本发明公开了一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,属于塑料制品加工技术领域,包括切割机架、机头安装板、切割机头和工作台,切割机架上水平安装有工作台,工作台上设有用于塑料制品放置的下模槽,下模槽正上方安装有切割机头,切割机头包括承载板以及安装在承载板上的余料压盘、余料切割刀和气胀顶压头;通过在下模槽上方设置有用于余料边裁切的切割机头,在裁切时利用余料压盘压紧并固定住余料边,用气胀顶压头顶压并固定住塑料制品,通过余料切割刀进行裁切,裁切操作方便快捷,稳定性高,裁切精确,并且,也可以将余料边和裁切后的塑料制品分别取出并退料,裁切操作省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品加工技术领域,具体是涉及一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台。
背景技术
吹塑技术一种发展迅速的塑料加工方法。热塑性树脂经挤出或注射成型得到的管状塑料型坯,趁热(或加热到软化状态),置于对开模中,闭模后立即在型坯内通入压缩空气,使塑料型坯吹胀而紧贴在模具内壁上,经冷却脱模,即得到各种中空制品。
由于吹塑产品时,制得的产品会有飞边,首先要去飞边处理,然后要处理工艺瓶口,因此一般需要在吹塑机上安装去飞边装置,产品去边以后再手动修口,手动操作切刀效率低,且精度不高,无法满足部分产品要求,容易导致产品口部包装时产生漏液。
而且,采用修口设备沿瓶口的径向切割,无法保证瓶口预留相同直径大小,无法一次性将塑料制品的余料切除,切割的准确度较低。
因此,需要提供一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,旨在解决上述问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,以解决上述背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,包括切割机架、机头安装板、切割机头和工作台,切割机架上水平安装有工作台,工作台上设有用于塑料制品放置的下模槽,下模槽正上方安装有切割机头,切割机头包括承载板以及安装在承载板上的余料压盘、余料切割刀和气胀顶压头。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述承载板水平设置并固定在滑块上,滑块安装在丝杠上且侧面与机头安装板相抵,丝杠通过联轴器连接升降电机的电机轴,升降电机安装在机头安装板顶部,机头安装板竖直固定在切割机架上,滑块上设有用于丝杠穿过的螺孔,并与丝杠相螺纹连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述承载板中部设有压盘减震槽,余料压盘安装在压盘减震槽内并通过减震弹簧与承载板相连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述余料压盘为环形结构,余料切割刀安装在余料压盘内,余料切割刀呈环状结构且与余料压盘为同圆心设置。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述余料切割刀安装在切割刀架上,切割刀架顶部安装在切割气缸的活塞杆上,切割气缸固定在承载板上方。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述余料切割刀中部圆心位置还安装有气胀顶压头,气胀顶压头底部为橡胶气胀头,橡胶气胀头安装在气胀顶杆底部,气胀顶杆顶部通过支架固定在承载板上。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述气胀顶杆通过管道连通气泵。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述余料压盘上还设有若干余料负压孔,余料压盘内部为中空结构且通过负压管二连接真空泵。
作为本发明进一步的方案,所述气胀顶压头中部设有退料负压孔,退料负压孔通过负压管一连接真空泵,所述负压管一和负压管二上均设有电磁阀。
综上所述,本发明实施例与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
本发明的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,通过在下模槽上方设置有用于余料边裁切的切割机头,切割机头高度可调节,在裁切时利用余料压盘压紧并固定住余料边,用气胀顶压头顶压并固定住塑料制品,通过余料切割刀进行裁切,裁切操作方便快捷,稳定性高,裁切精确,并且,也可以将余料边和裁切后的塑料制品分别取出并退料,裁切操作省时省力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的说明。
实施例1
参见图1所示,一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,包括切割机架1、机头安装板2、切割机头6和工作台23,所述切割机架1上水平安装有工作台23,工作台23上设有用于塑料制品放置的下模槽24,其中,下模槽24的空腔与塑料制品的外形相吻合,方便将塑料制品放置在下模槽24内;其中,塑料制品上端敞口结构的余料边位于工作台23上。
所述切割机架1上竖直固定有机头安装板2,机头安装板2顶部安装有升降电机3,升降电机3的电机轴通过联轴器连接丝杠4,丝杠4上设有滑块5,滑块5上设有用于丝杠4穿过的螺孔,并与丝杠4相螺纹连接,而且,滑块5的侧面与机头安装板2相抵,在升降电机3通电并启动后,其电机轴带动丝杠4旋转,丝杠4带动滑块5进行升降运动,其中,与滑块5相抵的机头安装板2起到很好的限位作用,避免滑块5发生晃动;
优选的,在本发明实施例中,所述升降电机3为具有正反转功能的伺服电机,通过切换升降电机3的转动方向,便于控制滑块5沿丝杠4上升或下降。
