本发明公开了一种可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统,包括管路总成、软管吊、软管总成、气压罐、控制系统;所述管路总成包含液相管线和气相管线;软管总成包含液相软管和气相软管;所述液相管线和气相管线一端分别与LNG加注船储罐的出液管线和回气管线相连;所述液相管线和气相管线另一端分别与液相软管和气相软管相连;液相软管和气相软管另一端通过软管吊吊送至LNG受注船上,并分别与受注船储罐的进液管线和排气管线相连;所述液相软管和气相软管上均设有拉断阀;所述拉断阀通过管路与气压罐相连;所述控制系统用于控制气压罐向拉断阀的通气进行拉断阀的外力破断;本发明可实现紧急情况下LNG加注船与受注船的分离。

Description

一种可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统
技术领域
本发明属于LNG加注装卸领域,特别是一种可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统。
背景技术
LNG加注船向LNG受注船进行水上LNG加注时会受到船体晃动、海风、海浪等不可控外在因素的干扰,智能LNG船船加注系统需要满足一定范围、一定晃动程度下LNG加注船与LNG受注船间LNG的安全快速装卸需求,并在LNG受注船漂离安全工作区等紧急情况时实现紧急脱离,而目前LNG鹤管装卸普遍采用的被动拉断式紧急脱离,不适用于柔性LNG加注系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统,以实现紧急情况下的加注船与受注船间的主动紧急脱离,确保装卸过程的安全性。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统,包括管路总成、软管吊、软管总成、气压罐、控制系统;
所述管路总成包含液相管线和气相管线;软管总成包含液相软管和气相软管;所述液相管线和气相管线一端分别与LNG加注船储罐的出液管线和回气管线相连;所述液相管线和气相管线另一端分别与液相软管和气相软管相连;液相软管和气相软管另一端通过软管吊吊送至LNG受注船上,并分别与受注船储罐的进液管线和排气管线相连;所述液相软管和气相软管上均设有拉断阀;所述拉断阀通过管路与气压罐相连;所述控制系统用于控制气压罐向拉断阀的通气进行拉断阀的外力破断,实现紧急情况下LNG加注船与LNG受注船的分离。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:
(1)本发明通过管路总成液相管线、气相管线和软管总成液相软管、气相软管的连接建立LNG加注船与LNG受注船间的LNG的柔性输送通路,液相软管和气相软管另一端可通过软管吊吊送至LNG受注船上并与受注船储罐进液管线和排气管线连接,从而建立LNG加注船与LNG受注船间的LNG输送通路。
(2)本发明的液相软管和气相软管上均设有拉断阀,通过向拉断阀腔体内注入高压气体时,气体作用在阀座上的压力将拉断螺栓拉断并使阀座分离,阀芯在弹簧作用力下复位并将LNG输送通道切断,实现紧急情况下LNG加注船与LNG受注船的分离,确保装卸过程的安全性。
(3)控制系统采用PLC控制器,管路中设有质量流量计、调节阀和切断阀,通过采集质量流量计数据对加注流量进行精确计量,通过控制调节阀调节加注流量,可实现对LNG加注速度的控制、加注流量精确计量和紧急情况时输送通路切断。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步的介绍。
结合图1,本发明的一种可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统,包括安装在LNG加注船1上的管路总成2、软管吊3、软管总成4、气压罐5、控制系统6;其中管路总成2至少包含液相和气相两条管线,软管总成4至少包含液相软管和气相软管。本实施例中,管路总成2由液相管线2-1和气相管线2-2组成,软管总成4由液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2组成。所述液相管线2-1和气相管线2-2前端分别与LNG加注船储罐1-1的出液管线1-2和回气管线1-3相连;所述液相管线2-1和气相管线2-2尾端分别与液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2相连。液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2另一端可通过软管吊3吊送至LNG受注船7上并与受注船储罐7-1的进液管线7-2和排气管线7-3相连,从而建立LNG加注船储罐1-1与LNG受注船储罐7-2间的LNG柔性输送通路。LNG加注船储罐1-1与管路总成2、管路总成2与软管总成4间通过法兰或螺纹管连接。船船加注过程中,LNG加注过程中的液体流向为:LNG加注船储罐1-1→出液管线1-2→液相管线2-1→液相软管4-1→进液管线7-2→受注船储罐7-1。LNG加注过程中的回气流向为:受注船储罐7-1→排气管线7-3→气相软管4-2→气相管线2-2→回气管线1-3→LNG加注船储罐1-1。
