技术领域
本发明属于服装面料制作技术领域,具体的说是一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料。
背景技术
现有技术中防水性面料多数为编织布料表面涂刷一层防水层,进而使布料具备优质的防水效果,但是防水层本身作为一种不透气的涂层,防水层的添加将面料两侧完全封闭,使面料透气性较差,同时涂料本身在长时间的使用过程中尤其是进行洗涤时,易发生磨损、脱落现象,进而使面料本身防水性能下降。
中国专利发布的一种防水透气型面料及其制备方法,专利号:2019102135504,包括舒适里层和涂覆于舒适里层表面的功能性薄膜,其中,功能性薄膜的厚度为60-80um;所述防水透气型面料由如下步骤制成:第一步、舒适里层的制备;第二步、功能性薄膜所用涂料的制备;第三步、将功能性薄膜所用涂料均匀涂覆于舒适里层的表面,该发明的面料包括舒适里层和涂覆于里层表面的功能性薄膜,舒适里层采用甲纶纤维和改性粘胶纤维制造而成,使得舒适里层具有透气、穿着舒适、阻燃等性能;功能性薄膜采用聚醚共聚乙酰胺树脂作为薄膜基体,并加入了改性纳米二氧化硅,使得薄膜在保持良好的疏水性能的基础上孔隙率增大,保证了薄膜的透气性,但是该方案中其功能性薄膜虽然具备一定的疏水效果,但是当阴雨天气中使用时,水汽仍会透过孔隙进入里层,使里层潮湿,同时其功能性薄膜为涂覆粘连在舒适层表面,在长期使用过程中涂覆型薄膜磨损、脱落的几率较大,进而使制备的面料本身耐久度较差。
鉴于此,本发明研制一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料用于解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,解决现有防水透气型面料本身防水性能和透气性能不能同时增强,且现有技术中制备的防水型面料耐久度较差,抗洗涤性较差的问题,本发明提出的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,所述防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料包括接触层、亲水层和防水层;所述防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层由以下原料构成:
涤纶纤维15~20份、锦纶纤维22~26份、丙烯酸5~8份、氢氧化钠0.5~1份、双氧水0.5~0.8份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯0.3~06份、去离子水15~16份;
该防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将丙烯酸和去离子水进行混合,并向混合完成后的液体中加入氢氧化钠,进行均匀搅拌后将混合溶液通入微波发生装置中,控制微波发生装置将混合溶液升温至120~140℃进行聚合反应;将丙烯酸与去离子水进行混合并加入氢氧化钠强碱制造碱性环境,使用微波使混合溶液中水分子在快速变化的高频电磁场的作用下,使水分子进行自旋转运动,进而使微波场场能转换为介质内的热能,一方面使混合溶液加热更加均匀,同时水分子的高速自转还使有效地加快组分中的聚合反应速率;
S2:将聚合反应进行8~10min后制备的胶状聚合物表面喷洒体积3倍于胶体聚合物的水雾,待胶状物质吸附足够的水分后将其通入加热釜中,控制加热釜中温度维持在60~80℃,制得吸水膨胀胶体;随着聚合反应的持续进行,水分子逐渐蒸发减少,丙烯酸逐渐聚合,进而生成吸水性胶状聚合物,向胶状聚合物中喷洒一定的水分,并配合加热效果使胶状聚合物分子间粘性降低,进而便于后续操作;
S3:将涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维进行共纺制得混合丝线,将混合丝线依次浸入S2中的吸水膨胀胶体中,浸泡5~10min后取出通过喷雾冷却技术快速进行冷却处理后制得吸水膨胀丝线;涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维本身均为不亲水的纤维,进行混纺可以制备出弹性、强度均较好地混合丝线,将混合丝线依次浸入吸水膨胀胶体中,使吸水膨胀胶体均匀沾附在丝线表面,并浸入丝线纤维内部,与丝线之间结合的更加牢固,取出使通过快速喷雾冷却,使沾附在丝线表面的均匀的胶体层快速冷却、收缩、固化,进而使吸水膨胀胶体层与混合丝线之间结合的更加牢固;