所述滑块5上安装有切割机头6,切割机头6位于下模槽24的正上方;所述切割机头6包括承载板7以及安装在承载板7上的余料压盘8、余料切割刀11和气胀顶压头12;其中,承载板7水平设置并固定在滑块5上,所述承载板7中部设有压盘减震槽9,余料压盘8安装在压盘减震槽9内并通过减震弹簧10与承载板7相连接;
在本发明实施例中,优选的,所述余料压盘8为环形结构,在切割机头6随滑块5下降时,余料压盘8先与工作台23上的塑料制品的余料边相接触,并随着切割机头6的下降将余料边压紧,方便在进行裁切时,塑料制品不发生晃动,提高裁切时的稳定性和裁切的精度。
所述余料压盘8内安装有余料切割刀11,余料切割刀11安装在切割刀架21上,切割刀架21顶部安装在切割气缸22的活塞杆上,切割气缸22固定在承载板7上方,在切割气缸22驱动下,其活塞杆通过切割刀架21带动余料切割刀11向下运动,余料切割刀11将余料压盘8固定住的塑料制品的余料边裁切。
优选的,在本发明实施例中,所述余料切割刀11呈环状结构且与余料压盘8为同圆心设置,方便将塑料制品的余料边切除。
所述余料切割刀11中部圆心位置还安装有气胀顶压头12,气胀顶压头12底部为橡胶气胀头13,橡胶气胀头13安装在气胀顶杆14底部,气胀顶杆14顶部通过支架固定在承载板7上,并且不影响余料切割刀11的工作,所述气胀顶杆14通过管道连通气泵15,在进行裁切前,通过气泵15将气胀顶杆14膨胀并顶出,橡胶气胀头13与塑料制品内部相抵,配合余料压盘8更好的将塑料制品固定在下模槽24内。
裁切完成后,也是将余料切割刀11先复位,然后将气胀顶压头12收缩复位,最后是余料压盘8与裁切的余料分离即可。
实施例2
如实施例1所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,包括切割机架1、机头安装板2、切割机头6和工作台23,所述切割机头6包括承载板7以及安装在承载板7上的余料压盘8、余料切割刀11和气胀顶压头12;
在本发明实施例中,参见图2和图3所示,所述余料压盘8上还设有若干余料负压孔18,余料压盘8内部为中空结构且通过负压管二19连接真空泵20,所述气胀顶压头12中部设有退料负压孔16,退料负压孔16通过负压管一17连接真空泵20,在所述负压管一17和负压管二19上均设有电磁阀。
在余料切割刀11对塑料制品的余料边裁切后,余料切割刀11在切割气缸22驱动下复位,启动真空泵20工作,并打开负压管一17和负压管二19上的电磁阀,余料压盘8上的余料负压孔18将裁切的余料边吸附,气胀顶压头12的退料负压孔16将裁切后的塑料制品吸附,随着切割机头6的上升,将余料边和塑料制品从工作台23上吸气,在取料时,先关闭负压管二19上电磁阀,将余料负压孔18上吸附的余料边释放,然后在关闭负压管一17上电磁阀,将退料负压孔16上吸附的塑料制品释放,方便对余料边和塑料制品分别取料,方便快捷。
待裁切的塑料制品也可以先由气胀顶压头12上退料负压孔16吸附,在切割机头6下降时将塑料制品放置在下模槽24,进一步对余料边进行裁切,操作方便快捷。

1.一种可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,包括切割机架(1)、机头安装板(2)、切割机头(6)和工作台(23),其特征在于,切割机架(1)上水平安装有工作台(23),工作台(23)上设有用于塑料制品放置的下模槽(24),下模槽(24)正上方安装有切割机头(6),切割机头(6)包括承载板(7)以及安装在承载板(7)上的余料压盘(8)、余料切割刀(11)和气胀顶压头(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述承载板(7)水平设置并固定在滑块(5)上,滑块(5)安装在丝杠(4)上且侧面与机头安装板(2)相抵,丝杠(4)通过联轴器连接升降电机(3)的电机轴,升降电机(3)安装在机头安装板(2)顶部,机头安装板(2)竖直固定在切割机架(1)上,滑块(5)上设有用于丝杠(4)穿过的螺孔,并与丝杠(4)相螺纹连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述承载板(7)中部设有压盘减震槽(9),余料压盘(8)安装在压盘减震槽(9)内并通过减震弹簧(10)与承载板(7)相连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述余料压盘(8)为环形结构,余料切割刀(11)安装在余料压盘(8)内,余料切割刀(11)呈环状结构且与余料压盘(8)为同圆心设置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述余料切割刀(11)安装在切割刀架(21)上,切割刀架(21)顶部安装在切割气缸(22)的活塞杆上,切割气缸(22)固定在承载板(7)上方。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述余料切割刀(11)中部圆心位置还安装有气胀顶压头(12),气胀顶压头(12)底部为橡胶气胀头(13),橡胶气胀头(13)安装在气胀顶杆(14)底部,气胀顶杆(14)顶部通过支架固定在承载板(7)上。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述气胀顶杆(14)通过管道连通气泵(15)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述余料压盘(8)上还设有若干余料负压孔(18),余料压盘(8)内部为中空结构且通过负压管二(19)连接真空泵(20)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的可调节式塑料制品余料切割台,其特征在于,所述气胀顶压头(12)中部设有退料负压孔(16),退料负压孔(16)通过负压管一(17)连接真空泵(20),所述负压管一(17)和负压管二(19)上均设有电磁阀。