结合图1,管路总成2由质量流量计2-3、控制阀、传感器和他们之间连接的不锈钢管线等组成。本实施例中液相管线2-1包含的控制阀有调节阀2-4,切断阀2-5,包含的传感器有压力变送器2-6和温度变送器2-7。气相管线2-2包含的控制阀有切断阀2-5和止回阀,包含的传感器有压力变送器2-6和温度变送器2-7。压力变送器2-6用于系统压力进行实时测试,便于查询,当压力异常升高时,通过控制系统发出报警信号,停止输送;温度变送器2-7主要反馈管路的降温情况,降温过快会对管线产生影响,一般通过检测和反馈(调整泵的流量)使降温速度控制在10°/min。所述调节阀2-4,切断阀2-5、压力变送器2-6和温度变送器2-7均与控制系统6电连接;作为控制系统6的PLC控制器通过采集质量流量计2-3数据对加注流量进行精确计量,通过控制调节阀2-4调节加注流量。通过切断阀2-5可实现紧急情况时输送通道的切断。
结合图1、图2,所述液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2均采用复合软管,所述液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2上均设有拉断阀4-3和快速接头4-4。所述快速接头4-4设置在液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2的后端,用于与受注船储罐7-1的进液管线7-2和排气管线7-3连接。
其中,所述拉断阀4-3包括对称分离式阀座4-31,弹簧座4-32,弹簧4-33,顶锥式阀芯4-34和拉断螺栓4-35;所述分离式阀座4-31为两个,两个对称分离式阀座4-31内均设有弹簧座4-32,弹簧4-33,顶锥式阀芯4-34;两个对称分离阀座4-31之间通过多个拉断螺栓4-35相连;两个对称分离阀座4-31连接的端面之间设有环形的气体密闭腔体4-36;所述气体密闭腔体4-36通过气管与气压罐5相连,且气管上设有与控制系统6电连接的电磁阀;所述控制系统用于控制电磁阀的通断以控制气压罐5的高压气体注入气体密闭腔体4-36。所述分离式阀座4-31腔体内设有环形安装座4-37;所述弹簧座4-32与安装座4-37固定;所述弹簧4-33套在弹簧座4-32上,并与阀芯4-34接触;两个顶锥式阀芯4-34顶部相对接触,并压缩对应接触的弹簧4-33;所述阀座4-31内设有与顶锥式阀芯4-34相配合的锥面4-38,当拉断螺栓4-35将两个对称分离式阀座4-31锁定时,顶锥式阀芯4-34相互挤压顶开弹簧4-33,顶锥式阀芯4-34与锥面4-38处于分离;使得两个阀座4-31内部的腔体相连通,形成LNG输送通道。当向腔体4-36内注入高压气体时,拉断螺栓4-35被填充入气体密闭腔体4-36内高压气体拉断时,两个对称分离式阀座4-31分离,顶锥式阀芯4-34在弹簧4-33作用力下与锥面4-38紧密贴合,将LNG输送通道切断。系统PLC控制器6通过控制气压罐5向拉断阀4-3的密闭腔体4-36内注入高压气体实现紧急情况下LNG加注船与LNG受注船的主动分离。
结合图3,所述软管吊包括安装立柱8-1、旋转底座8-4、操作台8-3、变幅油缸8-5、液压绞车(未示出)、吊臂、吊钩8-13;所述安装立柱8-1固定在LNG加注船1上;所述安装立柱8-1内固定有旋转电机,用于驱动安装立柱8-1上部的旋转底座8-4的旋转运动;旋转电机上设有编码器8-2,用于反馈软管吊左右旋转角度。所述吊臂通过转轴连接在旋转底座8-4上端;所述变幅油缸8-5通过转轴安装在安装立柱8-1上,伸缩端通过转轴与吊臂相连;所述变幅油缸8-5配有第一拉线传感器8-6,用于反馈油缸伸缩长度。所述吊臂采用三节伸缩臂(8-8、8-9、8-10),吊臂上配有第二拉线传感器8-7,用于反馈伸缩臂伸缩长度。三节伸缩臂的每节伸缩臂上均设有液压油缸或电动缸,以驱动伸缩臂的伸缩。所述吊臂上设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端与液压绞车连接,另一端与吊臂末端的吊钩8-13相连;所述液压绞车配有旋转编码器8-7,用于反馈钢丝绳伸出长度及伸出速度,吊钩8-13上配有重量传感器8-12,用于反馈软管总成4的重量,如果吊运的重物超过要求,不能进行起吊,起安全保护作用。软管吊3的末端还配有视觉传感器8-11,用于精确识别对接的目标法兰,反馈目标法兰的位姿,驱动各动力机构将软管吊运动至目标法兰处,实现软管吊的快速操作。
可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统,其工作流程为:当LNG加注船与LNG受注船到达指定加注位置并锚固后,LNG加注船1上的软管吊3吊运软管总成4至LNG受注船7上,人工操作液相软管4-1和气相软管4-2尾端的快速接头4-4分别与LNG受注船储罐的进液管线7-2、排气管线7-3完成连接,LNG加注船储罐1-1与LNG受注船储罐7-1之间建立起柔性输送通路,LNG加注流向为LNG加注船储罐1-1→出液管线1-2→液相管线2-1→液相软管4-1→进液管线7-2→受注船储罐7-1,回气流向为LNG受注船储罐7-3→气相软管4-2→气相管线2-2→LNG加注船储罐回气管线1-3→LNG加注船储罐1-1。加注过程中,PLC控制器6通过采集质量流量计2-3数据对加注流量进行精确计量,通过控制调节阀2-4调节加注流量。当发生紧急情况时,PLC控制器6通过控制向拉断阀4-3密闭腔体4-36内注入高压气体实现紧急情况下LNG加注船与LNG受注船的主动分离,确保两船及相关设备的安全性。

