本发明涉及一种基于植物挥发物的草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂及包含其的诱捕装置,所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂由性引诱剂和植物气味挥发物组成;所述的性引诱剂由顺‑9‑十四碳乙酸酯和顺‑7‑十二碳乙酸酯组成;所述植物气味挥发物为苯甲酸乙酯、苯甲醇、水杨酸甲酯、苯甲醛、苯乙醛、柠檬烯、芳樟醇和乙酸苯甲酯中的一种或多种。本发明所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂通过性引诱剂和植物气味挥发物协同增效,对草地贪夜蛾具有很好引诱效果,而且可引诱部分雌虫,可用于草地贪夜蛾的监测与大面积防治,具有较好的运用前景。

Description

一种草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂及包含引诱剂的诱捕装置
技术领域
本发明涉及昆虫诱捕技术,尤其是一种草地贪夜蛾引诱剂及包含引诱剂的诱捕装置。
背景技术
草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda(J.E.Smith)原产于美洲热带和亚热带地区,是玉米等粮食作物上的重大迁飞性害虫。2019年1月13日确认草地贪夜蛾入侵我国云南省。草地贪夜蛾具有以下突出特点:一是食性杂。寄主植物广泛,包括玉米、水稻、大麦、棉花、花生、高粱等76科353种植物。二是繁殖能力强。雌虫可多次交配产卵,一生可产卵900~1000粒,最高可达2000粒。三是迁飞扩散快。每晚可以迁飞150多km,随气流可以迁飞到1500km以外的地区。四是为害重。玉米苗期受害一般可导致减产10%~25%,严重地块可造成毁种绝收。幼虫可取食幼茎、叶片、雄穗、果穗等多个部位。五是防控难度大。草地贪夜蛾适生温度范围11~30℃,3龄以上幼虫对多种有机磷类、拟除虫菊酯类和氨基甲酸酯类等化学农药有抗性,并且对部分转基因玉米有抗性,同时对于草地贪夜蛾这个外来物种,我们国家尚无在该害虫上的登记的农药。截至2019年10月8日,草地贪夜蛾侵入我国大陆除东北辽宁、吉林和黑龙江以及西北青海和新疆的26个省(市、区)1538个县(区、市),发生为害的有22个省(市、区)341个县(市、区)。据中国农作物病虫害监测网调查,预测2020年中国草地贪夜蛾发生面积将达1亿亩左右,呈重发生态势。
目前,针对草地贪夜蛾的防治,更多还是以化学防治为手段,此种方式杀伤天敌、抗药性增加、破坏生态平衡、农药污染加重甚至出现食用玉米中毒等恶性事件,给我国农产品质量安全带来了重大困扰。玉米质量安全是粮食产业持续健康发展一个不可缺少的核心;草地贪的防治事关农产品卫生质量安全,因此,找出一种确实可行的绿色防治方法刻不容缓。
目前,也有采取性引诱剂进行草地贪夜蛾的监测与防治,例如专利申请CN110622932A公开了一种草地贪夜蛾性引诱剂与配套诱捕装置及使用方法,该草地贪夜蛾性引诱剂的信息素由顺-9-十四碳烯乙酸酯、顺-11-十六碳碳烯乙酸酯、顺-7-十二碳烯乙酸酯、顺-9-十二烯乙酸酯组成。例如专利CN110074107A,公开了一种草地贪夜蛾引诱剂组合物。上述的组合物对雄性成虫的引诱效果很好,但对雌性成虫没有引诱性,雌性成虫繁殖能力强,如能确定找到对雌性成虫有引诱效果的引诱剂,对于草地贪夜蛾的防治有很重要的意义。
然而雌性成虫难以诱捕,由于目前开发的昆虫信息素引诱剂主要是针对雄虫,针对雌性害虫的信息素很难开发,雌性成虫难以被常见信息素引诱,特别是鳞翅目害虫,关于雌性害虫的引诱上主要还是借助食物引诱剂,食物引诱剂在保存运输以及田间使用上受到诸多因素的限制,推广困难大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有的草地贪夜蛾防治难度大、效果不佳的技术问题,提供一种实用、高效的基于植物挥发物的草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂,所述的草地贪夜蛾引诱剂组合物对草地贪夜蛾具有很好引诱效果,提高了雄蛾诱集率,并能引诱到部分数量的雌虫,可用于草地贪夜蛾的监测与防治。
