本发明一种智能料架,包括料架,所述料架上装有若干料盘骨架,所述料架自下而上设有多排,所述料盘骨架的两端分别连接在料架的两根横梁上,所述料盘骨架在料架上平行间隔设置,每两个料盘骨架之间形成一个料槽,所述料槽内用于放置SMT电子托盘,所述料架一侧壁上开有线槽,所述线槽外侧装有线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板上装有若干LED显示灯,还包括红外线接收传感器和红外线发射模块,本发明结构简单,使用方便,通过智能货架配合SMT电子托盘智能识别物料信息,再通过主控板存储信息,将物料信息自动记录归类,使用时不易拿错,减少了人工劳动力,提高了生产效率。

本发明涉及智能存储装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能料架。
背景技术
工业仓库是指在工业生产中,用来存放生产所需的各种材料,或工厂日常生活所需的各种消耗品等,以及在生产后期中,用来存放产品、保护产品、调节供需等的工业建筑物之一。采用传统的普通物料架需要人工管理,虽然已经基本上都已经采用了二维码扫描上架入库、对应电子领料表进行领料的半自动化使用模式。但是由于各种电子物料种类和型号非常繁多,人工上架入库电子物料和对应生产工单领料时效率通常都是比较低的,工作量很大,而且由于人工操作,领料非常容易出现差错,物料上线时还需要进行多次核实才可以上线使用。
发明内容
基于上述技术缺陷,本发明提供一种智能料架,解决了上述技术问题。
本发明一种智能料架,包括料架,所述料架上装有若干料盘骨架,所述料架自下而上设有多排,所述料盘骨架的两端分别连接在料架的两根横梁上,所述料盘骨架在料架上平行间隔设置,每两个料盘骨架之间形成一个料槽,所述料槽内用于放置SMT电子托盘,所述料架一侧壁上开有线槽,所述线槽外侧装有线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板上装有若干LED显示灯,还包括红外线接收传感器和红外线发射模块。
进一步,所述料架上部一侧还装有亚克力面板,所述面板上装有显示屏以及开关,所述开关用于控制外部电源的与料架电源的通断,所述面板内壁还装有主控板,所述主控板分别与显示器、开关、扫码枪、LED显示灯电连接,所述料盘骨架通过焊接的方式固定在横梁上,所述红外接收传感器安装在主控板上,所述红外线发射模块安装在料架上。
进一步,所述主控板还包括料架管理通讯模块,该料架管理通讯模块包括网络通讯模块,与外部服务器和路由器相连接,用于实现服务器与智能料架的通讯和管理,所述的网络通讯模块包括RJ45网络通讯接口。
进一步,所述料架为铝合金材质制成,所述多排料架上下间隔设置。
本发明一种智能料架,结构简单,使用方便,通过智能货架配合SMT电子托盘智能识别物料信息,再通过主控板存储信息,将物料信息自动记录归类,使用时不易拿错,减少了人工劳动力,提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
根据图1所示的本发明一种智能料架,包括料架1,所述料架1上装有若干料盘骨架2,所述料架1自下而上设有多排,所述料盘骨架2的两端分别连接在料架1的两根横梁上,所述料盘骨架2在料架1上平行间隔设置,每两个料盘骨架2之间形成一个料槽,所述料槽内用于放置SMT电子托盘3,所述料架1一侧壁上开有线槽,所述线槽外侧装有线槽盖板5,所述线槽盖板5上装有若干LED显示灯,还包括红外线接收传感器和红外线发射模块。
进一步,所述料架1上部一侧还装有亚克力面板,所述面板上装有显示屏以及开关,所述开关用于控制外部电源的与料架1电源的通断,所述面板内壁还装有主控板4,所述主控板4分别与显示器、开关、扫码枪、LED显示灯电连接,所述料盘骨架2通过焊接的方式固定在横梁上,所述红外接收传感器安装在主控板4上,所述红外线发射模块安装在料架1上。
进一步,所述主控板4还包括料架1管理通讯模块,该料架1管理通讯模块包括网络通讯模块,与外部服务器和路由器相连接,用于实现服务器与智能料架1的通讯和管理,所述的网络通讯模块包括RJ45网络通讯接口。
进一步,所述料架1为铝合金材质制成,所述多排料架1上下间隔设置。
所述料架1自下而上设有多排,每排料架1上设有若干料盘骨架2,每两个料盘骨架2之间形成一个料槽,所述SMT电子托盘3竖立放入料槽内,所述外部电源通过料架1竖向立柱在进入料架1边侧壁上的线槽内,所述线槽盖板5盖在线槽上,线槽盖板5上装有若干LED显示灯,该LED显示灯与料槽一一对应;
使用时,所述SMT电子托盘用于放置盘式包装的物料,当带有物料的SMT电子托盘进入料槽时,与LED显示灯并列安装的RFID读取传感器读取SMT电子托盘上的信息,并将数据信息发送至主控板4,主控板4读取并记录数据信息,同时控制LED显示灯亮起;
主控板4安装的显示器,显示料架1上放置的SMT电子托盘3数量,红外线接收传感器用于检测物料是否放入料位,红外线发射模块用于发送红外线,配合对应的红外线接收传感器来检测物料是否放入对应料位。

1.一种智能料架,其特征在于:包括料架,所述料架上装有若干料盘骨架,所述料架自下而上设有多排,所述料盘骨架的两端分别连接在料架的两根横梁上,所述料盘骨架在料架上平行间隔设置,每两个料盘骨架之间形成一个料槽,所述料槽内用于放置SMT电子托盘,所述料架一侧壁上开有线槽,所述线槽外侧装有线槽盖板,所述线槽盖板上装有若干LED显示灯,还包括红外线接收传感器和红外线发射模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能料架,其特征在于:所述料架上部一侧还装有亚克力面板,所述面板上装有显示屏以及开关,所述开关用于控制外部电源的与料架电源的通断,所述面板内壁还装有主控板,所述主控板分别与显示器、开关、扫码枪、LED显示灯电连接,所述料盘骨架通过焊接的方式固定在横梁上,所述红外接收传感器安装在主控板上,所述红外线发射模块安装在料架上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的智能料架,其特征在于:所述主控板还包括料架管理通讯模块,该料架管理通讯模块包括网络通讯模块,与外部服务器和路由器相连接,用于实现服务器与智能料架的通讯和管理,所述的网络通讯模块包括RJ45网络通讯接口。
