本发明公开了一种调心滚子轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚子,内圈上开设有两条第一滚道,外圈上开设有第二滚道,第一滚道和第二滚道组合形成有容置腔,容置腔内设置有两列非对称排布的保持架,保持架上沿保持架周向开设有若干个兜孔,每个兜孔上均容置有滚子,滚子与第一滚道和第二滚道接触,滚子侧壁上开设有锁定槽,兜孔外壁上凸起有锁定块,锁定块朝向锁定槽设置有端面锁,端面锁插入锁定槽中并活动设置在锁定槽中,锁定块设置在兜孔靠近轴承径向中心线的位置,容置腔中设置有用于平衡滚子轴向承载力的平衡件,本发明解决了现有技术中轴承承受较大轴向力导致单边滚子脱落的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体为一种调心滚子轴承。
背景技术
水泥搅拌车一种用来运送建筑用的混凝土的专用卡车,在支撑搅拌罐的两端,配置有调心滚子轴承,搅拌罐与水平面成一定倾角,因此配置在搅拌罐下端轴承,既要承受较大的径向力,又要承受较大的轴向力,常规产品往往使用较短的时间,轴承就发生单边剥落,搅拌车轴承就必须进行维修更换,造成很大的人力,物力损失。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种调心滚子轴承,为解决现有技术中轴承承受较大轴向力导致单边滚子脱落的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种调心滚子轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚子,所述内圈上开设有两条第一滚道,所述外圈上开设有第二滚道,所述第一滚道和第二滚道组合形成有容置腔,所述容置腔内设置有两列非对称排布的保持架,所述保持架上沿保持架周向开设有若干个兜孔,所述每个兜孔上均容置有滚子,所述滚子与第一滚道和第二滚道接触,所述滚子侧壁上开设有锁定槽,所述兜孔外壁上凸起有锁定块,所述锁定块朝向锁定槽设置有端面锁,所述端面锁插入锁定槽中并活动设置在锁定槽中,所述锁定块设置在兜孔靠近轴承径向中心线的位置,所述容置腔中设置有用于平衡滚子轴向承载力的平衡件。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:端面锁插入锁定槽中并活动设置在锁定槽中,当轴承运转时,滚子大多数承受的承载力为轴向力,当滚子承受较大轴向力时,锁定槽与端面锁相互抵触并锁死,避免滚子承受较大轴向力后从保持架中脱落导致轴承损坏,且锁定块设置在兜孔靠近轴承径向中心线的位置,确保滚子承受轴向力时端面锁能与锁定槽互相锁定,防止滚子从保持架脱落,上述技术的设置进一步的提高了轴承的轴向承载能力,且上述保持架的设置可以方便操作人员放入直径更大的滚子,进一步的增加轴承的轴向承载能力,也可以放入更多的滚子,来增加轴承的高速运转能力,上述技术设置使得轴承相应的额定动载荷增大,进一步的增加了轴承的工作效率和使用寿命。
本发明进一步设置:所述平衡件为中挡圈,所述中挡圈设置在两列滚子之间,所述中挡圈位于两列保持架与外圈内壁之间,所述中挡圈两侧边与相邻的滚子之间存在间隙,所述其中一列滚子承受轴向承载力时其外壁与中挡圈侧边抵触并挤压实现中挡圈对另一列滚子的抵触挤压。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:当轴承受到单向轴向力时,轴承内必定有一列滚子先受轴向力压迫,此时受轴向力施力的一列滚子在各自兜孔内移动,其外壁与中挡圈侧边抵触,金属件受压并将多余轴向力过渡到另一列滚子上,使得先受轴向力施力的一列滚子所承受的轴向力能匀给另一列滚子,避免先受轴向力施力的一列滚子单独承受轴向力导致其在保持架上脱落,确保轴承不会因为轴向力过大而无法正常运转。
本发明进一步设置:所述中挡圈为金属材质构成,所述中挡圈不具备弹性性能。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:中挡圈为金属材质制成,其不具备弹性性能,确保中挡圈能正常过渡多余承载力。
本发明进一步设置:所述中挡圈上喷涂有自润滑涂层。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:套圈表面采用涂层处理,特殊的涂层具有自润滑效果,避免轴承在承受极大的载荷时,润滑油极难形成润滑油膜,从而导致轴承干摩擦,轴承提前失效。
