.5-1h,再将搅拌后的混合液导倒入S1的搅拌器中进行混合搅拌均匀,并进行乳化;
S3、将组分C加入S2的搅拌器中,继续搅拌1-1.5h;
S5、进行均质化,静置4-8h获得牙膏。
优选的,S3-S5之间还包括S4、将组分D倒入S3的搅拌器中,搅拌0.5-1h。
各组分包括但不限于如下功能:
中山梨(糖)醇,主要用作调湿剂,且具有一定的甜味、口感较好,能够在保湿的同时调和牙膏的口味。
水合硅石,水合硅石也称纯乳胶、水合二氧化硅、白炭黑道、水合硅酸,其颗粒可以与牙齿进行摩擦,从而更好地清理牙齿,而且还能够使得牙膏稠化。
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,是一种两性离子表面活性剂,在酸性及碱性条件下均具有优良的稳定性,分别呈现阳和阴离子性,常与阴、阳离子和非离子表面活性剂并用,其配伍性能良好。刺激性小,易溶于水,对酸碱稳定,泡沫多,去污力强,具有优良的增稠性、柔软性、杀菌性、抗静电性、抗硬水性。能显著提牙膏的柔软性、调理性和低温稳定性。另外本发明中还具有洗涤、润湿、增稠、抗静电及杀菌等功能。
纤维素胶,作为粘接剂,用于将各组分“粘”在一起,形成一个稳定的膏体。
焦磷酸钠,又称二磷酸四钠,有无水物与十水物之分。十水物为无色或白色结晶或结晶性粉末,无水物为白色粉末,溶于水,不溶于乙醇和其他有机溶剂。本发明优选十水物。其主要能够溶解钙、镁的不溶性盐类,从而提高对牙齿的去污能力。另外,焦磷酸钠有反絮凝作用,可以对各油脂组分起乳化作用,还能降低溶液表面的张力和界面张力,起到助洗作用。
甘油月桂酸酯,月桂酸单甘油酯又名十二酸单甘油酯,是一种亲脂性的非离子型表面活性剂,是天然存在于母乳中的化合物。甘油月桂酸酯不仅可以起到乳化的作用,还是安全高效广谱的抗菌剂,且不受pH限制,在中性或微碱性条件下,仍有较好的抗菌效果。其在口腔内释放后能够起到较好的抑菌效果,而在制备和使用时,能够使得牙膏快速乳化。
氨甲环酸,又名凝血酸,白色结晶性粉末;无臭,味微苦。其退黑除斑的功效比维生素C高约50倍,是果酸的近10倍左右。主要用于淡化牙斑。
IgY,本发明选用幽门螺旋杆菌型IGY,其能够有效抑制幽门螺旋杆菌,从而抑制、改善由于幽门螺旋杆菌感染造成的口臭。
溶菌酶,又称胞壁质酶或N-乙酰胞壁质聚糖水解酶,是一种能水解细菌中黏多糖的碱性酶。溶菌酶主要通过破坏细胞壁中的N-乙酰胞壁酸和N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖之间的β-1,4糖苷键,使细胞壁不溶性黏多糖分解成可溶性糖肽,导致细胞壁破裂内容物逸出而使细菌溶解。溶菌酶还可与带负电荷的病毒蛋白直接结合,与DNA、RNA、脱辅基蛋白形成复合体,使病毒失活。从而抑制口腔内的有害微生物,缓解微生物活动造成的口臭。
乳铁蛋白,是乳汁中一种重要的非血红素铁结合糖蛋白,中性粒细胞颗粒中具有杀菌活性的单体糖蛋白。其具有广谱抗菌、抗氧化、抗癌、调节免疫系统等强大生物功能、增强机体抗病能力,从而进一步抑制口腔内的微生物。
乳链菌肽,也称乳酸链球菌素,其对革兰氏阳性菌,包括葡萄球菌、链球菌、微球菌等引起食品腐败和对人体健康有害的病菌有较强的抑制作用。若在食品中加入十万分之几到万分之几的乳链菌肽,就足以抑制引起食物腐败的许多革兰氏阳性菌的生长和繁殖,是一种高效、无毒的天然食品防腐剂。
水,作为溶剂和调和剂,使得各水溶性组分溶解、均质。
甘油,是一种无色、无臭、味甜,外观呈澄明黏稠液态的物质,其具有较高的保湿效果。
香精,用于调节气味、口味。
角叉菜胶,可以防止再被沾污,能改善牙膏的分散和贮存性能且还能够使产品润滑柔软,乳液的稳定性得到改善。
三氯半乳糖,用作表面活性剂、分散剂,稳定剂,且可以调节口味,作为矫味剂、甜味剂。
薄荷提取物,具有消炎、抑菌请清新口气的作用。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用IgY组分能够对口腔内的幽门螺旋杆菌进行有效抑制,从而缓解、改善口臭问题;
本发明还采用了多种食品级抗菌、抗病毒组分,能同时还能抑制口腔内造成食物残渣腐烂,导致牙齿损害、口腔炎症的微生物,从而进一步缓解口臭问题。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一
一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏的制备方法,所述具体步骤如下:
S1、将组分B的组分依次按分量取出,超声波搅拌1-1.5h,使其搅拌均匀;
S2、将组分A的组分依次取出,然后超声波搅拌0.5-1h,再将搅拌后的混合液导倒入S1的搅拌器中进行混合搅拌均匀,并进行乳化;
S3、将组分C加入S2的搅拌器中,继续搅拌1-1.5h
S4、将组分D倒入S3的搅拌器中,搅拌0.5-1h;如果没有组分D则此步骤省略;
S5、进行均质化,静置4-8h获得牙膏。
根据表1按照本发明的制备方法分别制备出不同的牙膏:

