Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of bean product processing, in particular to a preparation method of a selenium-rich sea-buckthorn dried beancurd stick and a high-protein seedling raising tray carrier, which comprises selenium-rich organic soybeans, L-selenium methyl selenocysteine and natural mountain spring water, wherein the natural mountain spring water with the pH value of 6.5-8.5 is firstly collected, then the selected high-protein selenium-rich soybeans, the L-selenium methyl selenocysteine and the natural mountain spring water in corresponding weight parts are weighed for standby application, the selected soybeans are soaked again, the natural mountain spring water with the temperature of 50-70 ℃ and the L-selenium methyl selenocysteine which are 1-2 times of the weight of the soybeans are added, the soybeans are soaked for 5-10 hours and ground into pulp to obtain selenium-containing protein soybean milk, then the selenium-containing soybean milk is added into a steam boiler device to be heated and stirred uniformly for 1-3 minutes, different functional nutritional ingredients are respectively added according to the technical purposes achieved by different embodiments, finally the steam heating is carried out, the bean curd skin is taken out, dried or aired to prepare the selenium-rich bean curd stick sterilizing pot bag package, and 50 parts by weight of the selenium-rich soybeans in the formula have the functions of resisting oxidation and aging, protecting and repairing cells, improving the oxygen carrying capacity of erythrocytes and improving the immunity of human bodies.
Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention relates to the technical field of bean product processing, in particular to a method for preparing selenium-rich dried beancurd sticks by using high-protein soybeans.
Background
Selenium is a trace element necessary for human bodies, and a large number of clinical experiments show that the selenium deficiency of human bodies can cause the functional disorder of certain important organs to cause a plurality of serious diseases, and the low-selenium or selenium-deficiency people can prevent the occurrence of tumors, liver diseases and the like, improve the immunity of organisms, maintain the normal functions of the important organs such as heart, liver, lung, stomach and the like and prevent the occurrence of senile cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases by supplementing selenium in a proper amount. Although various dried beancurd sticks with multiple prices and different levels exist in the market at present, the market does not contain organic biological selenium-rich high protein and functional health-care dried beancurd sticks, the dried beancurd sticks contain basic nutrient substances of soybeans but almost no biological selenium element, and most enterprises blend corn starch for reducing cost, reduce nutrient components of the dried beancurd sticks and cause low quality and poor functionality, so that the demand for preparing the selenium-rich dried beancurd sticks by using high-protein soybeans is increased day by day.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a preparation method of selenium-rich sea-buckthorn dried beancurd sticks and a high-protein seedling raising tray carrier, which aims to solve the problems that the prior various dried beancurd sticks in the market do not contain selenium element in protein, and the technology adopts non-transgenic selenium-rich soybeans in the original production area of Heilongjiang as raw materials, so that the nutritional comprehensiveness of the dried beancurd sticks is ensured, and the problems of low quality, poor functionality and the like of the prior dried beancurd sticks in the market are solved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a method for preparing selenium-rich dried beancurd stick from selenium-rich high-protein soybean comprises 50 weight parts of selenium-rich organic soybean with soybean protein content of 40% -49%, 0.3-0.6 weight part of L-selenium methyl selenocysteine and 49.7-49.4 weight parts of natural spring water.
Preferably, the method comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: collecting natural spring water with pH of 6.5-8.5, filtering, sterilizing, and packaging to obtain natural spring water with colorless and transparent appearance;
step two: weighing selected high-protein selenium-enriched soybean, L-selenium methyl selenocysteine and natural spring water in corresponding weight parts for later use;
step three: soaking selected semen glycines, adding natural spring water of 50-70 deg.C and L-selenium methyl selenocysteine 1-2 times of semen glycines weight, soaking for 5-10 hr, and grinding to obtain selenium-containing protein soybean milk;
step four: adding the mixture into a steam kettle device, heating and uniformly stirring for 1-3 minutes;
step five: heating with steam at 100 deg.C, stopping heating, cooling to 60-90 deg.C, taking out oil skin and bean curd skin, oven drying or air drying, determining the size of bean curd sheet, and packaging.
Preferably, the heating, mixing and stirring temperature in the steam kettle device is 50-60 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. in the invention, 50 parts by weight of selenium-rich soybean is contained in the formula, so that the selenium-rich soybean has the functions of resisting oxidation and aging, protecting and repairing cells, improving the oxygen carrying capacity of erythrocytes, improving the immunity of a human body, detoxifying, expelling toxin, resisting pollution, purifying blood, improving the physique, preventing canceration, helping digestion, absorbing food and nutrients, resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, activating cells, repairing necrotic cells, promoting metabolism, balancing vascular osmotic pressure and adjusting the pH value of the human body.
2. In the invention, after the selenium-rich high-protein dried bean curd stick is eaten by a human body, selenium is absorbed by duodenum, then is combined with plasma protein, and is sent to vital organs such as liver, heart, lung, pancreas, eyes, blood leukocyte and the like through blood circulation so as to keep the structure of a fine membrane from being damaged, improve the physiological activity and the absorption rate, and be safe without side effect.
3. The production method has the advantages of simple steps, convenience in production, high efficiency, strong practicability and convenience in popularization and use.

step three: soaking selected semen glycines, adding 1-2 times of natural spring water of 50-70 deg.C, L-selenium methyl selenocysteine, organic carbon powder and microelements such as silicon and calcium, soaking for 5-10 hr, and pulping to obtain soybean milk containing microelement such as selenium protein;
step four: adding into a steam kettle, heating to 50-60 deg.C, and stirring for 1-3 min;
step five: heating with steam at 100 deg.C, stopping heating, reducing to 60-90 deg.C, taking out oil skin, oven drying or air drying, determining bean skin size of dried beancurd stick according to shape and size of product to be made, making selenium-rich dried beancurd stick seedling tray carrier raw material, molding with mould, spraying or coating biological agent, drying in the shade, sterilizing, packaging in bags, and making into seedling tray carrier material with full-nutrition food grade and plant protein as carrier. However, in practical operation, the types of the trace elements contained in the seedling raising tray carrier material are not limited to those in the examples, and other trace elements can be added according to the growth needs of different plants, such as: amino acids, humic acids, organic carbons, inorganic salts, boron B, molybdenum Mo, manganese Mn, zinc Zn, copper Cu, cobalt Co, nickel Ni, chromium Cr, and the like, to name but a few.
The principles and embodiments of the present invention are explained herein using specific examples, which are presented only to assist in understanding the method and its core concepts of the present invention. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that there are objectively infinite specific structures due to the limited character expressions, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that a plurality of modifications, decorations or changes may be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and the technical features described above may be combined in a suitable manner; such modifications, variations, combinations, or adaptations of the invention using its spirit and scope, as defined by the claims, may be directed to other uses and embodiments.
