技术领域
本发明涉及面膜制备技术领域,特别涉及一种魔芋祛痘面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面部痤疮,俗称青春痘,是一种常见的皮肤病,好发于青少年和体脂分泌旺盛的成年人。青春痘是因为面部皮脂腺分泌旺盛,角质层脱离,与外界的油脂尘垢混合后,堵塞毛孔,在面部表层引起慢性炎症性的皮肤病,严重时会引起色素细胞增生,留下难以消除的色素瘢痕,影响患者的容貌。
西医常采用维甲酸类药物内服加激素抗炎类药物外用治疗面部痤疮,但这些药物药效强,刺激性大,往往并存许多不良反应,如皮肤潮红、干燥和脱皮等现象。除此之外,物理疗法如离子导入法、激光换肤术等逐渐步入人们的视线,但因为高昂的治疗费用让很多患者难以接受。中医治疗因其副作用小疗效显著一直受到患者喜爱。
申请号为200810158986.X的发明专利“一种魔芋面膜”(申请日:2008.11.24),面膜配方为魔芋15~20%、高岭土10~12%、氧化锌1.8~2.0%、乙醇4.0~6.0%、海藻酸钠2.0~3.0%、羧甲基纤维素0.8~1.0%、貂油2.0~2.2%、丙二醇3.0~4.0%、防腐剂0.01~0.03%、香精0.3~0.6%、余量为去离子水。此面膜有较好的抗氧化能力,但透气性不佳,影响毛孔呼吸以及舒张,难以吸收营养物质;且不具祛痘效果。
因此,如何制备一种魔芋祛痘面膜,使得其增强透皮吸收的效果,提高祛痘疗效,成为本领域的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种魔芋祛痘面膜,利用魔芋吸水后形成网状结构,可吸附大量的纳米化中药成分。魔芋对皮肤很好的粘附性,可使魔芋面膜中的纳米中药成分更好的与皮肤接触;中药祛痘成分纳米化后,可增强中药营养祛痘成分的穿透力,增强透皮吸收的效果,提高祛痘疗效;白术根、白芷根、黄芪根和芦荟叶能起到协同增效的祛痘作用。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供一种魔芋祛痘面膜,所述魔芋祛痘面膜包括面膜片和纳米级美容液;
所述面膜片的成分以重量份数计包括:魔芋微粉20份~30份,去离子水80份~100份,明胶2份~3份,羧甲基纤维钠2份~3份,珍珠粉10份~20份;
所述纳米级美容液的成分以重量份数计包括:A粉末2份~3份、B粉末4份~6份、去离子水100份~200份、海藻酸钠0.1份~0.2份和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份~0.2份;所述A粉末和所述B粉末的制备方法为:

本发明还提供了一种魔芋祛痘面膜的制备方法,所述方法包括:
将以重量份数计的魔芋微粉20份~30份、去离子水80份~100份、明胶2份~3份、羧甲基纤维钠2份~3份和珍珠粉10份~20份,在45℃~55℃的条件下搅拌溶解均匀,获得魔芋微粉水溶液;
将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具中静置,后脱水,获得面膜片;
以重量份数计,将白术根6份~10份、白芷根6份~10份和黄芪根3份~5份粉碎混匀获得混合物,加入乙醇回流提取,后固液分离,获得A液和渣体;将所述渣体中加入搅碎的芦荟叶10份~20份,加水煎煮,后固液分离,获得B液;将所述A液和所述B液分别浓缩至膏状,后经冷冻干燥,获得A粉末和B粉末;
以重量份数计,将所述A粉末2份~3份、所述B粉末4份~6份、去离子水100份~200份、海藻酸钠0.1份~0.2份和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份~0.2份混合溶解后经喷雾干燥,获得纳米级美容液;
将所述面膜片置于所述纳米级美容液中浸泡,获得魔芋祛痘面膜。
进一步地,所述将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具中静置,后脱水,获得面膜片,包括:
将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具于-25℃~15℃下静置,后在真空度80Pa~100Pa,温度为20℃~40℃的真空箱中脱水8~10小时,获得面膜片。
进一步地,所述加入乙醇的体积与所述混合物质量的比值为(5~6)ml/g。
进一步地,所述煎煮加水的体积与所述渣体质量的比值为(3~4)ml/g。
进一步地,所述纳米级美容液的粒度为50nm~250nm。
进一步地,所述将所述面膜片置于所述纳米级美容液中浸泡,获得魔芋祛痘面膜,包括:

