因为订合钉钉仓已用完,并且没有近侧定位的梭件支撑锁定构件116不与狭槽180接合,所以驱动构件110接合锁定构件116可以防止重新击发外科手术吻合器械的任何尝试。再次致动外科手术吻合器械的唯一方法是安装新的、未击发的重装件。
根据本公开的实施例的外科手术吻合器械可以被配置成接受和利用多种不同类型的重装件,其中不同类型的重装件具有订合钉的各种尺寸和布置。在实施例中,不同的重装件可以包含具有各种长度(L1-L4)的架子132的重装载专用梭件130a-130d,以适应订合钉配置的变化。如图13至图16所示,尽管在梭件上具有不同长度的架子,这些不同的重装件全部以相同的位置和角度接触锁定构件,以将锁定构件推到架子上。在实施例中,这些重装件可以进行颜色编码以指示订合钉配置,并且可以与机器人系统结合使用,其中机器人系统能够基于包含在给定重装件中的梭件的架子的长度来检测重装件的类型。
当安装每种类型的重装件或钉仓122时,梭件130的近侧倾斜边缘138接合锁定构件116的远侧部分119上的倾斜表面117。在安装期间钉仓122的向近侧移动导致梭件130的近侧倾斜边缘138沿着锁定构件116的远侧部分119的倾斜表面117滑动,以便远侧部分119向上移动并移到梭件130的架子132上,从而将锁定构件116放置在第一解锁位置,从而允许重新加载的外科手术吻合器械被致动,并且允许驱动构件110如上所述向远侧平移通过订合钉击发行程。
图17示出用于在安装未击发钉仓(也称为新的重装件)时确保正确对准的特征。在实施例中,引导结构135在通道134上的基本近侧位置处形成在通道134的侧壁134a、134b上。如图18中最佳所见,引导结构135可以包含在近侧方向和远侧方向两者上延伸的倾斜部分137。
图19图示未击发的、新的重装件,其被安装到根据本公开的外科手术吻合器械的说明性实施例中。在安装重装件时,钉仓122上的斜面129在引导结构135下方滑动,从而利于重装时的正确对准。本领域技术人员可以理解,引导结构135的倾斜部分137有助于防止钉仓122的任何边缘或拐角意外地卡在引导结构上。引导结构135正确对准重装件(并因此对准包含在其中的梭件)的作用有助于引导梭件130的倾斜边缘138与锁定构件116的远侧部分119的倾斜表面117接触,以便锁定构件116如上所述地沿梭件130的近侧倾斜部分138向上骑行,并骑行到架子132上。
图20示出锁定构件116的前壁120。因为前壁120提供了保护锁定构件116的其余部分的屏障,前壁120朝向锁定构件116的远端定位。可设想的是,在根据本公开的外科手术吻合器械的清洁或维修期间,锁定构件116的前壁120可以防止使用者意外地损坏或弹出锁定构件116。
图21示出锁定构件116的另一特征。具体地,图21示出一对支脚121,其配置成穿过形成在通道134的底壁134c上的开口139。支脚121防止使用者意外地移除或重新定位锁定构件116。为了移除锁定构件116,使用者将一对支脚121朝向通道134的中心捏住,然后通过通道134的开口139向上和向外引导支脚121。支脚121允许使用者在必要时移除锁定构件116以进行清洁,同时还防止在装载、使用或移动外科手术吻合器械时锁定构件的意外移动。
图22示出根据本公开的锁定构件116的说明性实施例,其具有形成在锁定构件116的向远侧延伸的臂171上的面向近侧的斜切表面170。锁定构件116可以大体上是“U形”的,具有向远侧延伸的臂171,该臂171起源于锁定构件116的近侧中心部分175。当驱动构件110在锁定构件116的臂171之间向远侧平移时,面向近侧的斜切表面170被配置成沿着通道134的纵向轴线“A”接合并对准驱动构件110(参见图17)。如图23中最佳所见,在实施例中,锁定构件116还可以具有面向远侧的斜切表面173,该面向远侧的斜切表面173被配置成当驱动构件110缩回并在锁定构件116的臂171之间移动时沿着通道134的纵向轴线接合并对准驱动构件110。斜切表面170和173一起有助于防止驱动构件110意外地接触锁定构件116的任何边缘或拐角,同时还利于驱动构件110的平移期间的正确对准。如图24中最佳所见,驱动构件110可以具有斜切边缘174,以辅助表面170和173对准。

Claims (11)
1.一种外科手术吻合器械,其包括:
砧夹具组件;
订合钉夹具组件,其包括配置成接收订合钉钉仓的通道,所述通道包括两个侧壁和底壁,所述底壁包括一对开口;
驱动构件,其被配置成平移通过所述订合钉钉仓;和
锁定构件,其在允许所述驱动构件向远侧平移的第一位置与防止所述驱动构件向远侧平移的第二位置之间可枢转,所述锁定构件包括一对支脚,所述一对支脚被配置成穿过所述通道的所述底壁中的所述一对开口,所述一对支脚能够从防止将所述一对支脚从所述开口中移出的第一位置移动到允许将所述一对支脚从所述开口中移出的第二位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述锁定构件是大致U形的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述锁定构件包括一对向远侧延伸的臂,所述一对支脚被形成在其远侧部分上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述向远侧延伸的臂能够弯曲以将所述一对支脚从所述第一位置移动到所述第二位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述锁定构件进一步包括一对面向远侧的斜切表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述通道进一步包括与所述通道的所述底壁相邻的凸轮表面,其中所述驱动构件包括被配置成接合所述凸轮表面并且朝向所述砧夹具组件枢转所述通道和所述锁定构件的支脚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述订合钉钉仓包括梭件,所述驱动构件被配置成可释放地接合所述梭件并且使所述梭件在远侧方向上平移通过订合钉击发行程。
8.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述驱动构件由机器人手术系统致动。
9.根据权利要求1所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述订合钉钉仓包括梭件,并且其中每个侧壁包括引导结构,并且其中所述订合钉钉仓的倾斜边缘位于所述梭件上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述引导结构被配置为当所述驱动构件在远侧方向上平移时,引导所述梭件的所述倾斜边缘与所述锁定构件的倾斜表面接触。
11.根据权利要求3所述的外科手术吻合器械,其中所述臂从所述锁定构件向远侧延伸,并且其中所述臂各自具有面向近侧的斜切表面,所述斜切表面被配置成当所述驱动构件在所述锁定构件的所述臂之间向远侧平移时,沿着所述通道的纵向轴线接合并对准所述驱动构件。