将各个牙膏制成后装入牙膏管内,由于牙膏管的口径是标准的,因此很容易控制牙膏的用。
实施例二
选择100例幽门螺杆菌阳性患者且口臭(口腔具有异味或臭味),100例非幽门螺杆菌阳性但口臭患者,分为五组,每组20例幽门螺杆菌阳性患者、20例非幽门螺杆菌阳性但口臭患者,分别命名为实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、对照组,实验组1、实验组2、实验组3、实验组4、对照组分别对应使用实施例一中的一号牙膏、二号牙膏、三号牙膏、四号牙膏、对照组牙膏,每天早晚各一次,每次一厘米左右(1g左右),采用普通软毛牙刷刷牙,每次刷牙至少5分钟,测试期连续8周,每周进行一次结果统计,统计结果如下(表2):

表2中,HP代表HP阳性患者,非HP代表非HP阳性但是口臭患者。转阴人数为通过幽门螺旋杆菌试剂盒检测刷牙后两小时的唾液得出,口臭有所改善、口臭明显改善通过测试人员及工作人员靠近(鼻子位于测试者口腔10-15㎝范围内嗅探得出),同样是刷牙后两小时检测且这两小时内不能进食,只能喝清水。测试时间为每周周日晚上使用后,测试周期起点为下周周一早上使用时。口臭明显改善的标准为基本没有异味或口臭。口臭有所改善的标准为异味明显降低。
而且通过本发明制得的牙膏,能够清洁口腔,减轻牙渍,洁白牙齿,减少牙菌斑,清新口气,清爽口感,减少口腔细菌,维护牙齿和牙周组织(含牙龈)健康,保持口腔健康。
由上表可以看出,在连续四周使用后,HP阳性患者会明显转阴,且口臭获得较大改善,在连续8周使用后绝大部分测试中口臭情况基本消失。究其原理主要是抑制了幽门螺旋杆菌以及其他会导致食物快速腐烂、口腔发炎的微生物,从而可以改善口腔环境,也就从根本上解决口臭问题。
本发明未详述之处,均为本领域技术人员的公知技术。

所述组分B包括:山梨(糖)醇40-55份、IgY 0.1-0.4份、焦磷酸钠0.04-0.06份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-2份、水10-15份;
所述组分C包括:氨甲环酸0.04-0.07份、乳链菌肽0.1-0.4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏,其特征在于,该牙膏还包括组分D 0.15-0.3份,组分D包括薄荷提取物0.4-0.8份、香精0.05-0.08份。

8.根据权利要求4所述的一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏,其特征在于,由以下重量比的原料组成:水合硅石30份、甘油月桂酸酯2份、纤维素胶2份、山梨(糖)醇50份、IgY 0.3份、焦磷酸钠0.06份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱2份、水13份、甘油8份、角叉菜胶0.6份、三氯半乳糖0.12份、氨甲环酸0.07份、乳链菌肽0.3份、溶菌酶0.4份、乳铁蛋白0.4份、薄荷提取物0.8份、香精0.08份。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一所述的一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,所述具体步骤如下:
S1、将组分B的组分依次按分量取出,超声波搅拌1-1.5h,使其搅拌均匀;
S2、将组分A的组分依次取出,然后超声波搅拌0.5-1h,再将搅拌后的混合液导倒入S1的搅拌器中进行混合搅拌均匀,并进行乳化;
S3、将组分C加入S2的搅拌器中,继续搅拌1-1.5h;
S5、进行均质化,静置4-8h获得牙膏。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种可抑制幽门螺旋杆菌的牙膏的制备方法,其特征在于,S3-S5之间还包括S4、将组分D倒入S3的搅拌器中,搅拌0.5-1h。