S4:将S3中制得的吸水膨胀丝线进行编制成面料,并将面料送入热压机中,控制热压机一侧压板温度为100~120℃,一侧压板常温,进行快速压制5~8s成型,制得防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层,将防水层与亲水层和接触层压合后,经过裁切即可制备防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料;使用S3中含水量较多的吸水膨胀丝线进行编制为面料,并在热压机中进行压制,单侧高温设置,可以使面料单侧丝线表面胶体层快速融化黏合在一起,而另一侧受高温影响较小,融化、黏合程度较小,由于压合过程中高温对面料进行加热,随着自然冷却,吸水膨胀丝线中水分逐渐挥发,进而使吸水膨胀丝线微微收缩,进而使制得的面料本身具备气孔,且气孔开口一侧大一侧小,在与亲水层和接触层共压合时,将气孔开口较大一侧朝向亲水层,进而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料透气性较好,且在遇水后,气孔快速闭合,进而形成较强的防水效果。
优选的,其中原料中还包括发热线;所述发热线为聚酯包覆碳化锆颗粒形成的纤维状丝线;所述发热线与吸水膨胀丝线进行混合编织形成面料;原料中使用聚酯包裹碳化锆颗粒形成的纤维状发热线与吸水膨胀丝线进行共同纺织,一方面降低吸水膨胀丝线的占比,进而使面料丝线间间隙较大,便于透气,同时发热线本身中空缝隙中填充碳化锆金属粉末,利用氧化锆颗粒对光线的高利用率,使制得的面料本身具备较强的吸光发热性能,同时聚酯层可以将散发的热量尽可能的防止散发,进而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料其防水层在具备吸水闭合效果的功能下还具备优质的表层吸光发热效果,进而利用表层发热技术快速的对防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料表面吸水膨胀丝线中吸附的水分进行蒸发,从而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料本身还具备快干性,进而使使用防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料具备优质的快速干燥性能。

优选的,所述透气管内滑动连接有锥形塞;所述锥形塞靠近亲水层一侧固连有弹力带;所述弹力带贯穿亲水层并与接触层之间固连;工作时,当防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料制备的织物穿戴在人体上时,隔离层受热膨胀,进而使接触层与亲水层之间间隙变大,由于防水层与亲水层之间固连,弹力带受到拉力,进而使弹力带另一侧的锥形塞被拉动,进而使处于倾斜向下的透气管内的锥形塞打开透气管增强面料的透气性能,而当环境较为寒冷时,锥形塞在重力的作用下在倾斜的透气管内堵塞透气管,可以进一步的增强防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料本身的实用性。
优选的,所述亲水层靠近防水层一侧开设有透水槽;所述透水槽弧形设计;所述透水槽与透气管相对应;所述透水槽内固连有防水片;所述防水片为不透水的软质塑料垫制成;工作时,当雨势较大时,部分水分绕过遮雨片、锥形塞的堵塞通过透气管进入面料内部时,通过透气管进入防水层与亲水层之间的间隙,被透水槽内的防水片阻挡,并顺防水片向下滴落,可以有效地增强防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料的防水效果,同时透水槽的设计,使透气管位于防水层与亲水层之间的间隙中无堵塞设计,还可以有效地增强防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料的透气效果。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明所述的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,通过使用填充有酒精溶液的网格状的隔离层,利用隔离层感温变化,进而使亲水层透气性发生变化同时对锥形塞产生拉力,进而使处于倾斜向下的透气管内的锥形塞打开透气管增强面料的透气性能,而当环境较为寒冷时,锥形塞在重力的作用下在倾斜的透气管内堵塞透气管,隔离层膨胀与收缩的动态过程受外界环境控制,既可以在炎热的环境中打开,又可以在寒冷的环境中保温,使面料本身适应性较强。
2.本发明所述的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,通过设置接触层、亲水层和防水层,利用防水层中的吸水膨胀丝线本身吸水体积发生变化的特性,将防水层中的气隙进行封闭,进而使制备的防水层本身具备吸水封闭性能,同时利用吸光性发热线使面料具备吸光发热蒸发水分、加快干燥,进而使封闭的气隙打开,使面料的透气性处于动态变化过程中,进而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料具备较强的环境适应性。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1至图5所示,本发明所述的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,所述防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料包括接触层1、亲水层2和防水层3;所述防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层3由以下原料构成:
