Abstract
本发明公开了一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,包括管道,所述管道内壁上固定连接有支撑圆环,所述支撑圆环上设置有支撑转动装置,所述管道内设置有旋转装置,所述支撑转动装置和旋转装置之间固定连接有连接块。本发明多个转动体在转动底环侧壁上开设的转动孔内转动,可以有效地调节转动体与转动底环端面的角度,由于电动机的转向不变,多个转动体可以调控相应的角度,在电动机的驱动下完成对管道内水流向的调节,必要时可以对多个转动体调节至同一平面,让多个转动体堵住管道口径,在转动体侧壁设置的密封条能够起到密封效果,达到堵水的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及限流装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种扇叶调节排水限流装置。
背景技术
目前在工业生产中时常需要将两个蓄水池用管道连通管,需要将两个蓄水池中的液体输送交换以及对其中一个蓄水池进行水位抬升,这些操作都需要一系列复杂的装置进行操作,这些装置仅仅能够完成单向排水,且单向排水的量无法进行调节;当液体输送交换完成时需要中断输送,还需要启用其他的设备进行闭合管道,这样大大增加了操作难度;当需要进行双向换水时,现有的装置太过于笨重且操作复杂,达到的效果不甚理想。
为此,我们设计了一种扇叶调节排水限流装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决仅仅能够完成单向排水,且单向排水的量无法进行调节问题,而提出的一种扇叶调节排水限流装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,包括管道,所述管道内壁上固定连接有支撑圆环,所述支撑圆环上设置有支撑转动装置,所述管道内设置有旋转装置,所述支撑转动装置和旋转装置之间固定连接有连接块。
优选地,所述支撑转动装置由多个支撑杆、放置底座和电动机所组成,所述放置底座与支撑圆环通过多个支撑杆固定连接,多个所述支撑杆呈圆周排布在放置底座与支撑圆环之间,所述电动机底座与放置底座固定连接。
优选地,所述旋转装置由转动底环、保护套、多个转动体、转向控制装备、多个第一齿轮、第二齿轮、转动轴、限位架和转动槽所组成,所述转动体与转动底环转动连接,所述第一齿轮固定设置在转动体端部,所述保护套设置在转动底环端部,所述转向控制装备设置在保护套内侧壁,所述转动轴与转向控制装备固定连接,所述第二齿轮固定套设在转动轴上,所述第二齿轮与第一齿轮相互啮合,所述转动槽开设在远离转向控制装备一端的转动轴上,所述限位架与转动槽转动连接。
优选地,所述转动底环由底环和多个转动孔所组成,多个所述转动孔呈圆周排布且开设在底环侧壁上。
优选地,所述转动体由扇叶本体、两个密封条、转动杆和滑动曲面所组成,两个所述密封条开设在扇叶本体两侧,所述滑动曲面开设在扇叶本体底部,所述转动杆与扇叶本体底部固定连接。
优选地,所述底环外侧壁为光滑球面。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明中的多个转动体在转动底环侧壁上开设的转动孔内转动,可以有效地调节转动体与转动底环端面的角度,由于电动机的转向不变,多个转动体可以调控相应的角度,在电动机的驱动下完成对管道内水流向的调节,必要时可以对多个转动体调节至同一平面,让多个转动体堵住管道口径,在转动体侧壁设置的密封条能够起到密封效果,达到堵水的效果。
2、本发明中的转向控制装备可以驱动转动轴上的第二齿轮转动,其中第二齿轮与转动杆端部的第一齿轮相互啮合传动,使得转动杆在转动底环上转动,进而可以调节转动体的转动角度与位置。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1-7,一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,包括管道1,管道1内壁上固定连接有支撑圆环2,支撑圆环2上设置有支撑转动装置,支撑转动装置由多个支撑杆3、放置底座4和电动机5组成,放置底座4与支撑圆环2通过多个支撑杆3固定连接,多个支撑杆3呈圆周排布在放置底座4与支撑圆环2之间,电动机5底座与放置底座4固定连接,其中电动机5为旋转装置提供动力来源。
管道1内设置有旋转装置,旋转装置由转动底环6、保护套7、多个转动体8、转向控制装备9、多个第一齿轮10、第二齿轮11、转动轴12、限位架13和转动槽14组成,转动体8与转动底环6转动连接,多个转动体8在转动底环6侧壁上开设的转动孔62内转动,可以有效地调节转动体8与转动底环6端面的角度。
转动底环6由底环61和多个转动孔62组成,多个转动孔62呈圆周排布且开设在底环61侧壁上,使得转动体8呈圆周排布在转动底环6侧壁上。
