Abstract

一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊,包括胶囊外壳内的胶囊主体,胶囊主体内设置有主体腔、采样腔和储药腔,其中采样腔位于胶囊主体的下部,释药腔居于胶囊主体的上部,主体腔居中;主体腔是一种活塞腔体结构,主体腔内设有热响应嵌片,热响应嵌片下端通过压缩弹簧和采样腔上方连接,热响应嵌片上方连接有光热执行器,光热执行器上方连接有电池,电池上方连接有胶囊成像部件;采样腔为半球状结构腔室,底部设有采样口,内设有自锁小球,自锁小球位于采样口处形成自锁状态;储药腔采用半球状腔室结构,顶部设有释药封膜,内部设有释药针尖,释药针尖在释药封膜下方并刺入其中固定;本发明实现消化道可视化成像探测、消化液采集和药物释放功能一体化。

Description

一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊
技术领域
本发明属于消化道胶囊内镜技术领域,特别涉及一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊。
背景技术
胶囊内镜已在医学诊断中得到了广泛的引用,如公开号为CN108784633A的中国专利“基于形状记忆弹簧的采样胶囊内窥镜”,该装置的电控设备腔与采集装置腔之间由胶囊支撑板隔开,采集装置腔与密封采样腔之间由密封塞隔开,胶囊壳体上设有采样孔,胶囊支撑板上设有与采样孔连通的导管,胶囊控制器和胶囊传感器设置在电控设备腔中,弹簧定位板固定在采集装置腔内壁上,形状记忆合金弹簧一段固定连接弹簧定位板,另一端固定连接针管安装板。该装置为采样装置,不具备释药功能。而公开号为CN110037746A的中国专利“外磁场控制的胶囊式消化道取液装置及其胶囊本体”,该发明提供一种外磁场控制的胶囊式消化道取液装置,以及其中的胶囊本体。在组装状态下,由于该胶囊内壳体上的旋转限位销和该胶囊外壳体上的旋转限位槽共同组成的限位结构的约束,及固定于胶囊内壳体的第一磁柱与固定于胶囊外壳体的第二磁柱的磁极之间存在夹角,造成旋转扭力,使得该胶囊本体自身始终处于内部紧密结合状态。在施加外磁场激励下,实现磁柱之间的旋转,带动内外壳体的相对转动,从而造成进液口的错位,进而打开进液口,实现对消化液的采集。该装置同样是一种采样装置,不具备释药功能特性。鉴于以上现存的消化道胶囊的缺陷,提出了一种集可视化成像探测、消化液的采集和特异性药物释放功能一体化的消化道胶囊。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊,实现消化道可视化成像探测、消化液采集和药物释放功能一体化。
为了达到上述目的,发明采取的技术方案为:
一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊,包括胶囊外壳内的胶囊主体,胶囊主体内设置有主体腔9、采样腔10和储药腔7,其中采样腔10位于胶囊主体的下部,释药腔7居于胶囊主体的上部,主体腔9居中;主体腔9是一种活塞腔体结构,主体腔9内设有胶囊成像部件8、电池3、光热执行器4、热响应嵌片5和压缩弹簧6,热响应嵌片5下端通过压缩弹簧6和采样腔10上方连接,热响应嵌片5上方连接有光热执行器4,光热执行器4上方连接有电池3,电池3上方连接有胶囊成像部件8;
所述的采样腔10为半球状结构腔室,半球状结构底部设有采样口12,半球状结构内设有自锁小球11,自锁小球11位于采样口12处形成自锁状态;
所述的储药腔7采用半球状腔室结构,半球状腔室结构顶部设有释药封膜1,半球状腔室结构内部设有释药针尖2,释药针尖2在释药封膜1下方并刺入其中固定。
所述的热响应嵌片5是由热敏感材料制成,在热激励下,热响应嵌片5会发生热激性熔融态。
本发明的有益效果为:
通过胶囊成像部件8实现对消化道内可视化探测;通过采样腔10与储药腔7之间的活塞腔室结构的推拉动作同时实现对消化液13的采集和特异性药物的释放;本发明实现消化道可视化成像探测、消化液采集和药物释放功能一体化,能够在病变的消化道区域实现可视诊断、样本采集化验和特异性药物释放治疗的三重功用。

现结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
参照图1,一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊,包括胶囊外壳内的胶囊主体,胶囊主体内设置有主体腔9、采样腔10和储药腔7,其中采样腔10位于胶囊主体的下部,释药腔7居于胶囊主体的上部,主体腔9居中;主体腔9是一种活塞腔体结构,将胶囊上部的储药腔7和采样腔10分隔开;主体腔9内设有胶囊成像部件8、电池3、光热执行器4、热响应嵌片5和压缩弹簧6,热响应嵌片5下端通过压缩弹簧6和采样腔10上方连接,热响应嵌片5上方连接有光热执行器4,光热执行器4上方连接有电池3,电池3上方连接有胶囊成像部件8;
所述的采样腔10为半球状结构腔室,半球状结构底部设有采样口12,半球状结构内设有自锁小球11,自锁小球11位于采样口12处形成自锁状态;
所述的储药腔7采用半球状腔室结构,半球状腔室结构顶部设有释药封膜1,半球状腔室结构内部设有释药针尖2,释药针尖2在释药封膜1下方并刺入其中固定。
所述的热响应嵌片5是由热敏感材料制成,在热激励下,热响应嵌片5会发生热激性熔融态。
本发明的工作原理为:
参照图1和图2,将胶囊成像部件8置于主体腔9中,实现对消化道内可视化探测,通过采样腔10与储药腔7之间的活塞腔室结构的推拉动作同时实现对消化液13的采集和特异性药物的释放,推拉动作的实现是有主体腔9中光热执行器4控制,熔融热响应嵌片5,进而释放与热响应嵌片5相连的压缩弹簧6完成的,释放后的活塞腔室向上挤压,进而使得储药腔7内部的释药针尖2刺穿释药封膜1,进而实现储药腔7室内部药物的向外释放。

1.一种可视化消化道采样释药胶囊,包括胶囊外壳内的胶囊主体,其特征在于:胶囊主体内设置有主体腔(9)、采样腔(10)和储药腔(7),其中采样腔(10)位于胶囊主体的下部,释药腔(7)居于胶囊主体的上部,主体腔(9)居中;主体腔(9)是一种活塞腔体结构,主体腔(9)内设有胶囊成像部件(8)、电池(3)、光热执行器(4)、热响应嵌片(5)和压缩弹簧(6),热响应嵌片(5)下端通过压缩弹簧(6)和采样腔(10)上方连接,热响应嵌片(5)上方连接有光热执行器(4),光热执行器(4)上方连接有电池(3),电池(3)上方连接有胶囊成像部件(8);
所述的采样腔(10)为半球状结构腔室,半球状结构底部设有采样口(12),半球状结构内设有自锁小球(11),自锁小球(11)位于采样口(12)处形成自锁状态;
所述的储药腔(7)采用半球状腔室结构,半球状腔室结构顶部设有释药封膜(1),半球状腔室结构内部设有释药针尖(2),释药针尖(2)在释药封膜(1)下方并刺入其中固定。
