背景技术
安全溢流阀在系统中起安全保护作用。当系统压力超过规定值时,安全阀顶开,将系统中的一部分气体排入大气,使系统压力不超过允许值,从而保证系统不因压力过高而发生事故。
传统的涂层工艺,在对溢流阀体进行涂抹时,溢流阀体表面出现灰尘时,会导致溢流阀体表面出现涂抹不均匀的现象。

本发明的目的是提供一种溢流阀体氧化涂层生产工艺,具有对溢流阀涂抹均匀的效果。

一种溢流阀体氧化涂层生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取工件:员工选取合格的工件;
(2)工件粗研磨:将工件放置到车床内进行研磨,研磨至工件表面无深坑;
(3)工件清洗:将工件放置到清洗槽内进行清洗,清洗至表面无灰尘与颗粒;
(4)工件精研磨:将清洗完成工件放置到车床内进行研磨;
(5)去毛刺:员工通过锉刀对工件表面的毛刺进行清理,清理至工件表面无毛刺;
(6)工件清洗:再次将工件放置到清洗槽内进行清洗,清洗至工件表面处于无灰尘与无颗粒状;
(7) 涂料:将工件放置到工作平台上,员工对工件进行喷漆,利用防锈油漆对工件进行涂抹;
(8)烘干:通过风机讲工件表面的油漆进行烘干。
