Abstract
本装置包括一个第一个给进辊(18)和一个与其一起起作用的第二个给进辊(19),它们反向转动同步被驱动。给进辊(18、19)在它们的边缘相切接触。在第一个给进辊(18)中设有一个圆形加热圆盘(30),它的直径比第一个给进辊(18)的外边缘直径大。第二个给进辊(19)有一个圆周槽(31),加热圆盘(30)的边缘侵入到该槽中。用本装置可以以更高速度生产高质量的切断焊接缝。
Description
由CH-A-527 090公开了一种用于软管袋包装机的密封和切断装置。软管在折叠箱内围绕着两列产品被折叠,两个纵边在两列中间借助于两个给进和密封辊在薄膜上被密封。顺着给进和密封辊,两个由此形成的平行的软管通过一个圆片形的旋转的切断刀切断。刀压在一个圆盘形的弹性顶座上。
在DE-A-2 727 960中叙述了另一种密封和切断装置,它包含一个被加热的圆片形的切断刀。一块带有纵向槽的板起着顶座的作用,切断刀可以插入该槽内。为输送薄膜需要另外的给进机构。
本发明的任务在于提供一种焊接和切断装置,该装置在保证高质量的焊缝的同时快速密封和切断。
根据本发明,提出一种纵向焊接和切断热塑性塑料薄膜制成的包装管的装置,包括一个第一给进辊和一个与其一起起作用的第二给进辊,其中,借助一个驱动装置驱动给进辊中的至少一个并且给进辊在其圆周边缘上相切地接触,以便将其间穿过的热塑性薄膜向前推进,一个在第一个给进辊内的圆形加热圆盘,它的直径比第一个给进辊的外边缘直径大,其中,第二个给进辊包括一个圆周槽,加热圆盘的外边缘侵入到该圆周槽中。
根据本发明,第一个给进辊由两个装在一个公共轴上的同轴单辊组成并且加热圆盘同轴布置在单辊之间。加热圆盘制成圆环形并且用夹紧装置保持在一个单辊上。加热圆盘的外边缘与面向加热圆盘的单辊的端面的轴向距离比双层薄膜厚度大。面向包装软管的加热圆盘的上表面从边缘开始包括一个第一圆锥形面,其坡口角度最好大约为120°。第一个圆锥形面以一个较大的坡口角与一个第二个圆锥形面相连,从第一个到第二个圆锥形面的整个过渡段具有比第一个给进辊的外径更大的直径,并且加热圆盘在两个圆锥形面的区域中相对于含有边缘的径向平面对称构置。加热圆盘与第一个给进辊热隔离。至少第一个给进辊包括连到输送冷却介质的冷却通道。冷却通道包括在第一个给进辊的驱动轴内的钻孔,钻孔通过一个连接器连通输送冷却介质,驱动轴可转动地支承在连接器中。给进辊的两个轴反向转动同步被驱动。
下面将结合附图详述本发明的实施例。附图是:

两根轴向平行的轴10、11由轴承12、13可转动地支撑,并且通过齿轮14、15旋转固定地连接在一起并相对转动。轴11通过伞齿轮传动装置16、17与一个没有表示出的驱动马达连接。轴10、11在上部各带有一个给进辊18、19。给进辊18、19各包括两个在外圆周上轴向相互间隔的单个辊20-23,辊20-23都有相同的外径,辊20、22和21、23在两层要焊接的薄膜软管25的薄膜层24的中间位置之下相接触,要焊接的薄膜层24带有一道剪断缝,薄膜软管25包含着相互均匀间隔的要包装的产品26。辊20、21或22、23由一个中心螺钉27固定在一起。
在辊20、21之间装有一个盘状加热圆盘30,它的外径比辊20、21的外径大,加热圆片插入辊20、21之间的圆周槽31中。加热圆盘30装在用加热丝加热的金属圆环33上,圆环33通过隔热圆盘34与辊20、21热隔离。圆环33由弹簧3压在上面的圆盘34上。弹簧35平衡了圆环33的热膨胀。加热圆盘30的温度由温度传感器36测量并且由此来调节加热丝32的热量。在辊21周边的下表面和辊20的上表面之间由加热圆盘30的刀刃37通过的径向平面的距离比较大,尤其至少是要焊接的薄膜24双倍厚度的5倍。由图5至7得知,刀刃37由两个对称于径向平面布置的圆锥平面38、39构成,圆锥平面38具有大约120°的坡口角度。圆锥平面38逐渐变为第二个圆锥平面39,圆锥平面39具有更大的坡口角度,大约为158°。
