Chronological aging, also known as natural aging, is caused by immaterial factors existing in the body, such as heredity, gravity, endocrine and immune functions, etc., with the increase of age. Wrinkles are the manifestation of aging of the skin of the body, and the appearance of wrinkles is regulated by a predetermined genetic program of the body. Three classes of expressed genes associated with skin aging have been detected: the proto-oncogenes C-myc and C-fos; a gene encoding a receptor (EGFR); the cloned gene (GADD 153). The results of the study showed that the degree of wrinkles worsened with age at the same site. The reason for forming neck wrinkles is complex, and the congenital formation, photoaging, obesity, dryness, water deficiency, gravity action, repeated head-lowering and squeezing and the like can cause the neck skin to be loose, the dermis fiber to be broken, the neck transverse lines to be formed, the lower jaw edge to be fuzzy and the like. The amount of neck wrinkles is used as one of the aging criteria; although there are skin care products, laser, botulinum toxin injection, and other preventive or therapeutic methods, the effects are limited. In clinical treatment, past practices show that the treatment of neck wrinkles is still a relatively troublesome problem, and no exact method can completely solve the problem.
The skin is divided into epidermis, dermis, subcutaneous tissue and skin appendages. The epidermis is located at the outermost layer of the skin and is divided into a basal layer, a spinous layer, a granular layer, a transparent layer and a horny layer from inside to outside. The outermost horny layer can effectively prevent external harmful factors from invading human body and prevent the loss of water and nutrient substances in the human body. The skin barrier is likened by the scholars to the "wall theory", epidermal keratinocytes are layered one on top of the other, the epidermal cells are "brick (brick)", and the intercellular spaces are "mortar (mortar)", which are tightly and seamlessly bonded and play a good skin barrier role. The water content of the healthy stratum corneum should be kept between 10% and 20%, and less than 10% of the skin will be dry, rough, wrinkled and even chapped. The water content in the stratum corneum thus determines the physical state and appearance of the skin, such as the elasticity and plumpness of the skin. In order to maintain the skin in a good condition, a certain amount of water is contained in the horny layer in addition to the oleaginous substance having a moisturizing effect. Maintaining skin moisturization is important in reducing wrinkle formation.
The invention provides a novel sleep neck mask, which aims at solving the problem that the existing mask is poor in moisturizing lasting effect.

The beneficial effects of the present invention are demonstrated by the following examples:
example (b):
a preparation method of a film patch for improving neck wrinkles is realized according to the following steps:
firstly, dispersing 1g of carbomer dry powder in 15ml of purified water, and standing for 20 hours to obtain a phase A;
secondly, adding 5g of polyvinyl alcohol 1788 into 10ml of purified water, ultrasonically dissolving for 30min, then adding 1.75g of polyvinylpyrrolidone and 1.25g of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, and stirring for 30min at the rotating speed of 8000r/min to obtain a phase B;

fourthly, adding 0.3g of titanium dioxide, 5g of glycerol and 0.1g of orchid essence into 10ml of purified water, mixing and stirring for 30min, then adding into the phase C and stirring for 30min, and finishing the preparation of the membrane patch for improving neck wrinkles.
In this example, the obtained film patch for improving neck wrinkles was prepared as a sample, and effect verification was performed:
1. subject screening: 10 healthy subjects aged 19-36 years, the average age was (26.70 +/-4.64), the subjects were mainly indoors, and no history of a large amount of sun exposure and no history of light-sensitive diseases; the measurement site is free of skin disorders, pigmentation, scarring or systemic diseases that may affect the skin.
2. The experimental principle is as follows:
1) the moisturizing effect is as follows:
(ii) transcutaneous water loss (TEWL): the TEWL shows the water loss condition by measuring the water vapor pressure gradient on the surface of the skin, thereby reflecting the water permeability barrier of the skin, the larger the TEWL value is, the poorer the skin barrier function is, the stronger the absorption capacity is, the more easily the skin is damaged by the outside harmful substances, the more the water is lost from the unit area in unit time, the drier and water-deficient the skin is.
② horny layer water Content (CAP): the moisture content of the stratum corneum is calculated by the moisture content measuring instrument according to the capacitance of the skin, the higher the moisture content of the stratum corneum is, the better the moisturizing effect of the product is, and the more light the skin has.
2) And (3) long-acting wrinkle removal: visinoline VL650 wrinkle analysis System photographs of a subject sample taken before use, with 5 days of sample continued use were analyzed to obtain total wrinkle area (mm)2) The average wrinkle length (mm) and average wrinkle depth (μm) indicate changes in wrinkles, which reflect the degree of aging.
