Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of water surface garbage cleaning, and particularly relates to a garbage collecting structure floating on a water surface.
Background
With the improvement of living standards of people, domestic garbage is more and more, but because the environmental awareness of people is not high, people often throw the domestic garbage into rivers, lakes and other water areas directly, so that a lot of garbage floats on the water surface, secondary pollutants are generated in water if the garbage is not treated in time, water quality is seriously polluted, and the garbage floating on the water surface is easily rolled into propellers of ships such as speedboats and the like, so that the propellers are damaged.
At present, two modes of manual salvage and garbage cleaning ship cleaning are mainly adopted for cleaning garbage on the water surface, the labor intensity of manual salvage is high, the working efficiency is low, and a good cleaning effect cannot be achieved; the garbage cleaning ship pushed on the market mainly uses a conveyor belt to clean garbage on the water surface, then the cleaned garbage is accumulated on the cleaning ship, and finally the garbage is transported to the bank for treatment. When the conveying belt is used for cleaning the garbage, the width of the conveying belt is limited, so that the garbage cleaning ship can only clean the garbage contacted with the conveying belt in the advancing process, and the cleaning efficiency is not high; the collected garbage is completely accumulated on the ship, so that the size of the ship is increased, the cleaning amount of the garbage cleaning ship is limited, the garbage cleaning ship needs to be leaned to the shore to treat the garbage when being filled with the garbage, and then the garbage is returned to the water area to be continuously cleaned, so that the garbage cleaning time is prolonged.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is: the cleaning device capable of rapidly cleaning water surface garbage in a large area is provided.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a kind of rubbish gathering structure floating on the water, tow boat 2 draw by two that move on the water, tow boat 2 locate at rubbish gathering structure 1 both sides in front separately; a fence 3 for gathering garbage is connected between the garbage collection structure 1 and the traction ship 2; the garbage collection structure 1 comprises an operation floating platform 4 and a garbage packing mechanism; the garbage packing mechanism is positioned at the tail part of the operation floating platform 4;
the operation floating platform 4 comprises an operation flat plate 5 and two floating blocks 6, and the two floating blocks 6 are respectively fixed on two sides of the bottom plate surface of the operation flat plate 5;
the garbage packing mechanism further comprises a rotating shaft 8, a net supporting rod 9 and a packing net bag 10; the two ends of the rotating shaft 8 are provided with supporting frames 7, and the rotating shaft 8 is rotatably connected to the top ends of the supporting frames 7; the bottom ends of the support frames 7 are fixed on the top plate surface of the operation flat plate 5, and the support frames 7 at the two ends of the rotating shaft 8 are respectively positioned at the two sides of the top plate surface of the operation flat plate 5; two ends of the rotating shaft 8 are radially distributed and are fixedly provided with at least two net supporting rods 9, and the net supporting rods 9 are positioned between the two supporting frames 7;
the feed inlets of the packing net bags 10 are propped open by the net supporting rods 9 positioned at the two ends of the rotating shaft 8, and the feed inlets of the packing net bags 10 are provided with tightening devices for tightening the feed inlets; when the packing string bag is filled with garbage, the rotating shaft is rotated, the packing string bag slides down the string supporting rod by utilizing the impact force of water flow, the feeding hole of the packing string bag is contracted by the contraction device, then the string supporting rod leaves the water surface along with the rotation of the rotating shaft, and a new packing string bag is manually supported on the string supporting rod; simultaneously, another packing string bag can also rotate the position of collecting rubbish along with two other vaulting pole at the pivoted in-process of pivot.
The end of the net supporting rod 9 is submerged below the water surface, and the end of the net supporting rod 9 is bent in a direction opposite to the direction of the water flow flowing through the net supporting rod 9.
The tightening device is a contraction ribbon 16, one end of the contraction ribbon 16 is provided with an insert ring 14, the other end of the contraction ribbon 16 penetrates through the insert ring 14, the inner wall of the insert ring 14 is provided with a one-way clamping hook for clamping the contraction ribbon 16, the other end of the contraction ribbon 16 is fixed with a pull ring 15, and the pull ring 15 is sleeved on the limiting rod 12; after the packing string bag 10 slides down the string supporting rod 9, the packing string bag moves backwards along the water flow direction, the pull ring 15 sleeved on the limiting rod 12 contracts the contraction ribbon under the pulling force of the packing string bag 10, so that the packing string bag 10 contracts after being fed, and then the limiting ring is taken out of the pull ring 15, so that the packing string bag is processed by a subsequent procedure along the water; the operation panel 5 is provided with a gap for the net supporting rod 9 and the packing net bag 10 to be used to pass through when rotating.