本发明提供的一种魔芋祛痘面膜,利用魔芋吸水后形成网状结构,可吸附大量的纳米化中药成分。魔芋对皮肤很好的粘附性,可使魔芋面膜中的纳米中药成分更好的与皮肤接触;中药祛痘成分采用海藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠纳米化后,可增强中药营养祛痘成分的穿透力,增强透皮吸收的效果,提高祛痘疗效;白术根、白芷根、黄芪根和芦荟叶能起到协同增效的祛痘作用,具体地:
黄芪首先记载于《神农本草经》并被列为上品,具有补中益气,固表止汗,利水消肿的功效。现代研究表明黄芪根的醇提物对痢疾杆菌、肺炎双球菌、溶血性链球菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌均具有抑制作用,可预防痤疮创口避免感染,保护伤口;芦荟含有丰富的天然维生素E、C、A及B,矿物质(钾、锌、硒),氨基酸等基本营养成分,同时含有芦荟多糖及酚类化合物,具有天然抗炎和保湿功效,对面部痤疮具有舒缓作用。珍珠可以清热解毒,清洁皮肤,控制油分,还可促进受损组织再生恢复。对于油脂型痤疮,可以清除毛孔表面堆积油脂,软化角质层,促进毛孔通畅,珍珠粉中含有的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),可抑制黑色素形成,延缓衰老,保持皮肤活力。白术具有“主面光悦,驻颜祛斑”之功效,用白术蘸酒如研磨之状治雀斑和黑斑的效果为“极致”,可消除因痤疮痘导致的色素瘢痕。白芷:可改善人体面部微循环,促进新城代谢,延缓衰老。《本经》曾说它“长肌肤,润泽,可作面脂”,可促进痤疮炎症伤口的愈合。在本配方中,抗炎成分为黄芪和芦荟,同时芦荟富含的多种营养成分可促进细胞增生,加速疮口愈合。珍珠粉用于控制面部油分,避免过多的油脂堆积阻塞毛孔。白术根及白芷根用于疮面愈合后的修复,可消除痤疮留下来的疤痕,润泽肤色。

所述面膜片的成分以重量份数计包括:魔芋微粉20份~30份,去离子水80份~100份,明胶2份~3份,羧甲基纤维钠2份~3份,珍珠粉10份~20份;
所述纳米级美容液的成分以重量份数计包括:A粉末2份~3份、B粉末4份~6份、去离子水100份~200份、海藻酸钠0.1份~0.2份和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份~0.2份;所述A粉末和所述B粉末的制备方法为:

魔芋微粉20份~30份的原因为:魔芋中含有的葡聚糖是一种高分子量的非离子多糖,具有吸水性,具有吸水性、凝胶性、黏结性等特点,而且具有非常好的成膜性,所形成的膜韧性强、延展性好,特别是拥有良好的粘附性,能与皮肤密切结合,达到预期的清洁效果;葡甘露聚糖是一种纯植物源活性物质,对皮肤无刺激,无副作用,在自然界中易降解;若魔芋微粉的重量份数少于20份不利于面膜成型,若魔芋微粉的重量份数多于30份不利于魔芋网状结构对于美容液的吸附不利影响。
明胶2份~3份,羧甲基纤维钠2份~3份的原因为:作为辅料,过少难以起到辅料作用,过多增加成本。
珍珠粉10份~20份的原因为:可以清热解毒,清洁皮肤,控制油分,还可促进受损组织再生恢复。对于油脂型痤疮,可以清除毛孔表面堆积油脂,软化角质层,促进毛孔通畅,对付痘痘十分有效。珍珠粉中含有的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),可抑制黑色素形成,延缓衰老,保持皮肤活力;若珍珠粉的重量份数少于10份无控油之功效不利影响,若珍珠粉的重量份数多于20份不利于后期纳米化的制备产生不利影响。
A粉末2份~3份、B粉末4份~6份、去离子水100份~200份、海藻酸钠0.1份~0.2份和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份~0.2份的原因为:过多或过少均难以获得纳米级美容液;
A粉末中:白术根6份~10份、白芷根6份~10份和黄芪根3份~5份的原因为:黄芪、芦荟、珍珠粉、白术根和白芷根若分开只为单一疗效,无法实现抗炎、抑菌、愈合、祛癍痕和润肤效果。
由此可知,本发明提供的一种魔芋祛痘面膜,利用魔芋吸水后形成网状结构,可吸附大量的纳米化中药成分。魔芋对皮肤很好的粘附性,可使魔芋面膜中的纳米中药成分更好的与皮肤接触;中药祛痘成分采用海藻酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠纳米化后,可增强中药营养祛痘成分的穿透力,增强透皮吸收的效果,提高祛痘疗效;白术根、白芷根、黄芪根和芦荟叶能起到协同增效的祛痘作用。