Claims (10)

1.一种可主动紧急脱离的智能LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,包括管路总成(2)、软管吊(3)、软管总成(4)、气压罐(5)、控制系统(6);
所述管路总成(2)包含液相管线(2-1)和气相管线(2-2);软管总成(4)包含液相软管(4-1)和气相软管(4-2);所述液相管线(2-1)和气相管线(2-2)一端分别与LNG加注船储罐(1-1)的出液管线(1-2)和回气管线(1-3)相连;所述液相管线(2-1)和气相管线(2-2)另一端分别与液相软管(4-1)和气相软管(4-2)相连;液相软管(4-1)和气相软管(4-2)另一端通过软管吊(3)吊送至LNG受注船(7)上,并分别与受注船储罐(7-1)的进液管线(7-2)和排气管线(7-3)相连;所述液相软管(4-1)和气相软管(4-2)上均设有拉断阀(4-3);所述拉断阀(4-3)通过管路与气压罐(5)相连;所述控制系统(6)用于控制气压罐(5)向拉断阀(4-3)的通气进行拉断阀(4-3)的外力破断,实现紧急情况下LNG加注船与LNG受注船的分离。
2.根据权利要求1所述LNG船船加注系统,所述拉断阀(4-3)包括阀座(4-31),弹簧座(4-32),弹簧(4-33),阀芯(4-34)和拉断螺栓(4-35);所述阀座(4-31)为两个,两个阀座(4-31)对称设置,两个阀座(4-31)内均设有弹簧座(4-32),弹簧(4-33),顶锥式阀芯(4-34);两个阀座(4-31)之间通过多个拉断螺栓(4-35)相连;两个阀座(4-31)连接的端面之间设有环形的气体密闭腔体(4-36);所述气体密闭腔体(4-36)通过管路与气压罐(5)相连,所述控制系统用于控制气压罐(5)的气体注入气体密闭腔体(4-36);所述弹簧座(4-32)固定在阀座(4-31)内;所述弹簧(4-33)套在弹簧座(4-32)上,并与阀芯(4-34)接触;两个顶锥式阀芯(4-34)顶部相对接触,并压缩对应接触的弹簧(4-33);所述阀座(4-31)内设有与顶锥式阀芯(4-34)相配合的锥面(4-38)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述软管吊包括安装立柱(8-1)、旋转底座(8-4)、操作台(8-3)、变幅油缸(8-5)、液压绞车、吊臂、吊钩(8-13);所述安装立柱(8-1)内固定有旋转电机,用于驱动安装立柱(8-1)上部的旋转底座(8-4)的旋转运动;所述吊臂通过转轴连接在旋转底座(8-4)上端;所述变幅油缸(8-5)通过转轴安装在安装立柱(8-1)上,伸缩端通过转轴与吊臂相连;所述吊臂上设有钢丝绳,钢丝绳一端与液压绞车连接,另一端与吊臂末端的吊钩(8-13)相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述旋转电机上设有编码器(8-2),用于反馈软管吊左右旋转角度;所述变幅油缸(8-5)配有第一拉线传感器(8-6),用于反馈油缸伸缩长度;所述吊臂上配有第二拉线传感器(8-7),用于反馈伸缩臂伸缩长度;所述液压绞车配有旋转编码器(8-7),用于反馈钢丝绳伸出长度及伸出速度。
5.根据权利要求3所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述吊钩(8-13)上配有重量传感器(8-12),用于反馈软管总成(4)的重量。
6.根据权利要求3所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述吊臂采用多节伸缩臂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述液相管线(2-1)上设有质量流量计(2-3)和调节阀(2-4),通过采集质量流量计(2-3)数据对加注流量进行计量,通过控制调节阀(2-4)调节加注流量。
8.根据权利要求1所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述液相管线(2-1)和气相管线(2-2)上均设有切断阀(2-5)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述液相管线(2-1)和气相管线(2-2)上均设有压力变送器(2-6)和温度变送器(2-7)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的LNG船船加注系统,其特征在于,所述软管吊(3)的末端还配有视觉传感器(8-11)。
