Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of information management, and particularly relates to a member assessment and information management method based on a co-treatment grid.
Background
Members are members and participants of a particular community. For some special groups, the members take the task of interfacing with external structures and personnel, so that certain evaluation is performed on the members to determine whether the members meet the requirements. At present, the conventional member assessment means is performed by a manual visiting way. This requires a high degree of mass adaptation to accomplish and is labor and time intensive. Meanwhile, in the process of manual visit, the situation that the masses dare not to express and do not want to express opinions exists, so that accurate information cannot be acquired. With the development of the internet and the rise of the concept of 'co-treatment grid', member assessment information is managed through a network platform, and the method is a good direction. However, the existing platform has a single function and cannot meet the actual requirements.

step 604, generating an evaluation average score according to the reasonable scores obtained in the step 603 and the selected evaluation time period;
step 605, inputting appraisal opinions;
and step 606, generating a grading report based on the evaluation average score and the evaluation opinions, and storing and displaying the grading report.
In one embodiment, in step 60, the comment may be evaluated as follows:
selecting stored member information, selecting a time period, calling a visiting appraisal result generated by the member in the time period, inputting appraisal opinion comments or uploading appraisal opinion comment related certification materials, storing and uploading the materials to the appraisal module;
and auditing the appraisal opinions and the related certification materials, and feeding back the auditing opinions based on the appraisal opinions and the related certification materials.
In one embodiment, in step 601, the evaluation period is week, month, season or year.
In one embodiment, in step 603, the reasonable scores are scores excluding abnormal conditions such as unscored and extremely low scores.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises a special item evaluation step, which is as follows:
the administrator account sets a special item evaluation item and a corresponding special item evaluation standard to generate a special item scoring module;
calling member information, selecting a member to be evaluated, sending a special item evaluation notice to a member account, and displaying special evaluation information on a public interface;
selecting members to be evaluated, grading, generating evaluation grading records of special items, and storing;
selecting a special item evaluation time period, calling a special item evaluation scoring record in the time period, generating a scoring report, and storing and displaying the scoring report.
In one embodiment, the member account receiving the special event evaluation may reject the evaluation, upload the rejection reason, and transmit the rejection reason to the administrator account.
In one embodiment, the method further comprises a step of viewing the score report history record, which is specifically as follows:
the member account selects the member information to be checked, uploads a checking reason and sends a rating report history record checking request to the administrator account;
the administrator account checks the checking reason, if the checking reason is agreed, the stored member scoring report history record is sent to the member account, if the checking reason is not agreed, the stored member scoring report history record is uploaded, and the disagreement reason is transmitted to the member account.
In one embodiment, the opinion may be uploaded to the administrator account after being consulted if the member rating report history is received.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. setting evaluation items and evaluation standards through an administrator account, and evaluating members corresponding to member accounts through a people account to ensure the authenticity of evaluation;
2. the public account and the member account can both feed back opinions for evaluation, so that the fairness of the evaluation is ensured;
3. special item assessment can be set, so that the management method has a larger extension range and meets the assessment requirements under special conditions.
