under the operating condition, two wash cages 3 are located drying chamber 10 on upper portion and purge chamber 11 of lower part respectively, let in high temperature drying gas through intake pipe 20 in drying chamber 10, carry out drying process to the bulk drug in wasing cage 3, and the wash cage 3 that is located purge chamber 11 then washs the bulk drug with the help of the water in it. In the drying and cleaning processes, the cleaning cage 3 is in a self-rotating state. The principle is as follows: when the hydraulic cylinder 64 is extended, the first friction disc 65 is contacted with the second friction disc 66 and pressed (similar to the clutch principle), so that the power of the driving motor 61 can be transmitted to the cleaning cage 3. Conversely, the first friction disk 65 is separated from the second friction disk 66, and the cleaning cage 3 stops rotating.
When the cleaning and drying process is finished, the raw material medicine in the cleaning cage 3 positioned above is transferred away by utilizing suction equipment and is put into new uncleaned raw material medicine, in order to take and place materials conveniently, a feeding port with a cover plate is arranged on the side surface of the cleaning cage 3, and the cover plate is clamped in the feeding port;
then, the rotating motor 51 is started, and the side bracket 4 rotates the cleaning cage 3 by 180 degrees. In the process, the positioning rod 17 gradually approaches to and contacts with the guide block 191, due to the arc-shaped structural design of the top of the guide block 191, the positioning rod 17 presses the guide block 191 to force the guide block 191 to move downwards, meanwhile, the blocking plate 194 also moves downwards, the water discharge hole 196 is gradually opened, the connecting rod 192 also drives the positioning plate 193 to move towards the outer side of the width direction of the partition plate 9 along the step surface 198 at the moment, before the cleaning cage 3 is free from contact with the water baffle 15, the positioning plate 193 is located in the area where the step surface 198 is located, when the cleaning cage 3 is located at the vertical position, the positioning rod 17 is just clamped in the positioning groove 1912 at the top of the guide block 191 to complete the positioning of the side bracket 4, the water discharge hole 196 at the moment is also completely opened, and the positioning plate 193 also extends to the farthest end and stabilizes the water baffle. Claims (9)
1. The traditional Chinese medicine compound mouthwash is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of wild chrysanthemum, 25-35 parts of golden cypress, 10-25 parts of honeysuckle, 30-40 parts of maimendong, 40-60 parts of lychee seed, 2-8 parts of mirabilis jalapa, 5-10 parts of chamomile, 10-15 parts of cortex meliae, 1-5 parts of preservative and 10-15 parts of sweetener.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine compound mouthwash according to claim 1, is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 parts of wild chrysanthemum flower, 30 parts of golden cypress, 20 parts of honeysuckle flower, 35 parts of maimendong, 50 parts of lychee seed, 5 parts of mirabilis jalapa, 8 parts of chamomile, 12 parts of cortex meliae, 3 parts of preservative and 12 parts of sweetener.
3. The traditional Chinese medicine compound mouthwash according to claim 1, wherein the sweetener is one or a mixture of several of stevia rebaudiana, xylitol, sorbitol and alitame mixed according to any ratio.
4. A method for preparing a compound traditional Chinese medicine mouthwash according to claim 1 or 2, which comprises the following steps:
(1) putting wild chrysanthemum flower, amur corktree bark, honeysuckle flower, maidenhair, lychee seed, mirabilis jalapa, chamomile and chinaberry bark in the raw material medicines into a cleaning and drying device according to the proportion for cleaning, then drying the raw material medicines by using the cleaning and drying device, pumping the dried raw material medicines into a crusher by using suction equipment, crushing the raw material medicines by using the crusher, and sieving the crushed raw material medicines by using a 105-fold 110-mesh sieve;
(2) adding deionized water into the crushed raw material medicines in the step (1), decocting for 10-25 minutes, filtering while hot, and adding a certain amount of deionized water into the filtrate;
(3) grinding the sweetening agent and the preservative into powder, adding the powder into the filtrate obtained in the step (2), heating in a water bath at 52-58 ℃, stirring for 1-2 hours, cooling, filtering, sterilizing and subpackaging to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine compound mouthwash.
5. The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine compound mouthwash according to claim 4, is characterized in that: the cleaning and drying device comprises a box body (1), a box cover (2), a cleaning cage (3), a side support (4), a rotating mechanism (5) and a power mechanism (6), wherein the box body (1) is of a shell structure with an upper end opening, the box cover (2) is installed at the top of the box body (1), the cleaning cage (3) is provided with two parts which are symmetrically installed at the upper end and the lower end of the side support (4), the cleaning cage (3) is rotationally connected onto the side support (4) through a driving shaft (7), when the cleaning cage (3) is in a vertical position, the driving shaft (7) can be connected with the power mechanism (6) to drive the cleaning cage (3) to rotate automatically, the outer side of the side support (4) is provided with a rotating sleeve (8), the rotating sleeve (8) is rotationally connected onto the side wall of the box body (1) through a bearing, the rotating sleeve (8) is further connected to the rotating mechanism (5) to, a partition plate (9) which is horizontally arranged is further arranged between the two side supports (4) and divides the box body (1) into a drying chamber (10) at the upper part and a cleaning chamber (11) at the lower part, two ends of the partition plate (9) are connected with support shafts (12), the support shafts (12) penetrate through holes in the side supports (4) and rotating sleeves (8), the outer ends of the support shafts (12) are connected with positioning shafts (13) with polygonal cross sections, a fixing plate (14) is installed on the outer side of the box body (1), and positioning holes matched with the positioning shafts (13) are formed in the fixing plate (14) and used for limiting the positioning shafts (13);
