一种护栏式汽车充电装置,包括壳体以及设置于所述壳体上的移动滑轨,所述移动滑轨上滑动设有动力壳体,所述动力壳体与所述移动滑轨中的滑块固定连接,所述动力壳体中设有内腔,所述内腔中设有滚筒轴,所述滚筒轴上固定设有滚筒,本发明能在电动汽车行驶情况下为电动汽车补充电量,电动汽车行驶时只需要靠近道路旁的护栏并将速度减慢即可进行充电,连接后车辆即可恢复正常行驶速度,并且本装置仅需安装在电动汽车上后和电动汽车电源连接而无需对车辆重新进行设计,大大降低了使用门槛。

本发明涉及汽车充电技术领域,具体为一种护栏式汽车充电装置。
背景技术
随着地球石油资源的不断消耗,新能源汽车开始出现并占据越来越大的市场份额,其中电动汽车占比最大,但相比传统燃油汽车电动汽车存在着续航短充电时间慢的缺点,这些缺点让电动汽车开长途缺少了燃油车的安全感,针对上述问题,本发明进行了改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种护栏式汽车充电装置,克服了上述的问题。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
本发明的一种护栏式汽车充电装置,包括壳体以及设置于所述壳体上的移动滑轨,所述移动滑轨上滑动设有动力壳体,所述动力壳体与所述移动滑轨中的滑块固定连接,所述动力壳体中设有内腔,所述内腔中设有滚筒轴,所述滚筒轴上固定设有滚筒,所述滚筒上缠绕有电线,所述动力壳体右侧固定设有输送壳体,所述输送壳体中设有输送腔,所述输送腔底端滑动设有输送齿条,所述输送腔中固定设有传送电机,所述传送电机前侧动力连接有传送齿轮,所述传送齿轮与所述输送齿条啮合,所述输送壳体右侧固定设有吸附电磁铁,所述吸附电磁铁右侧固定吸附有球形充电器,所述球形充电器有橡胶制成,所述球形充电器左端与所述电线连接,所述球形充电器中固定设有吸附磁铁,所述吸附磁铁由铁制成能被磁铁吸附,所述吸附电磁铁通电后通过吸附住所述吸附磁铁固定所述球形充电器,所述球形充电器右端上下对称滑动设有保护盖,所述保护盖左端固定设有滑槽,所述滑槽的滑块与所述球形充电器固定连接,所述保护盖中固定设有能被磁铁吸附的磁铁,上下两个所述保护盖之间设有球内腔,所述球内腔中固定设有充电头,安装壳体用于安装在电动汽车上并于电动汽车电源连接,所述安装壳体左端设有信号腔,所述信号腔中固定设有信号按钮,所述安装壳体中设有储存腔,所述储存腔左端设有开口,所述储存腔中固定设有充电壳体,所述充电壳体中设有充电腔,所述充电壳体上下两端对称固定设有电磁铁,所述充电腔中固定设有液压缸,所述液压缸中滑动设有第一推杆和第二推杆,所述第二推杆左端固定设有充电口,所述充电腔前后壁之间转动设有传动轴,所述传动轴上固定设有动力齿轮,所述传动轴上固定设有凸轮,所述充电腔中滑动设有动力齿条,所述动力齿条与所述动力齿轮啮合,所述第一推杆左端与所述凸轮接触。
进一步的,所述安装壳体左端转动设有电动合页,所述电动合页上固定设有盖板,所述盖板能对所述信号按钮挤压。
进一步的,所述内腔右端固定设有支杆,所述支杆左端转动设有导轮。
进一步的,所述内腔左右两端对称固定设有啮合滑轨,所述啮合滑轨之间滑动设有所述滚筒轴,所述滚筒轴与所述啮合滑轨中的滑块固定连接,所述内腔中固定设有动力电机,所述动力电机左侧动力连接有电机轴,所述电机轴与所述滚筒轴通过齿轮传动连接。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能在电动汽车行驶情况下为电动汽车补充电量,电动汽车行驶时只需要靠近道路旁的护栏并将速度减慢即可进行充电,连接后车辆即可恢复正常行驶速度,并且本装置仅需安装在电动汽车上后和电动汽车电源连接而无需对车辆重新进行设计,大大降低了使用门槛。

工作步骤为:本发明中的壳体10需要安装在道路旁的护栏上,安装壳体54需要安装至电动汽车侧边,并将安装壳体54和电源连接,车辆正常行驶时电量如果偏低则驾驶车辆开到最靠近壳体10的车道上,电动合页28启动将盖板37顺时针旋转输送腔180度,信号按钮43弹起,安装壳体54向壳体10发出信号,动力壳体12快速移动至车旁,电动汽车适当减速,动力壳体12保持和车基本一样的速度,传送电机22启动,传送齿轮21旋转带动输送齿条23向右侧滑动,输送齿条23将球形充电器45向右推入开口36内,之后输送齿条23恢复原位置,电磁铁29通电吸引磁铁48,保护盖49向上沿滑槽47滑动,保护盖49向上滑动过程中推动动力齿条38向上移动,动力齿条38向上移动的过程中推动动力齿轮40转动,动力齿轮40带动传动轴31和凸轮39转动,凸轮39推动第一推杆32向右移动,通过液压缸41推动第二推杆44向左移动,充电口42与充电头51啮合开始对电动汽车进行充电,如果驾驶者想停止充电则电磁铁29断电,充电口42恢复原位置,保护盖49沿滑槽47向下滑动至初始位置,啮合滑轨53启动带动滚筒轴24和滚筒26向上滑动令两个齿轮16啮合,动力电机14启动带动滚筒26旋转对电线15进行缠绕将球形充电器45收回,吸附电磁铁46通电对吸附磁铁52进行吸附固定球形充电器45,由于球形充电器45由橡胶构成即使后方有车辆突然超车撞击到了电线15导致充电断开也不会对超车车辆造成损害,动力壳体12能通过移动滑轨11回到初始位置为下一辆车进行充电。