This support frame 7 has two supporting legs, and the bottom mounting of supporting leg is on the top plate face of operation flat board 5, and the top of supporting leg is fixed with a ring, and the tip of pivot 8 passes through the bearing and connects in the ring.
A limiting rod 12 is arranged on the rotating circular surface of the net supporting rod 9, the limiting rod 12 is positioned below the rotating shaft 8, a guide ring 13 is sleeved on the limiting rod 12, and the guide ring 13 is fixed on the top plate surface of the operation flat plate 5; under the action of external force, the limiting rod 12 can move out of the rotating circular surface of the net supporting rod 9 along the guide ring 13; when the net supporting rod 9 is positioned below the water surface, the limiting rod 12 can prevent the net supporting rod 9 from rotating under the action of water flow; when the net supporting rod 9 needs to be rotated, the limiting rod 12 can be moved out of the rotating circular surface of the net supporting rod 9 and then the net supporting rod is rotated.
The buoyancy of the two floating blocks 6 enables the operation flat plate 5 to be positioned above the water surface, and a channel for garbage to pass through is formed between the water surface and the operation flat plate 5; the collected waste is passed through the channel by the water flow and is packed by a waste packing mechanism as it moves to the rear of the working platform 4.
When the garbage collecting device works, the traction ship 2 pulls the garbage collecting structure 1 to move on the water surface through the fence 3, one part of the fence 3 is located above the water surface, the other part of the fence 3 is located below the water surface, in the moving process of the fence 3, garbage in front of the fence 3 can be enclosed by the fence 3 and moves along with the fence 3, under the action of water flow, the enclosed garbage is gradually gathered at the garbage collecting structure 1, and the gathered garbage is collected through the garbage collecting structure 1.
The fence 3 also comprises an air bag 17 filled with air and a water bag 18 filled with water, and the outer wall of the air bag 17 and the outer wall of the water bag 18 are fixedly connected into a whole; the weight of the water bladder may cause a portion of the pen 3 to be below the water surface; a fence connecting plate 28 is fixed at the head end of the floating block 6, and one end of the air bag 17 and one end of the water bag 18 are both fixed on the fence connecting plate 28; the other end of the air bag 17 is fixed on the traction boat 3 through a connecting rope 20; in operation, the water bag 18 is positioned below the water surface and the air bag 17 is positioned above the water surface, so that the enclosure 3 can enclose and gather garbage floating on the water surface.
A limiting ring 23 for preventing the end of the limiting rod 12 from moving out of the guide ring 13 is fixed on the limiting rod 12.
The limiting rod 12 is provided with a pressing sheet 24, one end of the pressing sheet 24 is connected with an installation lug 25 through a pin shaft, the installation lug 25 is fixed on the top plate surface of the operation flat plate 5, a spring 26 is connected between the bottom plate surface of the pressing sheet 24 and the top plate surface of the operation flat plate 5, and the spring 26 is in a stretching state.
The invention has the advantages that due to the design, the invention has: the fence is formed by connecting a water bag and an air bag, and a part of the fence can be positioned below the water surface; in the advancing process of the traction ship, the fence can gather large-area garbage on the water surface, and then the gathered garbage is packaged through a garbage packaging mechanism on the garbage collecting structure, so that the large-area garbage on the water surface can be quickly cleaned.
The packing net bag in the garbage packing structure is supported between two net supporting rods fixed on the rotating shaft, when the packing net bag is filled with garbage, the rotating shaft is rotated, the packing net bag slides down the net supporting rods by utilizing the impact force of water flow, and the feeding port of the packing net bag is shrunk by the shrinking device, so that the garbage packing process of the garbage packing structure is rapid and convenient, and then the net supporting rods leave the water surface along with the rotation of the rotating shaft, so that a new packing net bag is conveniently and manually supported on the net supporting rods; simultaneously, another packing string bag also can rotate the position of collecting rubbish along with two other vaulting pole at pivot pivoted in-process, makes rubbish packing structure mechanism have the continuity with the process of garbage collection packing.

