本发明属于引诱剂领域,具体涉及一种稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂及其应用。本发明提供一种稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂,其活性成分由柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑组成,并且柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比为0.5‑1:1‑3:0.2‑2(mL:mL:mg)。本发明的稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂可与缓释载体结合制备成诱芯,其可用于稻纵卷叶螟防治。

技术领域
本发明属于引诱剂领域,具体涉及一种稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂及其应用。
背景技术
二化螟、稻纵卷叶螟和三化螟属于属鳞翅目螟蛾科,是水稻生产上的三大重要钻蛀害虫。它们的危害具有突发性、隐蔽性的特点,虫害暴发对水稻产量影响较大,造成水稻秕谷率增加,产量损失严重。特别是稻纵卷叶螟又名刮青虫、白叶虫、苞叶虫,其寄主广泛,主要为害水稻,还可为害大麦、小麦、甘蔗、玉米、高粱、粟等作物,及稗、雀稗、狗尾草、茅草、芦苇等杂草。受害水稻的叶片被卷成筒状,上表皮及叶肉被取食,影响水稻的正常生长,导致减产。稻纵卷叶螟在水稻上可发生多代,我国南方稻田1年可多次发生,以幼虫或蛹越冬。
近年来,由于环境污染问题、农药残留和农作物病虫害抗药性问题日益突出,人们更加注重保护环境,减少化学药剂的使用,更多地选择应用生物防治技术。本试验拟通过研究不同供试食诱剂对稻纵卷叶螟成虫的田间引诱活性影响,为高效标准化生物测报技术和生物防治技术体系的建立提供依据,从根本上保障农业生产、农产品质量和农业生态安全。
发明内容
本发明属于引诱剂领域,具体涉及一种稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂及其应用。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
本发明提供一种稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂,活性成分由柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑组成,并且柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比为0.5-1:1-3:0.2-2(mL:mL:mg)。
优选的,柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比1:1-3:0.2-1(mL:mL:mg)。
进一步优选的,柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比1:2.5:0.5(mL:mL:mg)。
本发明提供一种用于稻纵卷叶螟的诱芯,所述的稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂与缓释载体结合。
本发明提供一种稻纵卷叶螟的诱芯的制备方法,将食诱剂在加入到缓释载体前预先溶解于溶剂中,形成食诱剂溶液后加入到缓释橡胶载体中制成诱芯;所述溶剂为正己烷或二氯甲烷。
本发明提供的的诱芯用于稻纵卷叶螟防治。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明中将柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑组合使用后对稻纵卷叶螟的引诱效果明显提升。此外柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑的配比对引诱效果会有明显的影响;配方1的引诱总量为342头,与其他配方具有显著差异,引诱效果极其明显。

根据下述实施例,可以更好地理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员容易理解,实施例所描述的内容仅用于说明本发明,而不应当也不会限制权利要求书中所详细描述的本发明。
实施例1:不同配方诱芯对稻纵卷叶螟的田间引诱试验
试验材料:配方1-11,参见表1。

备注:将所述的活性成分按比例混合均匀后,用适量二氯甲烷稀释后加入到缓释橡胶载体中制成诱芯,备用。
试验方法:采用水盆式诱捕器。
水盆式诱捕器:采用市售塑料盆,内口径30.0cm,深15.0cm,内盛3/4水,水中加少量洗衣粉,诱芯用细铁丝悬挂于水盆圆心上方,距盆内水面1.0cm。取3根竹竿做成三角架,置于秧田内,将水盆放在三角架上,使其高出秧株10cm左右(根据水稻生长趋势适时调整)。诱芯成直线排列,诱芯间相距10m,四周设保护行。每天上午统计各诱捕器内稻纵卷叶螟的数量并清理,同时补充盆内的水和调整诱芯高度。每诱捕2d变换诱芯位置,以减少位置的影响。另设空白对照,每处理3次重复。试验期间未更换诱芯。统计10d后的3次重复的诱捕总量。
试验结果参见图1。
由图1可以看出,CK仅采用水盆式诱捕器对于稻纵卷叶螟无引诱作用;配方1-11均可以用于稻纵卷叶螟的引诱。特别指出的是,与配方6-11相比,配方1-5中将柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑组合使用后对稻纵卷叶螟的引诱效果有明显提升。此外,柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的配比对引诱效果会有明显的影响;配方1的引诱总量为342头。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂,其特征在于,活性成分由柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑组成,并且柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比为0.5-1:1-3:0.2-2(mL:mL:mg)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂,其特征在于,所述柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比为1:1-3:0.2-1(mL:mL:mg)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂,其特征在于,所述柠檬烯、水杨酸甲酯和樟脑的体积重量配比为1:2.5:0.5(mL:mL:mg)。
4.一种用于稻纵卷叶螟的诱芯,其特征在于,将权利要求1-3任一项所述的稻纵卷叶螟食诱剂与缓释载体结合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的稻纵卷叶螟的诱芯,其特征在于,食诱剂在加入到缓释载体前预先溶解于溶剂中,形成食诱剂溶液;所述溶剂为正己烷或二氯甲烷。
6.根据权利要求4-5任一项所述的诱芯用于稻纵卷叶螟防治的用途。