本发明中,所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂由性引诱剂和植物挥发性气味化合物组成。其中,所述的性引诱剂由顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯组成,二者优选质量比为(90-99.9):(1-10),更优选为(90-99.9):(1-5),例如30:1。
植物挥发性气味化合物对性引诱剂起到增强作用,同时能引诱得到部分雌虫。所述气味化合物为苯甲酸乙酯、苯甲醇、水杨酸甲酯、苯甲醛、苯乙醛、柠檬烯、芳樟醇和乙酸苯甲酯中的一种或多种。优选地,所述气味化合物由苯乙醛和芳樟醇组成,二者配合对雌虫的诱捕率较高,优选地,苯乙醛和芳樟醇的体积比为(1-1.5):(2-3),更优选为1:2或1:3。
优选地,所述气味化合物由苯乙醛、芳樟醇和柠檬烯组成,综合诱捕效果较好,不仅可以实现较高的诱捕效率,而且对雌虫的诱捕效果好;优选地,苯乙醛、柠檬烯和芳樟醇的体积比为(1-3):(1-3):(1-2),优选为(1.2-2.5):(1.2-2.5):(1-2),例如1:2:1。
本发明还保护包含所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂的诱捕装置,所述性引诱剂和植物挥发性气味化合物可以混合使用,也可以分开封装后放置在用一个诱捕器内使用,后者的诱捕效果更好。具体地,可以将所述性引诱剂溶于第一溶剂后加入到橡皮头诱芯内,待第一溶剂挥发后制得性诱芯;所述植物挥发性气味化合物溶于第二溶剂后注入塑料瓶诱芯并封口,制成植物挥发物诱芯,所述性诱芯和所述植物挥发物诱芯同时放置在诱捕器中使用。
具体方案如下:
一种草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂,所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂由性引诱剂和植物挥发性气味化合物组成;所述的性引诱剂由顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯组成;所述植物挥发性气味化合物为苯甲酸乙酯、苯甲醇、水杨酸甲酯、苯甲醛、苯乙醛、柠檬烯、芳樟醇和乙酸苯甲酯中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述性引诱剂与所述植物挥发性气味化合物的配比为:(900-1200)μg:(1000-4000)μl。
进一步的,所述性引诱剂溶于第一溶剂后加入到橡皮头诱芯内,待第一溶剂挥发后制得性诱芯;所述植物挥发性气味化合物溶于第二溶剂后注入塑料瓶诱芯并封口,制成植物挥发物诱芯,所述性诱芯和所述植物挥发物诱芯同时放置在诱捕器中使用。
进一步的,所述第一溶剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、二氯甲烷和正己烷中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述第二溶剂为天然植物油。
进一步的,顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯的质量比为(90-90.9):(1-10),优选为30:1。
进一步的,所述植物挥发性气味化合物由苯乙醛和芳樟醇组成,优选地,所述苯乙醛和芳樟醇的体积比为(1-1.5):(2-3)。

