实施例1:一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,包括上表层、中间层以及内里层,中间层缝制在内里层外表面,上表层缝制在中间层外表面,上表层包括18重量份木棉纤维、70重量份粘胶纤维以及12重量份大麻纤维,中间层包括75重量份棉纤维、19重量份大麻纤维以及6重量份导电纤维,内里层包括58重量份艾草纤维、30重量份玉米纤维以及重量份12大麻纤维。
制备步骤:
S1:将18重量份木棉纤维、70重量份粘胶纤维以及12重量份大麻纤维混纺成第一纱线,将75重量份棉纤维、19重量份大麻纤维以及6重量份导电纤维混纺成第二纱线,将58重量份艾草纤维、30重量份玉米纤维以及重量份12大麻纤维混纺成第三纱线;
S2:采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第一纱线纺织成第一面料,采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第二纱线纺织成第二面料,采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第三纱线纺织成第三面料,上机张力2kg,喷嘴气压2.5kg,车速500转/min;
S3:将步骤2中的第一面料、第二面料以及第三面料按照第二面料在第一面料和第三面料之间进行缝制,形成坯布;
S4:染色前处理,将坯布退卷,进行预缩预定型,定型温度200摄氏度,车速60码/min;

实施例2:一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,包括上表层、中间层以及内里层,中间层缝制在内里层外表面,上表层缝制在中间层外表面,上表层包括15重量份木棉纤维、72重量份粘胶纤维以及13重量份大麻纤维,中间层包括79重量份棉纤维、16重量份大麻纤维以及5重量份导电纤维,内里层包括55重量份艾草纤维、28重量份玉米纤维以及重量份17大麻纤维。
制备步骤:
S1:将15重量份木棉纤维、72重量份粘胶纤维以及13重量份大麻纤维混纺成第一纱线,将79重量份棉纤维、16重量份大麻纤维以及5重量份导电纤维混纺成第二纱线,将55重量份艾草纤维、28重量份玉米纤维以及重量份17大麻纤维混纺成第三纱线;

实施例3:一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,包括上表层、中间层以及内里层,中间层缝制在内里层外表面,上表层缝制在中间层外表面,上表层包括17重量份木棉纤维、69重量份粘胶纤维以及14重量份大麻纤维,中间层包括71重量份棉纤维、20重量份大麻纤维以及9重量份导电纤维,内里层包括54重量份艾草纤维、27重量份玉米纤维以及重量份19大麻纤维。
制备步骤:
S1:将17重量份木棉纤维、69重量份粘胶纤维以及14重量份大麻纤维混纺成第一纱线,将71重量份棉纤维、20重量份大麻纤维以及9重量份导电纤维混纺成第二纱线,将54重量份艾草纤维、27重量份玉米纤维以及重量份19大麻纤维混纺成第三纱线;
S2:采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第一纱线纺织成第一面料,采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第二纱线纺织成第二面料,采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第三纱线纺织成第三面料,上机张力2kg,喷嘴气压2.5kg,车速500转/min;
S3:将步骤2中的第一面料、第二面料以及第三面料按照第二面料在第一面料和第三面料之间进行缝制,形成坯布;

依照ISO 105A01:1994,并利用耐摩擦色牢度测试仪测得色牢度:3级。

1.一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,包括上表层、中间层以及内里层,其特征在于:所述中间层缝制在内里层外表面,所述上表层缝制在中间层外表面,所述上表层包括15-20重量份木棉纤维、60-75重量份粘胶纤维以及10-20重量份大麻纤维,所述中间层包括70-80重量份棉纤维、10-20重量份大麻纤维以及3-9重量份导电纤维,所述内里层包括50-60重量份艾草纤维、20-30重量份玉米纤维以及重量份10-20大麻纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,其特征在于:由以下步骤制备:
S1:将15-20重量份木棉纤维、60-75重量份粘胶纤维以及10-20重量份大麻纤维混纺成第一纱线,将70-80重量份棉纤维、10-20重量份大麻纤维以及3-9重量份导电纤维混纺成第二纱线,将50-60重量份艾草纤维、20-30重量份玉米纤维以及重量份10-20大麻纤维混纺成第三纱线;
S2:采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第一纱线纺织成第一面料,采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第二纱线纺织成第二面料,采用喷气织机将S1步骤中的第三纱线纺织成第三面料,上机张力2kg,喷嘴气压2.5kg,车速500转/min;
S3:将步骤2中的第一面料、第二面料以及第三面料按照第二面料在第一面料和第三面料之间进行缝制,形成坯布;
S4:染色前处理,将坯布退卷,进行预缩预定型,定型温度200摄氏度,车速60码/min;
S5:将S4步骤中前处理好的坯布放入染缸,放入染料,加匀染剂,染色温度90摄氏度,时间2-3h;
S6:对S5步骤中的染色坯布进行清洗;
S7:将S6步骤中的染色坯布放入容器中,向容器中加入抗菌剂、柔软剂,浸泡1-2h,温度60摄氏度;
S8:将S7步骤中的染色坯布漂洗,并采用离心干燥;
S9:对S8步骤中的染色坯布进行定型,定型温度200摄氏度,车速25m/min。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,其特征在于:所述匀染剂包括甲基丙烯酸环氧酯:10-20份,对甲苯磺酸:3-8份,乙二醇:10-20份,偏磷酸钠:1-3份,异丙胺:5-9份,邻苯甲酸二叔丁酯:3-6份,水:200-400份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂包括聚氧乙烯醚:5-8份,羟乙基纤维素:5-8份,烷基苯磺酸钠:3-5份,尿素:1-2份,氯化钾:1-2份,草酸钾:0.2-0.5份,海藻酸钠:0.3-0.5份,三聚磷酸钠:0.1-0.2份,水60-70份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种吸湿抗菌多纤维混纺面料,其特征在于:所述柔软剂包括硬脂酸钠:1-3份,三甲胺:3-8份,丙烯酰胺:1-4份,硅酸钠:2-9份,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚:10-20份,水:60-80份。
