Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of dyeing and finishing of polyester fabrics, and particularly discloses a low-temperature cleaning agent and application thereof in a washing process after dyeing of polyester knitted fabrics, wherein the low-temperature cleaning agent is prepared by adding a proper amount of deionized water into fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether and polyoxyethylene alkyl aryl ether according to the mass ratio of (0.5-3): 1, the concentration is 0.5-4.0 g/L when the low-temperature cleaning agent is applied, the cleaning time is 5-60 min, the cleaning temperature is 50-90 ℃, and the pH value of the cleaning agent is adjusted to be more than 8. The low-temperature cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning the polyester knitted fabric at low temperature under the alkaline condition, can efficiently remove the floating color on the surface of the fiber, suspends the dye which is not dyed in the aqueous solution, is an odorless environment-friendly safe cleaning agent, can replace the conventional vat-cleaned sodium hydrosulfite, can eliminate the potential safety hazards of the sodium hydrosulfite such as burning when meeting water, flying dust and pungent smell, achieves equivalent color fastness and obviously reduces the COD value of the residual liquid.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of dyeing and finishing of polyester fabrics, and particularly relates to a low-temperature cleaning agent and application thereof in a washing process after dyeing of polyester knitted fabrics.
Background
The dyeing post-treatment of deep color in the polyester knitted fabric is carried out by using sodium hydrosulfite/caustic soda for reduction cleaning in most of current dye factories. The method has long process time consumption, high cost, large water consumption, high COD of the residual liquid and great potential safety hazard of the sodium hydrosulfite. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a novel environment-friendly, energy-saving and safe low-temperature cleaning agent to replace sodium hydrosulfite.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a washing process after dyeing of a polyester knitted fabric and a low-temperature cleaning agent thereof, which replace the traditional sodium hydrosulfite, are environment-friendly, energy-saving and safe, meet the requirement on color fastness and can reduce the COD value of residual liquid discharge.

Moreover, the washing cycle of the dyed polyester knitted fabric is shorter than that of the traditional reduction washing, the hot washing step is omitted, and the energy is saved and the consumption is reduced.
