Further, as shown in fig. 2, 8 and 9, the extrusion molding device 8 includes an extrusion cylinder 47 fixed on the frame body 1, a trumpet-shaped feeding cavity 48 is formed in the middle of the extrusion cylinder 47, an extrusion cavity 49 is formed below the feeding cavity 48, and a plurality of extrusion holes 50 are formed in the bottom of the extrusion cavity 49; an extrusion block 51 is arranged in the extrusion cavity 49; a ninth belt wheel 52 is arranged on the first rotating shaft 11; the frame body 1 is further provided with a ninth rotating shaft 53, and the ninth rotating shaft 53 is provided with a tenth belt wheel 54 connected with the ninth belt wheel 52; a second rotating disc 55 is arranged at the end part of the ninth rotating shaft 53, and the second rotating disc 55 is hinged with the extrusion block 51 through a crank connecting rod 56; the feeding cavity 48 in the extrusion forming device 8 is in a horn mouth shape and is used for receiving materials of the transmission device 7, then the first rotating shaft 11 drives the ninth rotating shaft 53 to rotate through the ninth belt pulley 52 and the tenth belt pulley 54, the ninth rotating shaft 53 drives the second rotating disc 55 to rotate, the extruding block 51 moves up and down in the extruding cavity 49 through the crank connecting rod 56 in the process of the second rotating disc 55, the materials entering the extruding cavity 49 from the feeding cavity 48 are extruded and formed to form strip-shaped feeds, and the strip-shaped feeds are cut to form particles.
In conclusion, the invention can complete the work of feeding, crushing, spiral feeding, mixing, transmission, extrusion forming and the like only by arranging one driving motor independently, thereby greatly reducing the cost, having simpler structure and more convenient maintenance and being worthy of great popularization.
