Abstract

本发明涉及一种加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺,包括如下步骤:一、加固剂的制备,二、定型剂的制备,三、加固剂喷涂,四、定型剂喷涂。本发明采用了一种较易实现的加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺及修复工艺,在脱层的茬口涂上容易渗透的水性涂层,实现原有旧涂层再次牢固粘着,防止水再次侵入,因此大大减少了维修的工作量。

加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺。
背景技术:
目前市场上的防火涂料有膨胀型和非膨胀型两大类,耐火时间较长的常常采用非膨胀(厚型)防火涂料,涂料采用水泥基料作为粘结物,即使在涂层表面加涂了防水的面漆,在长时间的应用中,仍然会因为光照、雨林而损坏。主要表现为涂层吸水、脱落、起壳等。特别是在火车站台的线间钢柱上,脱落的涂层成为高速列车的隐患。发生起壳、吸水的涂层往往只能铲除重涂,消耗大量的人工和材料。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种能够大大减少维修工作量的加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺(或修复工艺),包括如下步骤:
一、加固剂的制备:
(1)按质量比称量硅酸盐有机硅乳液50-70%、碱性助剂3-10%、去离子水5-10%、硅酸锂5-10%、基材表面湿润剂0.5-2%,备用;
(2)将硅酸盐有机硅乳液和去离子水慢速搅拌混匀,慢慢滴加碱性助剂,调整PH值到大于12;
(3)降低搅拌器转速到50转以下,更慢的滴加速度加入硅酸锂,搅拌30分钟,观察混合液不产生分层后停止,静置1小时后加入基材表面润湿剂混匀,作为加固剂备用;
二、定型剂的制备:
(1)将氢氧化铝加入到磷酸中,加热搅拌,反应到无色透明,备用;
(2)将上述反应物冷却后加入30%-60%的纯净水稀释,备用;
三、加固剂喷涂:
用羊毛辊筒或毛刷蘸取加固剂,涂刷在水泥基非膨胀型防火涂层的表面和断口处,也可以直接使用喷雾器喷涂松动的水泥基非膨胀防火涂层各处;
四、定型剂喷涂:
目测加固剂渗透进损坏的水泥基非膨胀型防火涂层后,等待2小时,用喷雾器在所有涂过加固剂的表面或防火涂层断口处喷上定型剂,自然养护10分钟,完成修复。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用了一种较易实现的加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺及修复工艺,在脱层的茬口涂上容易渗透的水性涂层,实现原有旧涂层再次牢固粘着,防止水再次侵入,因此大大减少了维修的工作量。
具体实施方式:
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易被本领域人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
下面以站台钢柱水泥基非膨胀防火涂层维修为例:
一、检测原损坏的水泥基非膨胀防火涂层
(1)附着力已经小于0.15MPa,轻轻敲打即大面积剥落。
(2)剥离疏松的旧涂层,至于水中,大量吸水,强度急剧降低。
二、施工
按质量比称量硅酸盐有机硅乳液50-70%、碱性助剂3-10%、去离子水5-10%、硅酸锂5-10%、基材表面湿润剂0.5-2%,备用;
将硅酸盐有机硅乳液和去离子水慢速搅拌混匀,慢慢滴加碱性助剂,调整PH值到大于12;
降低搅拌器转速到50转以下,更慢的滴加速度加入硅酸锂,搅拌30分钟,观察混合液不产生分层后停止,静置1小时后加入基材表面润湿剂混匀,作为加固剂备用;
将氢氧化铝加入到磷酸中,加热搅拌,反应到无色透明,备用;
将上述反应物冷却后加入30%-60%的纯净水稀释,备用;

目测加固剂渗透进损坏的水泥基非膨胀型防火涂层后,等待2小时,用喷雾器在所有涂过加固剂的表面或防火涂层断口处喷上定型剂,自然养护10分钟,完成修复。
三、测试
(1)附着力测试:
拉脱强度大大提高,附着力可以达到0.3MPa,超过标准要求,每次拉脱基本都是内聚力失败,钢铁基材都有残留的防火涂层。
(2)耐水性:
经过维修的水泥基非膨胀防火涂层,泼水试验未见吸水,强行剥离下的水泥基非膨胀防火涂层浸泡于水中,观察发现不吸水,涂层始终浮在水面。
(3)防火性测试:
火焰喷灯燃烧测试,在规定的时间内涂层背温没有超出原设计要求。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种加固火车站台钢结构非膨胀型防火涂层的施工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
一、加固剂的制备:
(1)按质量比称量硅酸盐有机硅乳液50-70%、碱性助剂3-10%、去离子水5-10%、硅酸锂5-10%、基材表面湿润剂0.5-2%,备用;
(2)将硅酸盐有机硅乳液和去离子水慢速搅拌混匀,慢慢滴加碱性助剂,调整PH值到大于12;
(3)降低搅拌器转速到50转以下,慢慢滴加硅酸锂,搅拌30分钟,观察混合液不产生分层后停止,静置1小时后加入基材表面润湿剂混匀,作为加固剂备用;
二、定型剂的制备:
(1)将氢氧化铝加入到磷酸中,加热搅拌,反应到无色透明,备用;
(2)将上述反应物冷却后加入30%-60%的纯净水稀释,备用;
三、加固剂喷涂:
用羊毛辊筒或毛刷蘸取加固剂,涂刷在水泥基非膨胀型防火涂层的表面和断口处;
四、定型剂喷涂:
目测加固剂渗透进损坏的水泥基非膨胀型防火涂层后,等待2小时,用喷雾器在所有涂过加固剂的表面或防火涂层断口处喷上定型剂,自然养护10分钟,完成修复。