转动体8由扇叶本体81、两个密封条82、转动杆83和滑动曲面84组成,两个密封条82开设在扇叶本体81两侧,相邻两个扇叶本体81位于同一平面时可以通过密封条82起到了密封效果,起到了堵水的效果。
滑动曲面84开设在扇叶本体81底部,转动杆83与扇叶本体81底部固定连接,其中转动杆83可以在转动孔62内自由转动。
底环61外侧壁为光滑球面,其中滑动曲面84与底环61外侧壁相适配,即扇叶本体81可以在底环61外侧壁自由转动。
第一齿轮10固定设置在转动体8端部,其中第一齿轮10设置在转动底环6内,且第一齿轮10与转动杆83固定连接。
保护套7设置在转动底环6端部,转向控制装备9设置在保护套7内侧壁,转向控制装备9可以驱动转动轴12上的第二齿轮11转动,其中第二齿轮11与转动杆83端部的第一齿轮10相互啮合传动,使得转动杆83在转动底环6上转动,进而可以调节转动体8的转动角度与位置。
转动轴12与转向控制装备9固定连接,可以对转动轴12的转向进行控制。
第二齿轮11固定套设在转动轴12上,第二齿轮11与第一齿轮10相互啮合,转动轴12的转动可以带动第二齿轮11一同转动,进而可以带动第一齿轮10转动,进而完成对转动体8的转动,由于电动机5的转向不变,多个转动体8可以通过转向控制装备9调控相应的角度,在电动机5的驱动下完成对管道内水流向的调节。
转动槽14开设在远离转向控制装备9一端的转动轴12上,限位架13与转动槽14转动连接,其中限位架13与连接块15固定连接,连接块15可以为转动轴12的转动提供支撑作用。
支撑转动装置和旋转装置之间固定连接有连接块15,其中连接块15两端分别与电动机5输出端与底环61固定连接。
本发明中,其中电动机5底座与放置底座4固定连接,电动机5为旋转装置提供动力来源,支撑圆环2可以为装置提供支撑效果,多个转动体8在转动底环6侧壁上开设的转动孔62内转动,可以有效地调节转动体8与转动底环6端面的角度,由于电动机5的转向不变,多个转动体8可以调控相应的角度,在电动机5的驱动下完成对管道内水流向的调节。
转向控制装备9可以驱动转动轴12上的第二齿轮11转动,其中第二齿轮11与转动杆83端部的第一齿轮10相互啮合传动,使得转动杆83在转动底环6上转动,进而可以调节转动体8的转动角度与位置,必要时可以对多个转动体8调节至同一平面,让多个转动体8堵住管道1口径,在转动体8侧壁设置的密封条82能够起到密封效果,达到堵水的效果。

1.一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,包括管道(1),其特征在于,所述管道(1)内壁上固定连接有支撑圆环(2),所述支撑圆环(2)上设置有支撑转动装置,所述管道(1)内设置有旋转装置,所述支撑转动装置和旋转装置之间固定连接有连接块(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,其特征在于,所述支撑转动装置由多个支撑杆(3)、放置底座(4)和电动机(5)所组成,所述放置底座(4)与支撑圆环(2)通过多个支撑杆(3)固定连接,多个所述支撑杆(3)呈圆周排布在放置底座(4)与支撑圆环(2)之间,所述电动机(5)底座与放置底座(4)固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,其特征在于,所述旋转装置由转动底环(6)、保护套(7)、多个转动体(8)、转向控制装备(9)、多个第一齿轮(10)、第二齿轮(11)、转动轴(12)、限位架(13)和转动槽(14)所组成,所述转动体(8)与转动底环(6)转动连接,所述第一齿轮(10)固定设置在转动体(8)端部,所述保护套(7)设置在转动底环(6)端部,所述转向控制装备(9)设置在保护套(7)内侧壁,所述转动轴(12)与转向控制装备(9)固定连接,所述第二齿轮(11)固定套设在转动轴(12)上,所述第二齿轮(11)与第一齿轮(10)相互啮合,所述转动槽(14)开设在远离转向控制装备(9)一端的转动轴(12)上,所述限位架(13)与转动槽(14)转动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,其特征在于,所述转动底环(6)由底环(61)和多个转动孔(62)所组成,多个所述转动孔(62)呈圆周排布且开设在底环(61)侧壁上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,其特征在于,所述转动体(8)由扇叶本体(81)、两个密封条(82)、转动杆(83)和滑动曲面(84)所组成,两个所述密封条(82)开设在扇叶本体(81)两侧,所述滑动曲面(84)开设在扇叶本体(81)底部,所述转动杆(83)与扇叶本体(81)底部固定连接。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种扇叶调节排水限流装置,其特征在于,所述底环(61)外侧壁为光滑球面。