本发明进一步设置:所述滚子包括滚动面和两个侧面,所述两个侧面与滚动面交界处呈平滑曲面连接。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:当一列滚子承受较大轴向力时,其滚动面和两个侧面交界处与外圈内壁之间的摩擦矩力增加,而两个侧面与滚动面交界处呈平滑曲面连接,使得滚子的滚动面和两个侧面交界处与外圈内壁之间的摩擦矩力能够减少,进一步的减少应力集中。
本发明进一步设置:所述两个侧面与滚动面交界处加工有一段凸度。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:凸度的设置进一步的减少滚子承受轴向力时的应力集中,避免滚子承受较大应力时滚子的损坏。
本发明进一步设置:所述凸度数值为0.016mm。
采用上述技术方案有益的是:进一步的减少滚子的应力集中。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种水泥搅拌车用调心滚子3轴承,包括内圈1、外圈2和滚子3,所述内圈1上开设有两条第一滚道11,所述外圈2上开设有第二滚道21,所述第一滚道11和第二滚道21组合形成有容置腔22,所述容置腔22内设置有两列非对称排布的保持架4,所述保持架4上沿保持架4周向开设有若干个兜孔41,所述每个兜孔41上均容置有滚子3,所述滚子3与第一滚道11和第二滚道21接触,所述滚子3侧壁上开设有锁定槽31,所述兜孔41外壁上凸起有锁定块42,所述锁定块42朝向锁定槽31设置有端面锁43,所述端面锁43插入锁定槽31中并活动设置在锁定槽31中,所述锁定块42设置在兜孔41靠近轴承径向中心线的位置,所述容置腔22中设置有用于平衡滚子3轴向承载力的平衡件,所述平衡件为中挡圈5,所述中挡圈5设置在两列滚子3之间,所述中挡圈5位于两列保持架4与外圈2内壁之间,所述中挡圈5两侧边与相邻的滚子3之间存在间隙,所述其中一列滚子3承受轴向承载力时其外壁与中挡圈5侧边抵触并挤压实现中挡圈5对另一列滚子3的抵触挤压,所述中挡圈5为金属材质构成,所述中挡圈5不具备弹性性能,所述中挡圈5上喷涂有自润滑涂层,所述滚子3包括滚动面51和两个侧面52,所述两个侧面52与滚动面51交界处呈平滑曲面连接,所述两个侧面52与滚动面51交界处加工有一段凸度6,所述凸度6数值为0.016mm。
当轴承受到单向轴向力时,轴承内必定有一列滚子3先受轴向力压迫,此时受轴向力施力的一列滚子3在各自兜孔41内移动,其外壁与中挡圈5侧边抵触,金属件受压并将多余轴向力过渡到另一列滚子3上,使得先受轴向力施力的一列滚子3所承受的轴向力能匀给另一列滚子3,且当滚子3承受较大轴向力时,锁定槽31与端面锁43相互抵触并锁死,避免滚子3承受较大轴向力后从保持架4中脱落导致轴承损坏。

1.一种调心滚子轴承,包括内圈、外圈和滚子,所述内圈上开设有两条第一滚道,所述外圈上开设有第二滚道,所述第一滚道和第二滚道组合形成有容置腔,其特征在于:所述容置腔内设置有两列非对称排布的保持架,所述保持架上沿保持架周向开设有若干个兜孔,所述每个兜孔上均容置有滚子,所述滚子与第一滚道和第二滚道接触,所述滚子侧壁上开设有锁定槽,所述兜孔外壁上凸起有锁定块,所述锁定块朝向锁定槽设置有端面锁,所述端面锁插入锁定槽中并活动设置在锁定槽中,所述锁定块设置在兜孔靠近轴承径向中心线的位置,所述容置腔中设置有用于平衡滚子轴向承载力的平衡件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述平衡件为中挡圈,所述中挡圈设置在两列滚子之间,所述中挡圈位于两列保持架与外圈内壁之间,所述中挡圈两侧边与相邻的滚子之间存在间隙,所述其中一列滚子承受轴向承载力时其外壁与中挡圈侧边抵触并挤压实现中挡圈对另一列滚子的抵触挤压。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述中挡圈为金属材质构成,所述中挡圈不具备弹性性能。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述中挡圈上喷涂有自润滑涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述滚子包括滚动面和两个侧面,所述两个侧面与滚动面交界处呈平滑曲面连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述两个侧面与滚动面交界处加工有一段凸度。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种调心滚子轴承,其特征在于:所述凸度数值为0.016mm。