涤纶纤维15~20份、锦纶纤维22~26份、丙烯酸5~8份、氢氧化钠0.5~1份、双氧水0.5~0.8份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯0.3~06份、去离子水15~16份;
该防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层3的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将丙烯酸和去离子水进行混合,并向混合完成后的液体中加入氢氧化钠,进行均匀搅拌后将混合溶液通入微波发生装置中,控制微波发生装置将混合溶液升温至120~140℃进行聚合反应;将丙烯酸与去离子水进行混合并加入氢氧化钠强碱制造碱性环境,使用微波使混合溶液中水分子在快速变化的高频电磁场的作用下,使水分子进行自旋转运动,进而使微波场场能转换为介质内的热能,一方面使混合溶液加热更加均匀,同时水分子的高速自转还使有效地加快组分中的聚合反应速率;
S2:将聚合反应进行8~10min后制备的胶状聚合物表面喷洒体积3倍于胶体聚合物的水雾,待胶状物质吸附足够的水分后将其通入加热釜中,控制加热釜中温度维持在60~80℃,制得吸水膨胀胶体;随着聚合反应的持续进行,水分子逐渐蒸发减少,丙烯酸逐渐聚合,进而生成吸水性胶状聚合物,向胶状聚合物中喷洒一定的水分,并配合加热效果使胶状聚合物分子间粘性降低,进而便于后续操作;
S3:将涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维进行共纺制得混合丝线,将混合丝线依次浸入S2中的吸水膨胀胶体中,浸泡5~10min后取出通过喷雾冷却技术快速进行冷却处理后制得吸水膨胀丝线;涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维本身均为不亲水的纤维,进行混纺可以制备出弹性、强度均较好地混合丝线,将混合丝线依次浸入吸水膨胀胶体中,使吸水膨胀胶体均匀沾附在丝线表面,并浸入丝线纤维内部,与丝线之间结合的更加牢固,取出使通过快速喷雾冷却,使沾附在丝线表面的均匀的胶体层快速冷却、收缩、固化,进而使吸水膨胀胶体层与混合丝线之间结合的更加牢固;
S4:将S3中制得的吸水膨胀丝线进行编制成面料,并将面料送入热压机中,控制热压机一侧压板温度为100~120℃,一侧压板常温,进行快速压制5~8s成型,制得防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层3,将防水层3与亲水层2和接触层1压合后,经过裁切即可制备防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料;使用S3中含水量较多的吸水膨胀丝线进行编制为面料,并在热压机中进行压制,单侧高温设置,可以使面料单侧丝线表面胶体层快速融化黏合在一起,而另一侧受高温影响较小,融化、黏合程度较小,由于压合过程中高温对面料进行加热,随着自然冷却,吸水膨胀丝线中水分逐渐挥发,进而使吸水膨胀丝线微微收缩,进而使制得的面料本身具备气孔,且气孔开口一侧大一侧小,在与亲水层2和接触层1共压合时,将气孔开口较大一侧朝向亲水层2,进而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料透气性较好,且在遇水后,气孔快速闭合,进而形成较强的防水效果。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,其中原料中还包括发热线;所述发热线为聚酯包覆碳化锆颗粒形成的纤维状丝线;所述发热线与吸水膨胀丝线进行混合编织形成面料;原料中使用聚酯包裹碳化锆颗粒形成的纤维状发热线与吸水膨胀丝线进行共同纺织,一方面降低吸水膨胀丝线的占比,进而使面料丝线间间隙较大,便于透气,同时发热线本身中空缝隙中填充碳化锆金属粉末,利用氧化锆颗粒对光线的高利用率,使制得的面料本身具备较强的吸光发热性能,同时聚酯层可以将散发的热量尽可能的防止散发,进而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料其防水层3在具备吸水闭合效果的功能下还具备优质的表层吸光发热效果,进而利用表层发热技术快速的对防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料表面吸水膨胀丝线中吸附的水分进行蒸发,从而使制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料本身还具备快干性,进而使使用防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料具备优质的快速干燥性能。