Abstract
本发明公开了一种木材脱脂剂及其制备方法,包括以下按照重量份的原料:茶皂素浓缩液43‑76份、二水和钼酸钠23‑45份、硫化钠13‑18份、氯化钙13‑18份、乙二胺四乙酸2‑10份、氟硼酸5‑10份和水8‑17份,通过添加茶皂素浓缩液,利用其表面活性提高松脂的流动性,使其更易脱除,防止其与木质纤维素结合,可将松节油充分挥发,松香进行硫化脆化,材色接近新鲜材色,物理力学性质下降较小,成本低廉,处理后的木材的尺寸稳定性、密度、硬度、强度得到了极大的提升,涂漆着色时不会出现着色不匀、渗陷等问题,漆膜的干燥速度快,装饰效果好。

本发明涉及木材处理领域,具体是一种木材脱脂剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
松属、云杉属、落叶松属、黄杉属、银杉属和油杉属的木材构造中具有正常树脂道,其分泌树脂,树脂含量丰富,在木材加工利用过程中,高含量树脂影响木材的后续锯切、砂光、油漆和胶接等工序,并且一旦环境温度较高时,树脂会渗至木材表面,污染木材制品,因此,该类木材在加工利用过程中需进行脱脂处理,进而提高其加工性能和表面质量,扩大其应用范围。
因此,需要一种效果好的木材脱脂剂来解决实际问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种木材脱脂剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种木材脱脂剂,包括以下按照重量份的原料:茶皂素浓缩液43-76份、二水和钼酸钠23-45份、硫化钠13-18份、氯化钙13-18份、乙二胺四乙酸2-10份、氟硼酸5-10份和水8-17份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:包括以下按照重量百分比的原料:茶皂素浓缩液50-60份、二水和钼酸钠30-42份、硫化钠14-16份、氯化钙14-16份、乙二胺四乙酸3-7份、氟硼酸7-9份和水10-15份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:包括以下按照重量百分比的原料:茶皂素浓缩液55份、二水和钼酸钠38份、硫化钠15份、氯化钙15份、乙二胺四乙酸8份、氟硼酸7份和水13份。
一种木材脱脂剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称量:按照配方要求准确称量各原料,双人复核;
2)预混合:将二水和钼酸钠、硫化钠、氯化钙进行预混,得到混合物A;
3)总混合:将茶皂素浓缩液、乙二胺四乙酸、氟硼酸、水和混合物A一同置于磁力搅拌机中;
4)搅拌处理:抽至磁力搅拌机真空,均匀搅拌即可。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤3)中,所述氟硼酸纯度为45%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤4)中,搅拌时间为40分钟,温度为50-60°C。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述步骤4)中,抽真空的真空度为-0.05MPa。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过添加茶皂素浓缩液,利用其表面活性提高松脂的流动性,使其更易脱除,防止其与木质纤维素结合,可将松节油充分挥发,松香进行硫化脆化,材色接近新鲜材色,物理力学性质下降较小,成本低廉,处理后的木材的尺寸稳定性、密度、硬度、强度得到了极大的提升,涂漆着色时不会出现着色不匀、渗陷等问题,漆膜的干燥速度快,装饰效果好。

实施例1
一种木材脱脂剂,包括以下按照重量份的原料:茶皂素浓缩液43份、二水和钼酸钠23份、硫化钠13份、氯化钙18份、乙二胺四乙酸10份、氟硼酸10份和水17份。
一种木材脱脂剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
1)称量:按照配方要求准确称量各原料,双人复核;
2)预混合:将二水和钼酸钠、硫化钠、氯化钙进行预混,得到混合物A;
3)总混合:将茶皂素浓缩液、乙二胺四乙酸、氟硼酸、水和混合物A一同置于磁力搅拌机中;
4)搅拌处理:抽至磁力搅拌机真空,在50°C下,均匀搅拌40分钟即可。
实施例2
一种木材脱脂剂,包括以下按照重量份的原料:茶皂素浓缩液76份、二水和钼酸钠45份、硫化钠18份、氯化钙13份、乙二胺四乙酸2份、氟硼酸5份和水8份。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种木材脱脂剂,其特征在于,包括以下按照重量百分比的原料:茶皂素浓缩液55份、二水和钼酸钠38份、硫化钠15份、氯化钙15份、乙二胺四乙酸8份、氟硼酸7份和水13份。

1)称量:按照配方要求准确称量各原料,双人复核;
2)预混合:将二水和钼酸钠、硫化钠、氯化钙进行预混,得到混合物A;
3)总混合:将茶皂素浓缩液、乙二胺四乙酸、氟硼酸、水和混合物A一同置于磁力搅拌机中;
4)搅拌处理:抽至磁力搅拌机真空,均匀搅拌即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种木材脱脂剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中,所述氟硼酸纯度为45%。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种木材脱脂剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,搅拌时间为40分钟,温度为50-60°C。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种木材脱脂剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中,抽真空的真空度为-0.05MPa。