3) Whitening effect: the change in skin color was measured using a Lab colorimetric system spectrophotometer (Meineng Lab Darby spectrophotometer CM-2002). The test index formula is as follows:
L=116(Y/Yn)1/3-16;
a=500[(X/Xn)1/3-(Y/Yn)1/3];
B=200[(Y/Yn)1/3-(Z/Zn)1/3];
Cab=(a2+b2)1/2;
hab=arctg(b/a);
l, a and b are coordinate values of a three-dimensional rectangular coordinate system; x, Y, Z is the tristimulus value of the color system; xN、TN、ZNThe total diffuse reflection surface has three stimulus values, L is brightness, the color is more towards white when the value is larger, and is conversely more towards black, a is red and green, a is red direction, a is green direction, b is yellow and blue, b is yellow direction, b is blue direction, c is saturation for representing the shade of the surface color of the object, H is hue angle for representing the characteristic that the colors are mutually separated, in a chromaticity system, the color difference ▽ E between the two stimuli is represented by the difference ▽ L, ▽ a and ▽ b of coordinates L, a and bab,ΔEab=[(ΔL)2+(Δa)2+(Δb)2]1/2I.e. the distance between two color points in color space, where ▽ E is a factorabIs a comprehensive index of L, a and b, represents the three-dimensional change of chromaticity, and is a more appropriate index for evaluating the skin color change.
4) Metabolism speed:
skin metabolism mainly depends on the circulation speed of skin microcirculation, and the laser Doppler blood flow instrument and the capillary blood vessel microcirculation instrument are adopted in the experiment to test the microcirculation speed of the neck skin before and after the film is applied.
Detecting the proliferation capacity change before and after the skin is applied with the adhesive film by an MTT method; the main mechanism is that the deoxyenzyme in living cells can be reduced into water-insoluble blue products and precipitated in the cells, while dead cells do not have the function. Can dissolve blue crystals deposited in cells, the color depth of the solution is in linear relation with the contained quantity, and the quantity of living cells can be reflected by the photometric density value.
3. The experimental process comprises the following steps:
1) the moisturizing effect is as follows: after all subjects are cleaned and aired, TEWL and CAP values are detected through a percutaneous water loss measuring instrument and a horny layer water content measuring instrument, a room with the room temperature of 22 +/-2 ℃ and the humidity of 47 +/-7% is required to be detected in the environment, the subjects need to lie in the room for 25min in an inclined mode before use, a piece of skin with the size of 2cm multiplied by 2cm is selected from the equivalent position of the neck of each subject to be used as a test area and marked, the physiological indexes of the skin are measured through the percutaneous water loss measuring instrument and the horny layer water content measuring instrument before treatment and after treatment at 5d, 10d and 15d, and the change of the values before treatment and after treatment.
2) And (3) long-acting wrinkle removal: the subject lies down with the left side of the head facing up, the eyes are closed, and the positioning adhesive is stuck on the mark points. Pouring a certain amount of silica gel into a small plastic box, adding a catalyst coagulant, quickly and uniformly stirring, uniformly coating the silica gel on an area defined by a positioning rubber ring, removing the silica gel after 10min, pasting the silica gel on a positioning paper board special for a Visio-lineVL650 wrinkle analysis system, placing the paper board pasted with the silica gel on a platform of Visoline VL650, adjusting focal light, enabling the light to be vertical to wrinkle lines, and analyzing after photographing. Results are expressed in total, wrinkle area (mm)2) The average wrinkle length (mm) and the average wrinkle depth (μm) are shown, and the photograph taken at the first time is used as a positioning reference in the subsequent analysis. Wrinkle changes using samples from 0-15d consecutively. No plaster, clear water as a control and a film as an experimental group were stuck.
3) Whitening effect: after all subjects clean the skin and dry in the air, the adhesive film is applied on a flat surface for 30min, the movement is reduced as much as possible in the period, the adhesive film is removed after the time is up, the skin is cleaned for 2-3 times by clear water, the application is kept for 0-15d, and then the change of the skin color is measured by an instrument. No plaster, clear water as a control and a film as an experimental group were stuck.
4) Metabolism speed:
firstly, before the test is started, a subject enters a constant temperature room with the temperature of 25 ℃ to enable the body to adapt to the environmental temperature, and after the test is started, the subject lies on the bed in a supine position and is in a quiet state without any limb movement and severe conscious activities. Adjusting the probe of the laser Doppler blood flow instrument at the neck, placing and fixing the detection probe, recording the blood perfusion volume of the crinkles 5min after stabilization, and taking the value as a basic value. Recording every 5min for 1 time, 1min each time, taking average value, and observing for 15 min. No film was applied, a clear water film was applied as a control, and a neck film was applied as an experimental group.
Taking 15 rats with the weight of about 400g, removing surface hairs, applying a neck film every day at regular time, killing 3 rats every three days, and taking back skin cells for testing; we used the MTT method to test the cell proliferation ability. And (4) taking an unsticked film and a clean water film as a control group, and drawing a growth curve according to the cell number to reflect the cell proliferation capacity change. The results of the experiment were analyzed over 15 days of continuous comparison.
5) And (4) finishing data, and improving the wrinkle improvement effect of the neck wrinkle film paster through data analysis.
4. Analysis of results