本发明还保护一种诱捕装置,包括诱捕器和所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂,所述性引诱剂溶于第一溶剂后加入到橡皮头诱芯内,待第一溶剂挥发后制得性诱芯;所述植物挥发性气味化合物溶于第二溶剂后注入塑料瓶诱芯并封口,制成植物挥发物诱芯,所述性诱芯和所述植物挥发物诱芯同时放置在所述诱捕器中使用。
进一步的,所述塑料瓶诱芯为PE瓶诱芯,采用PE材质具有较好的气味化合物控释效果。
有益效果:
本发明中,采用性引诱剂和植物挥发性气味化合物协同增效,对草地贪夜蛾具有很好引诱效果,尤其是解决了雌虫难以引诱的困难,对草地贪夜蛾的监测与大面积防治具有重要意义。

实施例1
本实施例研究植物挥发性气味化合物组分配方对诱捕效果的影响,按照表1中用量称取各原料,之后将顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯混合,溶于正己烷中,配置成溶液,加入硅胶橡皮头诱芯内,溶液浸入硅胶橡皮头诱芯,待正己烷彻底挥发后,顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯吸附在硅胶橡皮头诱芯内部,将硅胶橡皮头诱芯低温保存备用。
植物挥发性气味化合物采用PE瓶诱芯,将各组分混合后,溶于植物油中,加入到PE瓶诱芯中进行热封,制成植物挥发物诱芯,将性诱芯与植物挥发物诱芯同时置于桶型诱捕器内,诱捕器距离地面1.5米,诱捕器之间相距20米左右,具体实物效果图参见图1。

诱捕试验持续15天,分别于试验布置后的第3d,第7d,第11d和第15d观察统计诱捕器内草地贪夜蛾成虫的数量,每个试验组设置5个诱捕器,最后取5个诱捕器抓捕到的草地贪夜蛾数目的平均值作为试验结果,参见表2。
表2是不同气味化合物组分配方的诱捕剂诱捕效果表,从中可以看出,在固定顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯用量的前提下,加入苯乙醛、芳樟醇和柠檬烯三种气味化合物具有较高的诱捕率。其次可以采用苯乙醛和芳樟醇作为气味化合物组分,以实现对雌性成虫较佳的诱捕效果。

实施例2
参照实施例1中的方法,区别在于采用表3中各原料用量,研究植物挥发性气味化合物的体积比例对诱捕效果的影响,其中顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯的质量比为30:1。

不同植物挥发性气味化合物配比的诱捕剂诱捕效果见表4,从中可以看出,苯乙醛、芳樟醇和柠檬烯三种气味化合物的最佳配比为1:2:1,其次为1:3:1。配比不同体现在混合后释放出的气味传播浓度和速度差异,因此对诱捕效果产生影响,这进一步说明本发明中苯乙醛、芳樟醇和柠檬烯三种气味化合物在空间上传播时是相互干涉的,并不是单独发挥作用。

不同性引诱剂配比的诱捕剂诱捕效果见表6,从中可以看出,性引诱剂顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯的最佳质量比为30:1,其次为100:3。其中,C3试验组:15天平均捕获草地贪夜蛾雄虫9.3头,诱捕雌虫总数量19头,出现雌虫诱捕率高于雄虫。

Claims (7)

1.一种草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂,其特征在于:所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂由性引诱剂和植物挥发性气味化合物组成;所述的性引诱剂由顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯组成,顺-9-十四碳乙酸酯和顺-7-十二碳乙酸酯的质量比为30:1;所述植物挥发性气味化合物由苯乙醛、芳樟醇和柠檬烯组成,所述苯乙醛、芳樟醇和柠檬烯的体积比为1:2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂,其特征在于:所述性引诱剂与所述植物挥发性气味化合物的配比为:(900-1200)μg:(1000-4000)μl。
3.一种权利要求1所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂的使用方法,其特征在于:所述性引诱剂溶于第一溶剂后加入到橡皮头诱芯内,待第一溶剂挥发后制得性诱芯;所述植物挥发性气味化合物溶于第二溶剂后注入塑料瓶诱芯并封口,制成植物挥发物诱芯,所述性诱芯和所述植物挥发物诱芯同时放置在诱捕器中使用。
4.根据权利要求3所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂的使用方法,其特征在于:所述第一溶剂为对苯二甲酸二辛酯、二氯甲烷和正己烷中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂的使用方法,其特征在于:所述第二溶剂为天然植物油。
6.一种诱捕装置,包括诱捕器和权利要求1或2所述草地贪夜蛾成虫引诱剂,其特征在于:所述性引诱剂溶于第一溶剂后加入到橡皮头诱芯内,待第一溶剂挥发后制得性诱芯;所述植物挥发性气味化合物溶于第二溶剂后注入塑料瓶诱芯并封口,制成植物挥发物诱芯,所述性诱芯和所述植物挥发物诱芯同时放置在所述诱捕器中使用。
7.根据权利要求6所述诱捕装置,其特征在于:所述塑料瓶诱芯为PE瓶诱芯。
