本发明涉及一种用于对容器中的液体、尤其水或者水溶液进行消毒的生物活性的过滤器。
已知的用于对液体、例如水或者水溶液进行消毒的过滤器或者过滤方法要么使用具有腐蚀性化学物质、例如酒精、酚类、甲醛的抗菌的消毒溶液,要么使用强氧化剂、例如如漂白剂、次氯酸或矿物酸。其他的过滤器或过滤方法使用银,银的抗菌作用早已为人所知。银或者说银离子的生物杀灭作用和其在液体中的浓度基于三个基本因素:1.银离子通过与细菌细胞壁和细胞膜的酶和结构蛋白结合从而破坏细菌细胞的细胞运输机制和蛋白质水解活性。2.银离子通过结合在DNA上来阻止细菌的DNA复制。3.银离子阻断细菌在细胞色素处的呼吸链,并阻止新陈代谢。
这些过滤器和方法的缺点是,一方面所使用的化学品和氧化剂具有很强的腐蚀性和毒性,它们会损坏所使用的设备及其表面并且对人造成风险,因为以此处理的水或者说水溶液不宜食用并且可能有害。另一方面,通过使用银制造的过滤器存在问题,或者是由于银在液体中直接溶解,或者在所使用的物质的数量或者说生产工艺方面非常耗费,并且为了对一定量的液体消毒,通常需要很多单个的过滤器元件。此外,传统的银技术还存在一些问题,例如杀菌效果的时间上有很大延迟的应用、依赖于自由银离子的释放和稳定、由于硫化物或络合剂导致银离子灭活以及针对有效的微生物净化的作用范围有限。
由文献EP 2 077 976 B1已知一种用于水或水溶液的净化和消毒的过滤器,该过滤器具有至少包括钌或者银钌双金属颗粒的生物活性涂层,并且所述涂层被敷设在银或者含银的表面上或者与银涂层接触,其中,该涂层额外包括维生素抗坏血酸和至少一种表面活性物质。在此,通过相对于贵金属银和钌额外使用的抗坏血酸和表面活性物质,实现针对过滤所需的效果。在此,表面活性物质是源自阴离子、非离子、两性或阳离子表面活性剂组的化合物或者由此构成的合适的混合物。在实践中,这些过滤器由多个单独的丝网构成,它们卷成螺旋体并且处于液体可穿透的容器中。文献DE 10 2014 042 A1示出一种这样的用于水消毒的系统。

本发明要解决的技术问题是,研发和制造一种生物活性的过滤器,其克服了上述问题和限制。本发明要解决的技术问题尤其是提供一种过滤器,其即使在使用的贵金属或物质很少的情况下也能有效工作,并且它能实现有效清洁尽可能大的液体体积。
上述技术问题通过具有权利要求1的特征的过滤器解决。
在此,过滤器由球形或者卵形(椭圆体)的、尤其空心的过滤体构成,所述过滤体用贵金属涂层。
尤其通过球形形状得到大的表面,此外,其还保护内表面并且甚至实现良好的通流性。通过该形状甚至可以在扔进水中时有利地吸收氧分子,使球体或者过滤器在水中漂浮一段时间。通过转动和水的渗入,辅助了有效的清洁效果。根据液体量甚至可以将多个球体叠加地组合。

另外的针对过滤器的制造有利的设计方案以此实现,即借助机械的、电镀的或真空技术的方法将贵金属敷设在丝网和/或环上。
针对过滤器的功能进一步有利的设计方案的特点是,在使用时,通过丝网和/或环在液体内部构成湍流,所述湍流增加过滤器的生物活性的涂层与液体的分子之间的接触。
在针对过滤器的功能进一步有利的设计方案中,过滤器设计为,在液体运动通过丝网和/或环时,过滤器的运动被增强。

图2释出组装完成的过滤器。为了制造过滤体1,在装配时两个半球形的、优选空心的过滤件4以其凸缘5彼此贴靠,接着借助不锈钢环3通过压装、夹装、卷边、铆接或者焊接将凸缘5相互连接。通过丝网2和/或环3,在液体中由于液体的固有运动而产生湍流,即使过滤器在液体中静止,所述湍流本身也会使最大数量的银离子或者说氧自由基与液体中游移的微生物接触。在液体额外运动时、例如通过液体容器的运动或者液体在容器内循环,通过丝网2和/或环3增强过滤器的运动,这导致银离子/氧自由基和微生物的进一步升高的结合。相较于现有技术得知的其他解决方案,通过液体的被动或者主动循环,过滤器的作用范围大大增加,使得仅用一个过滤器就可以消毒明显更大的液体体积。由此同样还显著降低在过滤器制造中的耗费,并且材料的使用以及成本也被降低。丝网2和/或环3另外的效果是,避免悬浮在液体中的微粒(如钙盐)在容器的壁上沉积,并且使得微粒连接在其中或者说连接在其上。丝网2和/或环3此外可以用至少一种另外的反应增强的材料涂层,其进一步增加了从过滤器释放的有效成分与微生物的反应性。
图3以横截面示出过滤器,其具有过滤体1、两个半球形的过滤件4、凸缘5和将凸缘5连接的环3,其中,环包围两个凸缘5并且例如通过压印固定。半球形的、优选由一层、备选由多层组成的过滤件4可以简单地例如由面状的、扁平的网格材料或者编制材料通过凹陷或者成形制造。
所述过滤器的使用目的尤其是水处理,例如用于咖啡或者茶饮机的水箱、水瓶、大肚杯、口腔清洗器、花瓶、移动式储水容器、例如在房车领域或者固定安装在供水管道中。其另外的优点是能快速并且持久地减少液体中的微生物,并且其使用简单并且持久。
Claims (12)
1.一种生物活性的过滤器,其用于容器中的液体、尤其水或者水溶液进行消毒,
其特征在于,
构造有球形或者卵形的过滤体(1),所述过滤体用贵金属涂层。
2.按照权利要求1所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
所述过滤体(1)由两个半球形的过滤件(4)构成,所述过滤件由不锈钢丝网(2)制成,所述过滤件借助不锈钢制成的环(3)相互连接,
过滤件(4)在其开口侧上分别在边缘侧具有向外突出的凸缘(5),并且
所述环(3)将两个凸缘(5)相互连接。
3.按照权利要求2所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
所述丝网(2)和/或环(3)用至少两种贵金属涂层。
4.按照上述权利要求之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
所述贵金属中的至少一种是银和/或钌。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
在使用时,所述贵金属与环境形成潮湿接触。
6.按照权利要求2至5之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
贵金属或者先后依次地敷设在丝网(2)和/或环(3)上,
或者作为双金属颗粒敷设在丝网和/或环上。
7.按照权利要求2至6之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
借助机械的、电镀的或真空技术的方法将所述贵金属敷设在所述丝网(2)和/或环(3)上。
8.按照权利要求2至7之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
在使用时,通过所述丝网(2)和/或环(3)在液体内部构成湍流。
9.按照权利要求2至8之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
在液体运动通过所述丝网(2)和/或环(3)时,过滤器的运动被增强。
10.按照权利要求2至9之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
所述过滤体(1)被设计为,通过丝网(2)和/或环(3)防止悬浮在液体中的微粒、如钙盐沉积在容器的壁上,并且
所述通过丝网(2)和/或环(3)结合所述微粒。
11.按照权利要求2至10之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
所述环(3)压装、夹装、卷边安装、铆接安装或者焊接到凸缘(5)上。
12.按照权利要求2至11之一所述的过滤器,
其特征在于,
所述丝网(2)和/或环(3)以至少一种另外的反应强化的材料涂层。
