The environment-friendly solidification treatment technology for industrial solid waste comprises the following steps:
s1: performing high-standard anti-seepage construction in an industrial solid waste storage yard, placing the industrial solid waste into a specified dumping room with a dust screen, and conveying the industrial solid waste into a stirrer by using a bulldozer; conveying large particles to be crushed to a crusher through a belt, and conveying the crushed large particles to a stirrer through a pipeline; the stirring is relatively uniform, and wastes are conveyed after being crushed, so that the ordinary blockage of a conveying port and a pipeline cannot be caused;
s2: industrial wastewater is conveyed to a constructed and specified wastewater stirring tank through a pipeline, a wastewater recovery pipeline is laid at the bottom of an industrial solid waste slag storage yard, rainwater in the slag storage tank and excessive overflowing wastewater in the construction process are collected and conveyed to a wastewater recovery tank for secondary reutilization; conveying the recovered wastewater in the recovery tank to a constructed and specified wastewater stirring tank through a pipeline; adding a curing agent into the stirring tank, fully and uniformly stirring the recovered wastewater and the industrial wastewater, and conveying the wastewater and the industrial wastewater into the stirring machine through a pipeline;
s3: fully stirring the wastewater added with the curing agent and industrial solid waste, pulping by using a stirrer, and conveying to a specified slag storage tank by using a pump truck; the redundant wastewater in the slag storage pool is recovered into the wastewater pool through a leachate pump for reuse; leading out a pipeline from the wastewater recovery tank to a slurry conveying pump truck system for cleaning equipment such as pipelines and pumps; the wastewater added with the curing agent is fully stirred with the industrial solid waste, so that the situation of dust pollution caused by the mixing of the industrial solid waste and the wastewater in the stirring tank can be avoided;
s4: molding the periphery of an industrial solid waste slag storage field, constructing a high sub-dam by a mechanical cofferdam, filling the slopes of the upper and lower surfaces of the sub-dam by the industrial solid waste added with a curing agent, constructing a plurality of square slag stacking pools by the mechanical cofferdam and an artificial cofferdam by utilizing the molding of the dam body, and forming an annular dam body; reserving a plurality of quincuncial piles in the built grid slag heaping tanks at a distance of 1 m away from the side slope, so that the next layer of dam body can be conveniently retreated to increase the overall stability of the joint surface; constructing a front toe ridge on the first layer of the dam body to prevent the side slope from breaking; building a plurality of grid slag storage tanks on the inner side of a slag field dam body to accelerate solidification, and building a dam layer around the slag storage field to form a solidified and compact integral dam body by solidifying layer by layer, wherein the central part of the dam body is lifted along with the lifting of the dam body to form the integral shape of the solidified slag storage body; the area of the central part is gradually reduced, so that the solidification time of the solidified medicament is shortened, the whole construction period is ensured, and the whole safety of the pile is improved;
s5: when the solidification accumulation reaches 50% -70% dryness, spraying a solidification agent in a pouring mode, putting the solidification agent into a liquid spraying barrel 6, repeatedly rolling the dam body and the whole interior of a slag field through a road roller body 1, wherein in the running process of the road roller body 1, the solidification agent in the liquid spraying barrel 6 is sprayed out through a spray head 5, in addition, in the running process, a hydraulic unit 9 pushes an arc-shaped plate 4, the arc-shaped plate 4 pushes the spray head 5 to enter solid waste, the solid waste sprayed with the solidification agent is firmer after rolling, simultaneously, the compactness of the pile body is increased, and the storage capacity is increased;
s6: after the pile is completely dried, the surface of the pile is regularly sprayed with the accelerating agent by a wet spraying machine, so that the outer wall of the pile is firmer, the pile is not easy to crush, and dust is not raised; the outer wall of the pile body is retreated, so that the probability of breaking and weathering of the pile body after later-stage curing is reduced, and the overall safety of the pile body is improved;
s7: paving a greening base layer on the solidification storage slope of the industrial solid wastes, wherein the greening base layer comprises soil, fertilizers, soil adhesives, soil stabilizers, soil curing agents, supporting mesh bags, plastic films, skeleton meshes, a spraying irrigation device, fixing rivets, pine seedlings and small salix psammophila for greening; loess is not easy to be washed away by rainwater, and greening flowers and grass seeds are easy to survive;
s8: the circulation operation is carried out, layer by layer, a terrace-shaped stacking body is formed, finally, loess is covered on the side face of the stacking body, and the stacking is carried out layer by layer, the earth is covered layer by layer, and the greening is carried out layer by layer.

