Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating lumbago based on dialectical types.
Background
With the rapid development of social economy, the work and life rhythm of people is also accelerated continuously, so that the exercise time and the exercise amount are reduced, wind, cold, dampness, heat and toxicity in the body can not be discharged in time, and body pain symptoms such as neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, rheumatism bone disease, cold uterus and dysmenorrhea and the like can appear after long-term accumulation. The traditional Chinese medicine considers that the ache, numbness, swelling and pain of bones and muscles of a human body are related to invasion of exogenous pathogenic factors, obstruction of tendons and collaterals, unsmooth qi and blood, no pain when the qi and blood are communicated, and no pain when the qi and blood are communicated. Pain is a signal sent out in advance by human diseases, which indicates invasion of external enemies and needs to regulate and maintain the balance of yin and yang in the internal environment.
The traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion is used as a novel practical and efficient therapy which is extended from the traditional wax moxibustion therapy and warm compress therapy of modern people, and the traditional warm moxibustion technology is innovated and developed. The mud moxibustion has strong flexibility, can be randomly pasted on any part of a human body, can quickly dredge the channels and collaterals of the human body, and expel wind-cold-dampness evil in the human body out of the body, thereby achieving the aim of quickly curing chronic diseases.
The traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion is based on the theory of channels and collaterals and modern medicine, and according to the molecular medicine theory, the biomedical holography theory and the traditional Chinese medicine theory of treating internal diseases by external therapy and treating abnormal diseases by simultaneous therapy, the traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion safely and efficiently dispels wind, cold, dampness, heat and toxicity in the body by stimulating acupuncture points, dredging veins and drug force heat conduction, and achieves the effects of treating diseases, preventing diseases, supporting the body and consolidating the constitution, promoting metabolism and enhancing the immunity of the body.
However, most of the existing mud moxibustion medicines have poor pertinence and poor curative effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating lumbago caused by cold-dampness stagnation, which has a good curative effect on lumbago caused by cold-dampness stagnation, and is strong in pertinence and remarkable in curative effect.
The invention also aims to provide the traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating the lumbago caused by the deficiency of liver and kidney, which has better curative effect on the lumbago caused by the deficiency of liver and kidney, and has strong pertinence and remarkable curative effect.
The invention also aims to provide the traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating the lumbago caused by blood stasis stagnation, which has better curative effect, strong pertinence and obvious curative effect on the lumbago caused by blood stasis stagnation.
In order to achieve the above object, the technical solution of the present invention is as follows.
A dialectical traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating lumbago comprises the following components by weight:

Clinical cases treated by dialectical traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating lumbago of the invention are more than 500 times, wherein 200 cases of lumbago are selected for statistics of curative effect, wherein 120 cases of men and 80 cases of women are selected. Least aged 20 years, greatest 75 years: the shortest disease course is 3 years, and the longest disease course is 30 years.
In clinical treatment, different formulas of medicines are used according to syndrome differentiation; firstly, diagnosing a lumbago patient, and if the lumbago is cold-damp stagnation type, moxibustion is performed by the traditional Chinese medicine mud prepared in the example 1; if the lumbago is caused by deficiency of liver and kidney, the traditional Chinese medicine mud prepared in the example 4 is adopted for moxibustion; for lumbago due to blood stasis, the Chinese medicinal mud prepared in example 7 was used for moxibustion.
Firstly, the curative effect standard is as follows: the treatment effect evaluation was performed using the modified japan orthopedics association lumbar JOA score and the pain visual analogue scale VAS score.
1.1 modified japan orthopedics association lumbar JOA scoring criteria:
firstly, healing: the pain in the waist and the radiating pain of the lower limbs basically disappear, the function of the waist is recovered to be normal, the straight legs are lifted by more than 70 degrees, and the improvement rate is not less than 75 percent.
Secondly, effect is displayed: the pain in the waist and the radiating pain of the lower limbs are obviously relieved, the activity function of the waist is basically normal, and the improvement rate is less than 75% and is 50%.
③ effective: lumbar pain, lower extremity radiating pain, partial recovery of lumbar motor function, 30% or less improvement < 50%.
Fourthly, invalidation: the clinical symptoms and the waist function treatment front and back are improved, and the improvement rate is less than 30 percent.
The improvement rate is [ (pre-treatment score-post-treatment score)/pre-treatment score ] × 100%
1.2 pain visual analogue scale VAS scoring criteria:
dividing into 0 parts: painless
② 3 the following: has mild pain and can be tolerated
③ 4 min to 6 min: the patient feels pain and affects sleep and can tolerate it
7-10 min: the patient has gradually intense pain, the pain is hard to endure, the appetite is influenced, and the sleep is influenced.
Secondly, statistics of curative effect:
among 200 patients, 150 patients are cured, 30 patients are effective, and 20 patients are effective.
Among them, 64 patients had lumbago due to cold-dampness stagnation, 53 patients were cured, 9 patients had significant effects, and 2 patients had significant effects;
37 patients with lumbago caused by deficiency of liver and kidney recover 24 cases, 5 cases with obvious effect and 8 cases with effect;
in 99 patients, lumbago caused by blood stasis is cured in 73 cases, 16 cases are obviously effective, and 10 cases are effective.
Long-time clinical certification proves that the traditional Chinese medicine mud moxibustion for treating the dialectical lumbago has better curative effects on cold-damp stagnation type lumbago, liver and kidney deficiency type lumbago and blood stasis stagnation type lumbago, and is strong in pertinence and remarkable in effect.
