本发明公开了一种耐候性高强度防水布料,包括布料层、涂料层、薄膜层和压胶层;其中每层材料的具体配方如下:布料层:包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维50‑75%、聚氯乙烯纤维20‑40%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维20‑35%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂40‑60%、亚硫酸钠15‑25%、金红石型钛白粉10‑15%和分散剂10‑20%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯40‑60%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯30‑40%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20‑35%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶45‑85%、氧化铝8‑16%和改性剂20‑30%。本发明通过设有四层结构能够提高较好的防水效果,并且通过在涂料层上设有的薄膜层能够防止涂料在长期使用后磨损较多。

技术领域
本发明涉及布料领域,具体是指一种耐候性高强度防水布料。
背景技术
防水透气面料的主要功能有:防水,透湿,透气,绝缘,防风,保暖。从制作工艺上讲,防水透气面料的技术要求要比一般的防水面料高的多;同时从品质上来看,防水透气面料也具有其他防水面料所不具备的功能性特点。防水透气面料在加强布料气密性、水密性的同时,其独特的透汽性能,可使结构内部水汽迅速排出,避免结构孳生霉菌,并保持人体始终干爽,完美解决了透气与防风,防水,保暖等问题,是一种健康环保的新型面料。真正的防水面料长期处于潮湿的气候环境中也能经得住渗水压力,不渗水。比如长时间地在风雨交加的户外行走,跪或坐在潮湿的地面,都不会渗水。在水汽的状态下,水颗粒非常细小,根据毛细运动的原理,可以顺利渗透到毛细管到另一侧,从而发生透汽现象。当水汽冷凝变成水珠后,颗粒变大,由于水珠表面张力的作用(水分子之间互相“拉扯抗衡”),水分子就不能顺利脱离水珠渗透到另一侧,也就是防止了水的渗透发生,使透汽膜有了防水的功能。
现有的户外衣物面料通常具备一定的防水效果,但是其材质较为轻薄,导致其结构强度较低,在长期的户外活动中会造成衣物表面出现破损的问题,而且采用多层面料的户外衣物着色单一,为了满足功能性需求从而导致其表面无法附着较为立体的涂料层结构。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中结构强度较差且无法在表面喷涂复杂涂料的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种通过合理设置达到较高强度且还通过多层材料将涂料层保护起来使其稳定的附着在布料层表面的衣物面料布料。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现:一种耐候性高强度防水布料,以布料层为基层,并在布料层一侧设有用来增加观感的涂料层,并在涂料层上覆盖有用来保持涂料层长期使用稳定附着在布料层上的薄膜层;在布料层另一侧设有采用烫金工艺贴合在布料层表面的压胶层,其中每层材料的具体配方如下:
布料层:包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维50-75%、聚氯乙烯纤维20-40%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维20-35%;
涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂40-60%、亚硫酸钠15-25%、金红石型钛白粉10-15%和分散剂10-20%;
薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯40-60%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯30-40%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20-35%;
压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶45-85%、氧化铝8-16%和改性剂20-30%。
进一步地,所述布料层包括至少两层且在两层布料层之间设有粘胶层用来粘接贴合。

本发明的方法通过合理控制各反应物之间的配比,合理控制反应条件而制备出一种适高强度且具有较好防水效果的衣物面料,本发明的防水基层为表面覆盖的薄膜层和内部的压胶层得到的固化物,耐湿性优异,并且抗冲击性等机械特性也优异的性能,粘接性能好,耐久性能好,且制备方法简单易行,适合工业化生产力。

实施例1:
本实施例的一种耐候性高强度防水布料,以布料层为基层,并在布料层一侧设有用来增加观感的涂料层,并在涂料层上覆盖有用来保持涂料层长期使用稳定附着在布料层上的薄膜层;在布料层另一侧设有采用烫金工艺贴合在布料层表面的压胶层,其中每层材料的具体配方如下:布料层:包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维50-75%、聚氯乙烯纤维20-40%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维20-35%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂40-60%、亚硫酸钠15-25%、金红石型钛白粉10-15%和分散剂10-20%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯40-60%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯30-40%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20-35%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶45-85%、氧化铝8-16%和改性剂20-30%。
本发明的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)布料层的制备:首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用的聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;其中混纺成纱为60-80支,并将得到的混纺纱按照110*90的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。
(2)然后按照质量分数计取用氯乙烯共聚合树脂、亚硫酸钠、金红石型钛白粉10-15%和分散剂作为涂料层原料,先将分散剂按照质量分数比例倒入氯乙烯共聚合树脂中进行加热搅拌10-20min,然后再向其混合液中加入亚硫酸钠和金红石型钛白粉并持续搅拌20-25min即得到涂料;其中具体在140-175℃的条件下进行氯乙烯共聚合树脂的加热搅拌过程。
(3)按照质量分数计取用聚苯乙烯、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯和丙烯酸叔丁酯作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性聚苯乙烯颗粒备用;其中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为120-125℃,中端温度140-145℃,后端为135-138℃。
(4)然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的聚苯乙烯颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;
(5)再以质量分数计选取天然橡胶、氧化铝和改性剂作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性天然橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。
实施例2:
本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定,包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维60%、聚氯乙烯纤维20%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维20%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂55%、亚硫酸钠15%、金红石型钛白粉15%和分散剂15%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯50%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯30%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶70%、氧化铝9%和改性剂21%。本实施例的其他部分与上述实施例相同,不再赘述。

