技术领域
本发明涉及润滑剂制备领域,具体是一种汽车动力总成用润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的润滑油大多数以矿物油作为基础油,矿物油存在着可生物降解性差等对环境和健康构成威胁的问题。特别是以矿物油作基础油的润滑脂一般很难满足 -60℃以下和150℃以上的使用的润滑性能,极压、抗磨性能较差,承载能力低,内燃机、变速箱、汽车总成在运行使用过程中,润滑剂的好坏将直接影响到汽车发动机的工作性能和质量,汽车用润滑剂不仅需要解决减小摩擦损失的问题,还涉及到防锈、抗压、耐磨、更换周期等一系列的问题。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种良好的粘温性能、低温流动性、热氧化稳定性好、安全性能好且更换周期长的汽车动力总成用润滑剂。
一种汽车动力总成用润滑剂及其制备方法,按质量百分比构成:
聚α烯烃基础油: 83.9~91%;
抗氧剂: 0.5~1%;
金属减活剂:0.1~0.5%;
极磨剂: 5.0~8.0%;
降凝剂: 0.5~1%;
防锈剂:0.1~0.5%;
清净分散剂:3.0~5.0%;
消泡剂:0.1~0.3%;
颜料:0.1~0.3%

本发明还提出了一种汽车动力总成用润滑剂及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1,在调合罐中按比例注入聚α烯烃基础油,开启加热和搅拌,其中加热温度为50℃~60℃,搅拌时长30min~50 min;
S2,最后依次按比例依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极磨剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、清净分散剂、消泡剂、颜料,搅拌,其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌30min,得到汽车动力总成用润滑剂。
本发明采用以上技术方案,具有以下优点:
1、聚α烯烃作为基础油的合成油,具有良好的粘温性能和低温流动性,在工作温度高于1000C时仍然保持较高的粘度指数,因此分离摩擦表面的油膜不会破坏最佳热能状态,而能够降低发动机整体的机械损耗减少零件磨损。
2、降凝剂的配比使得PAO倾点低,比矿物油具有更为优异的低温流动性,非常高的粘度指数,也就是说在温度的变化下粘度的变化并不大,这点就可以使发动机在严寒的天气下轻松启动,进一步保护动力总成部件,防止磨损。
3、抗氧剂和金属减活剂的配比配合使用使得热氧化稳定性好,结焦少:即使在极端苛刻的运行条件下,亦可实现超长的换油周期。
4、防锈剂的配比使用具有良好的成膜性,以及能在摩擦表面牢固地附着,起到保护表面的作用,要具有较低的剪切强度,摩擦系数小,从而避免不必要的动力损耗和温度上升。
5、消泡剂的配比使得大幅降低润滑剂的表面张力,防止泡沫形成具有良好的物理和化学稳定性,无毒、无味、安全,对人体无害,不刺激皮肤,符合环保要求。
6、清净分散剂的配比使得润滑剂可保持动力总成内部清洁,使生成的不溶性物质呈胶体悬浮状态,不至于进一步形成积炭、漆膜或油泥。
7、颜料的配比添加使用,使得润滑剂着色,当汽车动力总成的漏油更容易发现,安全性能更好。

聚α烯烃基础油: 83.9%;抗氧剂: 1%;金属减活剂:0.5%;极磨剂:8.0%;降凝剂:1%;防锈剂:0.5%;清净分散剂:5.0%;消泡剂:0.3%;颜料:0.3%,其中抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺,金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物,极磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐,降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸半酯,清净分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺,消泡剂为二甲基硅油,颜料为镉红nCdS·CdSe或铁红Fe2O3或甲苯胺红,采用本配方制得汽车动力总成用润滑剂具有良好的粘温性能、低温流动性、热氧化稳定性好、安全性能好的特点,具体参数详见表1。

聚α烯烃基础油: 87.6%;抗氧剂: 0.8%;金属减活剂:0.3%;极磨剂:6.0%;降凝剂:0.7%;防锈剂:0.2%;清净分散剂:4%;消泡剂:0.2%;颜料:0.2%,其中抗氧剂为辛/丁基二苯胺,金属减活剂为苯三唑衍生物,极磨剂为二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐,降凝剂为聚甲基丙烯酸酯,防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸半酯,清净分散剂为聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺,消泡剂为二甲基硅油,颜料为镉红nCdS·CdSe或铁红Fe2O3或甲苯胺红,采用本配方制得汽车动力总成用润滑剂具有良好的粘温性能、低温流动性、热氧化稳定性好、安全性能好的特点,具体参数详见表1。
制备实施例三的方法:首先,在调合罐中按比例注入聚α烯烃基础油,开启加热和搅拌,其中加热温度为55℃,搅拌时长30 min,最后依次按比例依次加入抗氧剂、金属减活剂、极磨剂、降凝剂、防锈剂、清净分散剂、消泡剂、颜料,搅拌,其中加热温度为50℃,搅拌30min,得到汽车动力总成用润滑剂。