至少面向已成形的软管25的单个辊21、23是由冷却介质,例如水,来冷却,在所示的实施例中,所有的辊20-23都被冷却。为此,轴承12、13制成冷却介质连接器,它具有两个相对并且朝外的由密封环41密封的圆周槽42、43。连接管44接到槽42上用于输入冷却水,连接管45接到槽43上用于输出冷却水。槽42、43与轴10、11中的轴向钻孔46、47连通,轴10中的钻孔46通过辊20,21中的一个径向钻孔48和一个轴向钻孔49与一条径向槽50相连,径向槽50连通到扩展到几乎360°的圆周槽51的一端,此槽的另一端同样连通着径向槽50’,径向槽50’通过辊20、21上的轴向和径向钻孔49’、54’与辊20上的另一个圆周槽52的一端连接。此槽52的另一端再通过径向和轴向钻孔53至56与钻孔47连接。槽51、52和径向槽50、50’由焊接上的盖57盖住。因此,冷却水首先通过槽51,沿着面向软管25的辊21的周边,然后沿着另一个辊20的周边流过。给进辊19的冷却以同样方式取得。
所述的装置特别适用于焊接和切断单层薄膜管25,特别是由聚乙烯薄膜制成的薄膜以及由低密度聚乙烯/高密度聚乙烯的混合制成的薄膜。图5至7表示了平行于辊10、11的轴线的共同平面的纵截面,图3表示了一个明显位于这个平面上游的一个剖面,图4表示了接近这个平面的剖面,图5表示了一个明显位于这个平面下游的剖面。由于加热圆盘30的外径相对辊20、21较大,刀刃37在薄膜24上划出刀口,使之切断。锥形面38、39使焊缝60得到一定的堆积,从而达到很好的密封质量。薄膜24在两边同时相邻地形成切断焊缝,从而准确地实现切断。通过强冷却辊20-23,特别是辊21、23,本装置可以以比较高的转速驱动,从而实现高的生产率。通过把加热圆盘集成在给进辊18,19中,使紧凑的制造方式得以实现。比较薄的辊21、23可以使形成的焊缝60很接近软管25,由此,完成的包装只有很少的凸出的包装材料。
Claims (10)
1.一种纵向焊接和切断热塑性塑料薄膜(24)制成的包装管(25)的装置,包括一个第一给进辊(18)和一个与其一起起作用的第二给进辊(19),其中,借助一个驱动装置驱动给进辊中的至少一个并且给进辊在其圆周边缘上相切地接触,以便将其间穿过的热塑性薄膜向前推进,一个在第一个给进辊(18)内的圆形加热圆盘(30),它的直径比第一个给进辊(18)的外边缘直径大,其中,第二个给进辊(19)包括一个圆周槽(31),加热圆盘(30)的外边缘侵入到该圆周槽中。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:第一个给进辊(18)由两个装在一个公共轴(10)上的同轴单辊(20、21)组成并且加热圆盘(30)同轴布置在单辊(20、21)之间。
3.按照权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于:加热圆盘(30)制成圆环形并且用夹紧装置(35)保持在一个单辊(21)上。
4.按照权利要求2或3所述的装置,其特征在于:加热圆盘(30)的外边缘(37)与面向加热圆盘(30)的单辊(20-23)的端面的轴向距离比双层薄膜厚度大。
5.按照权利要求2至4之一所述的装置,其特征在于:面向包装软管(25)的加热圆盘(30)的上表面从边缘(37)开始包括一个第一圆锥形面(38),其坡口角度大约为120°。
6.按照权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于:第一个圆锥形面(38)以一个较大的坡口角与一个第二个圆锥形面(39)相连,从第一个到第二个圆锥形面(38、39)的整个过渡段具有比第一个给进辊(18)的外径更大的直径,并且加热圆盘(30)在两个圆锥形面(38、39)的区域中相对于含有边缘(37)的径向平面对称构置。
7.按照权利要求1至6之一所述的装置,其特征在于:加热圆盘(30)与第一个给进辊(18)热隔离。
8.按照权利要求1至7之一所述的装置,其特征在于:至少第一个给进辊(18)包括连到输送冷却介质的冷却通道(46至56)。
9.按照权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于:冷却通道包括在第一个给进辊(18)的驱动轴(10)内的钻孔(46、47),钻孔通过一个连接器(12)连通输送冷却介质,驱动轴(10)可转动地支承在连接器(12)中。
10.按照权利要求1至9之一所述的装置,其特征在于:给进辊(18、19)的两个轴反向转动同步被驱动。