本实施例是在上述实施例1的基础上,进一步地限定其制备方法,具体步骤为:(1)布料层的制备:首先制备作为基层的布料层,按照质量分数计取用的聚丙烯腈纤维、聚氯乙烯纤维和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维作为原材料进行混纺得到纱线并通过机器制成布料层备用;其中混纺成纱为70支,并将得到的混纺纱按照110*90的纱织密度进行纺织成布料层。(2)然后按照质量分数计取用氯乙烯共聚合树脂、亚硫酸钠、金红石型钛白粉10-15%和分散剂作为涂料层原料,先将分散剂按照质量分数比例倒入氯乙烯共聚合树脂中进行加热搅拌17min,然后再向其混合液中加入亚硫酸钠和金红石型钛白粉并持续搅拌22min即得到涂料;其中具体在155℃的条件下进行氯乙烯共聚合树脂的加热搅拌过程;(3)按照质量分数计取用聚苯乙烯、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯和丙烯酸叔丁酯作为薄膜层原材料进行造粒形成改性聚苯乙烯颗粒备用;其中造粒挤出温度范围为120-145℃;造粒挤出机前端温度为124℃,中端温度145℃,后端为136℃;(4)然后将涂料均匀的涂覆在布料层一侧,待其稳定形成涂料层后,将准备好的聚苯乙烯颗粒加热并均匀的涂覆在涂料层上并将涂料层完全覆盖;(5)再以质量分数计选取天然橡胶、氧化铝和改性剂作为压胶层的原材料进行熔融共聚得到改性天然橡胶并通过烫金工艺贴合在布料层设有涂料层相对一侧面上形成压胶层,从而得到衣物面料。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (5)
1.一种耐候性高强度防水布料,其特征在于:以布料层为基层,并在布料层一侧设有用来增加观感的涂料层,并在涂料层上覆盖有用来保持涂料层长期使用稳定附着在布料层上的薄膜层;在布料层另一侧设有采用烫金工艺贴合在布料层表面的压胶层,其中每层材料的具体配方如下:
布料层:包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维50-75%、聚氯乙烯纤维20-40%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维20-35%;
涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂40-60%、亚硫酸钠15-25%、金红石型钛白粉10-15%和分散剂10-20%;
薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯40-60%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯30-40%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20-35%;
压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶45-85%、氧化铝8-16%和改性剂20-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性高强度防水布料,其特征在于:所述布料层包括至少两层且在两层布料层之间设有粘胶层用来粘接贴合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性高强度防水布料,其特征在于:所述布料层包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维60%、聚氯乙烯纤维20%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维20%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂55%、亚硫酸钠15%、金红石型钛白粉15%和分散剂15%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯50%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯30%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶70%、氧化铝9%和改性剂21%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性高强度防水布料,其特征在于:所述布料层包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维50%、聚氯乙烯纤维25%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维25%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂40%、亚硫酸钠25%、金红石型钛白粉15%和分散剂20%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯45%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯35%和丙烯酸叔丁酯20%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶58%、氧化铝12%和改性剂30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐候性高强度防水布料,其特征在于:所述布料层包括以质量分数计的聚丙烯腈纤维59%、聚氯乙烯纤维17%和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维23%;涂料层:包括以质量分数计的氯乙烯共聚合树脂56%、亚硫酸钠16%、金红石型钛白粉14%和分散剂14%;薄膜层:包括以质量分数计的聚苯乙烯42%、磺基琥珀酸醇醚酯34%和丙烯酸叔丁酯23%;压胶层:包括以质量分数计的天然橡胶66%、氧化铝9%和改性剂25%。