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,其中原料中还包括远红外陶瓷粉和可逆感温变色颜料按照1:1比例制备的附着剂;所述附着剂用于喷雾冷却前均匀喷覆在吸水膨胀丝线表面;原料中选取的远红外陶瓷粉末具备远红外线吸收与释放的功效,其本身作为一种优质的保温性材料被广泛使用,将其与可逆感温变色颜料进行混合,利用远红外陶瓷粉末本身的特性使吸水膨胀丝线本身吸光性增强,进而使在阳光照射下防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料具备吸光储能的效果,进而有效地使防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料具备储蓄热能、释放热能的作用,从而具备一定的防潮效果,同时其本身快干性质还能使吸水后封闭的气孔快速打开,进而增强制得的防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料的透气性。

作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述亲水层2靠近防水层3一侧开设有透水槽;所述透水槽弧形设计;所述透水槽与透气管31相对应;所述透水槽内固连有防水片36;所述防水片36为不透水的软质塑料垫制成;工作时,当雨势较大时,部分水分绕过遮雨片32、锥形塞34的堵塞通过透气管31进入面料内部时,通过透气管31进入防水层3与亲水层2之间的间隙,被透水槽内的防水片36阻挡,并顺防水片36向下滴落,可以有效地增强防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料的防水效果,同时透水槽的设计,使透气管31位于防水层3与亲水层2之间的间隙中无堵塞设计,还可以有效地增强防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料的透气效果。
具体工作流程如下:

1.一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,所述防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料包括接触层(1)、亲水层(2)和防水层(3);其特征在于:所述防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层(3)由以下原料构成:
涤纶纤维15~20份、锦纶纤维22~26份、丙烯酸5~8份、氢氧化钠0.5~1份、双氧水0.5~0.8份、聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯0.3~06份、去离子水15~16份;
该防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层(3)的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将丙烯酸和去离子水进行混合,并向混合完成后的液体中加入氢氧化钠,进行均匀搅拌后将混合溶液通入微波发生装置中,控制微波发生装置将混合溶液升温至120~140℃进行聚合反应;
S2:将聚合反应进行8~10min后制备的胶状聚合物表面喷洒体积3倍于胶体聚合物的水雾,待胶状物质吸附足够的水分后将其通入加热釜中,控制加热釜中温度维持在60~80℃,制得吸水膨胀胶体;
S3:将涤纶纤维和锦纶纤维进行共纺制得混合丝线,将混合丝线依次浸入S2中的吸水膨胀胶体中,浸泡5~10min后取出通过喷雾冷却技术快速进行冷却处理后制得吸水膨胀丝线;
S4:将S3中制得的吸水膨胀丝线进行编制成面料,并将面料送入热压机中,控制热压机一侧压板温度为100~120℃,一侧压板常温,进行快速压制5~8s成型,制得防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料防水层(3),将防水层(3)与亲水层(2)和接触层(1)压合后,经过裁切即可制备防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,其特征在于:其中原料中还包括发热线;所述发热线为聚酯包覆碳化锆颗粒形成的纤维状丝线;所述发热线与吸水膨胀丝线进行混合编织形成面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气抗洗涤的无缝织面料,其特征在于:其中原料中还包括远红外陶瓷粉和可逆感温变色颜料按照1:1比例制备的附着剂;所述附着剂用于喷雾冷却前均匀喷覆在吸水膨胀丝线表面。