Detailed Description
In order that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention, the following technical solutions are further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a garbage collecting structure floating on the water surface is towed by two towing vessels 2 moving on the water surface, and the two towing vessels 2 are respectively located at two sides of the front of the garbage collecting structure; a fence 3 for gathering garbage is connected between the garbage collection structure 1 and the traction ship 2; when the garbage collecting device works, the traction ship 2 pulls the garbage collecting structure 1 to move on the water surface through the fence 3, one part of the fence 3 is located above the water surface, the other part of the fence 3 is located below the water surface, in the moving process of the fence 3, garbage in front of the fence 3 can be enclosed by the fence 3 and moves along with the fence 3, under the action of water flow, the enclosed garbage is gradually gathered at the garbage collecting structure 1, and the gathered garbage is collected through the garbage collecting structure 1.
The garbage collection structure 1 also comprises a garbage packing mechanism and an operation floating platform 4; the garbage packing mechanism is arranged at the tail part of the operation floating platform 4; the tail part is the part of the operation floating platform 4 which is contacted with water after the water surface advances.
The operation floating platform 4 comprises an operation flat plate 5 and two floating blocks 6, wherein the floating blocks 6 are made of foam materials or are air bags filled with air; two floating blocks 6 are respectively fixed on two sides of the bottom plate surface of the operation flat plate 5; the buoyancy of the two floating blocks 6 enables the operation flat plate 5 to be positioned above the water surface, and a channel for garbage to pass through is formed between the water surface and the operation flat plate 5; the collected waste is passed through the channel by the water flow and is packed by a waste packing mechanism as it moves to the rear of the working platform 4.
The garbage packing mechanism further comprises a rotating shaft 8, a net supporting rod 9 and a packing net bag 10; both ends of pivot 8 all are provided with support frame 7, and this support 7 has two supporting legs, and the bottom mounting of supporting leg is on the top plate face of operation flat board 5, and the top of supporting leg is fixed with a ring, and the bearing connection is passed through at the tip of pivot 8 in the ring.
The two ends of the rotating shaft 8 are radially distributed and are fixedly provided with three net supporting rods 9 for supporting the packing net bag 10, the net supporting rods 9 are positioned between the two supporting frames 7, the tail ends of the net supporting rods 9 are bent, the bending direction is opposite to the direction of water flow flowing through the net supporting rods 9, and the packing net bag can be prevented from sliding off from the tail ends of the net supporting rods 9 when the water flow flows through the net supporting rods 9; the ends of the net supporting rods 9 are submerged below the water surface so that a portion of the packing net 10 is submerged below the water surface so that the packing net 10 can collect garbage floating on the water surface.
A limiting rod 12 is arranged on the rotating round surface of the net supporting rod 9, the limiting rod 12 is positioned below the rotating shaft 8, a guide ring 13 is sleeved on the limiting rod 12, a connecting column is fixed on the outer wall of the guide ring 13, the tail end of the connecting column is fixed on the top plate surface of the operation flat plate 5, and the limiting rod 12 can move out of the rotating round surface of the net supporting rod 9 along the guide ring 13 under the action of external force; when the net supporting rod 9 is positioned below the water surface, the limiting rod 12 can prevent the net supporting rod 9 from rotating under the action of water flow; when the net supporting rod 9 needs to be rotated, the limiting rod 12 can be moved out of the rotating circular surface of the net supporting rod 9 and then the net supporting rod is rotated.
The feed inlet of the packing string bag 10 is stretched by the net stretching rods 9 at the two ends of the rotating shaft 8, the packing string bag 10 is connected with a hook by a thin rope, a tightening device for tightening the feed inlet of the packing string bag 10 is arranged at the feed inlet of the packing string bag 10, the tightening device is a contraction ribbon 16, one end of the contraction ribbon 16 is provided with an insert ring 14, the other end of the contraction ribbon 16 penetrates through the insert ring 14, the inner wall of the insert ring 14 is provided with a one-way clamping hook for clamping the contraction ribbon 16, the other end of the contraction ribbon 16 is fixedly provided with a pull ring 15, and the pull ring 15 is sleeved on the limiting rod 12; after the packing string bag 10 slides down the string supporting rod 9, the packing string bag moves backwards along the water flow direction, the pull ring 15 sleeved on the limiting rod 12 contracts the contraction ribbon under the pulling force of the packing string bag 10, so that the packing string bag 10 contracts the fed material, and then the limiting ring is taken out of the pull ring 15, so that the packing string bag is processed by a subsequent program along the water; the operation panel 5 is provided with a gap for the net supporting rod 9 and the packing net bag 10 to be used to pass through when rotating.