S1、将以重量份数计的魔芋微粉20份~30份、去离子水80份~100份、明胶2份~3份、羧甲基纤维钠2份~3份和珍珠粉10份~20份,在45℃~55℃的条件下搅拌溶解均匀,获得魔芋微粉水溶液;
S2、将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具中静置,后脱水,获得面膜片;
S3、以重量份数计,将白术根6份~10份、白芷根6份~10份和黄芪根3份~5份粉碎混匀获得混合物,加入乙醇回流提取,后固液分离,获得A液和渣体;将所述渣体中加入搅碎的芦荟叶10份~20份,加水煎煮,后固液分离,获得B液;将所述A液和所述B液分别浓缩至膏状,后经冷冻干燥,获得A粉末和B粉末;
S4、以重量份数计,将所述A粉末2份~3份、所述B粉末4份~6份、去离子水100份~200份、海藻酸钠0.1份~0.2份和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份~0.2份混合溶解后经喷雾干燥,获得纳米级美容液;

本发明提供的一种魔芋祛痘面膜的制备方法,以白术根、白芷根、黄芪根和芦荟叶能起到协同增效的祛痘作用的中药组分制成纳米级美容液,以魔芋微粉、明胶、羧甲基纤维钠和珍珠粉制备成面膜片具有网状结构,可吸附大量的纳米化中药成分;可增强中药营养祛痘成分的穿透力,增强透皮吸收的效果,提高祛痘疗效。
作为可选的实施方式,所述S2中,将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具于-25℃~15℃下静置,后在真空度80Pa~100Pa,温度为20℃~40℃的真空箱中脱水8~10小时,获得面膜片。
作为可选的实施方式,所述S3中,所述加入乙醇的体积(ml)为所述混合物质量(g)5~6倍。这样体积的乙醇能保证中药成分充分提取。
作为可选的实施方式,所述S3中,所述煎煮加水的体积(ml)为所述渣体质量(g)的3~4倍。这样体积的煎煮水能保证中药成分充分提取。
所述纳米级美容液的粒度为50nm~250nm。这个范围范围内的粒度可增强中药营养祛痘成分的穿透力,增强透皮吸收的效果,提高祛痘疗效。
作为可选的实施方式,所述S5中,将所述面膜片置于所述纳米级美容液中浸泡12h~24h,后冷冻干燥,并用60Coγ辐照灭菌,包装,获得魔芋祛痘面膜。
下面将结合实施例、对比例及实验数据对本申请的一种魔芋祛痘面膜进行详细说明。
S1、将以重量份数计的魔芋微粉20份~30份、去离子水80份~100份、明胶2份~3份、羧甲基纤维钠2份~3份和珍珠粉10份~20份,在45℃~55℃的条件下搅拌溶解均匀,获得魔芋微粉水溶液;
S2、将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具中静置,后脱水,获得面膜片;
S3、以重量份数计,将白术根6份~10份、白芷根6份~10份和黄芪根3份~5份粉碎混匀获得混合物,加入乙醇回流提取,后固液分离,获得A液和渣体;将所述渣体中加入搅碎的芦荟叶10份~20份,加水煎煮,后固液分离,获得B液;将所述A液和所述B液分别浓缩至膏状,后经冷冻干燥,获得A粉末和B粉末;
S4、以重量份数计,将所述A粉末2份~3份、所述B粉末4份~6份、去离子水100份~200份、海藻酸钠0.1份~0.2份和羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份~0.2份混合溶解后经喷雾干燥,获得纳米级美容液;

5.根据权利要求4所述的魔芋祛痘面膜,其特征在于,所述将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具中静置,后脱水,获得面膜片,包括:
将所述魔芋微粉水溶液倒入面膜膜具于-25℃~15℃下静置,后在真空度80Pa~100Pa,温度为20℃~40℃的真空箱中脱水8~10小时,获得面膜片。
6.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋祛痘面膜,其特征在于,所述加入乙醇的体积与所述混合物质量的比值为(5~6)ml/g。
7.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋祛痘面膜,其特征在于,所述煎煮加水的体积与所述渣体质量的比值为(3~4)ml/g。
8.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋祛痘面膜,其特征在于,所述纳米级美容液的粒度为50nm~250nm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的魔芋祛痘面膜,其特征在于,所述将所述面膜片置于所述纳米级美容液中浸泡,获得魔芋祛痘面膜,包括:
将所述面膜片置于所述纳米级美容液中浸泡12h~24h,后冷冻干燥,并用60Coγ辐照灭菌,包装,获得魔芋祛痘面膜。