s1: performing high-standard anti-seepage construction in an industrial solid waste storage yard, placing the industrial solid waste into a specified dumping room with a dust screen, and conveying the industrial solid waste into a stirrer by using a bulldozer; conveying large particles to be crushed to a crusher through a belt, and conveying the crushed large particles to a stirrer through a pipeline;
s2: industrial wastewater is conveyed to a constructed and specified wastewater stirring tank through a pipeline, a wastewater recovery pipeline is laid at the bottom of an industrial solid waste slag storage yard, rainwater in the slag storage tank and excessive overflowing wastewater in the construction process are collected and conveyed to a wastewater recovery tank for secondary reutilization; conveying the recovered wastewater in the recovery tank to a constructed and specified wastewater stirring tank through a pipeline; adding a curing agent into the stirring tank, fully and uniformly stirring the recovered wastewater and the industrial wastewater, and conveying the wastewater and the industrial wastewater into the stirring machine through a pipeline;
s3: fully stirring the wastewater added with the curing agent and industrial solid waste, pulping by using a stirrer, and conveying to a specified slag storage tank by using a pump truck; the redundant wastewater in the slag storage pool is recovered into the wastewater pool through a leachate pump for reuse; leading out a pipeline from the wastewater recovery tank to a slurry conveying pump truck system for cleaning equipment such as pipelines and pumps;
s4: molding the periphery of an industrial solid waste slag storage field, constructing a high sub-dam by a mechanical cofferdam, filling the slopes of the upper and lower surfaces of the sub-dam by the industrial solid waste added with a curing agent, constructing a plurality of square slag stacking pools by the mechanical cofferdam and an artificial cofferdam by utilizing the molding of the dam body, and forming an annular dam body; reserving a plurality of quincuncial piles in the built grid slag heaping tanks at a distance of 1 m away from the side slope, so that the next layer of dam body can be conveniently retreated to increase the overall stability of the joint surface; constructing a front toe ridge on the first layer of the dam body to prevent the side slope from breaking; building a plurality of grid slag storage tanks on the inner side of a slag field dam body to accelerate solidification, and building a dam layer around the slag storage field to form a solidified and compact integral dam body by solidifying layer by layer, wherein the central part of the dam body is lifted along with the lifting of the dam body to form the integral shape of the solidified slag storage body;
s5: when the solidification accumulation reaches 50% -70% dryness, spraying a solidification agent in a pouring mode, putting the solidification agent into a liquid spraying barrel (6), repeatedly rolling the whole of the dam body and the interior of a slag field through a road roller body (1), wherein in the running process of the road roller body (1), the solidification agent in the liquid spraying barrel (6) is sprayed out through a spray head (5), in the running process, a hydraulic unit (9) pushes an arc-shaped plate (4), the arc-shaped plate (4) pushes the spray head (5) to enter solid waste, the solid waste sprayed with the solidification agent is firmer after rolling, meanwhile, the compactness of a pile is increased, and the storage capacity is increased;
s6: after the pile is completely dried, the surface of the pile is regularly sprayed with the accelerating agent by a wet spraying machine, so that the outer wall of the pile is firmer, the pile is not easy to crush, and dust is not raised;
s7: paving a greening base layer on the solidification storage slope of the industrial solid wastes, wherein the greening base layer comprises soil, fertilizers, soil adhesives, soil stabilizers, soil curing agents, supporting mesh bags, plastic films, skeleton meshes, a spraying irrigation device, fixing rivets, pine seedlings and small salix psammophila for greening;