The fence 3 also comprises an air bag 17 filled with air and a water bag 18 filled with water, the outer wall of the air bag 17 and the outer wall of the water bag 18 are fixed into a whole, and the weight of the water bag can make a part of the fence 3 below the water surface; a fence connecting plate 28 is fixed at the head end of the floating block 6, and one end of the air bag 17 and one end of the water bag 18 are both fixed on the fence connecting plate 28; the other end of the air bag 17 is fixed with a connecting rope 20, and the tail part of the towing boat 3 is fixed with a connecting rope column 19; the connecting rope 20 is fixedly connected with the connecting rope column 19; in operation, the water bag 18 is positioned below the water surface and the air bag 17 is positioned above the water surface, so that the enclosure 3 can enclose and gather garbage floating on the water surface.
In order to increase the stability of the water bag 18 and to make the water bag 18 submersible, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: the bottom of the water bag 18 is connected with a plurality of balancing weights 22 through strings.
In order to avoid moving the stopper rod 12 out of the guide ring 13 when moving the stopper rod 12, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: a stopper ring 23 for preventing the end of the stopper rod 12 from moving out of the guide ring 13 is fixed to the stopper rod 12. In this embodiment, the number of the stop collars 23 is three, and the stop collars are fixed to the upper portion, the middle portion, and the lower portion of the stop rod 12, respectively, the number of the guide collars 13 is two, one guide collar 13 of the two guide collars 13 is located between the two stop collars 23 on the upper portion and the middle portion of the stop rod 12, and the other guide collar 13 is located between the two stop collars 23 on the middle portion and the lower portion of the stop rod 12. The stop collar 23 can limit the moving distance of the stop rod 12, and prevent the end of the stop rod 12 from moving out of the guide collar 13, thereby preventing the stop rod 12 from falling into water and losing.
In order to prevent the stop lever 12 from loosening during use, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: be provided with preforming 24 on gag lever post 12, the one end of preforming 24 is connected with installation ear 25 through the round pin axle, and installation ear 25 is fixed on the roof face of operation flat board 5, is connected with spring 26 between the bottom plate face of preforming 24 and the roof face of operation flat board 5, and spring 26 is tensile state, and preforming 24 has avoided gag lever post 12 to remove and make gag lever post 12 lose spacing effect through the pulling force pressure of spring 26 on gag lever post 12.
In order to facilitate storage of the packing net 10 which is not yet used, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: the working platform 5 is provided with a fishing net storage box 27.
In order to prevent the propeller from being caught in the garbage as much as possible when the tug boat 2 is moving forward, in the above embodiment, it is preferable that: a protective cover 29 is provided outside the propeller of the towboat 2, and the end of the protective cover 29 is fixed to the outer shell of the towboat 2. When the packing net bag is in work, the rotating shaft 8 is rotated to enable the net supporting rod 9 and one part of the packing net bag 10 to be submerged below the water surface, the limiting rod 12 is moved to the rotating circular surface of the net supporting rod 9, and the net supporting rod 12 is inserted into meshes of the packing net bag 10; under the action of water flow, the packing net bag 10 is pulled on the net supporting rod 9, so that the packing net bag 10 is prevented from sliding off the net supporting rod 9, the limiting rod 12 is positioned on the rotating round surface of the net supporting rod 9, so that the net supporting rod 9 is prevented from rotating under the action of water flow, the tail end of the net supporting rod 9 is kept below the water surface, the limiting rod 12 is inserted into meshes of the packing net bag 10, and the net bag 10 is further prevented from sliding off the net supporting rod 9; the gathered garbage enters the packing net bag 10 along a channel between the water surface and the operation flat plate 5 under the action of water flow, when the packing net bag 10 is filled with the garbage, the limiting rod 12 is moved out of the rotating round surface of the net supporting rod 9 and meshes of the packing net bag 10, then the rotating shaft 8 is rotated to enable the tail end of the net supporting rod 9 to rotate along the direction of the water flow under the water, when an included angle between the net supporting rod 9 and the water surface is smaller and smaller, the packing net bag 10 slides down the net supporting rod 9 gradually under the action of the water flow and moves along with the water flow, and as the pull ring 15 is sleeved on the limiting rod 12, the pull force generated by the movement of the packing net bag 10 shrinks the binding belt 16, so that a feed inlet of the packing net bag 10 shrinks to pack the garbage, and then the pull ring 15 is taken down from the limiting rod 12 to enable the packed garbage to flow away along the water and be cleaned by a subsequent program; in the rotating process of the rotating shaft 8, the other net supporting rod 9 and the other packing net bag 10 are submerged, and the subsequent garbage packing operation is continued.
