Abstract
一种刀具半径补偿的干涉检测方法,包括:获取一条编程轨迹(505);计算编程轨迹的刀具对侧边沿轨迹(52);判断刀具对侧边沿轨迹是否与对比编程轨迹(502)相交;若刀具对侧边沿轨迹与对比编程轨迹相交,则判定编程轨迹与对比编程轨迹会相干涉。还涉及一种刀具半径补偿的干涉检测装置,还涉及一种具有存储功能的装置。刀具半径补偿干涉检测方法的准确性和实用性得到了提高。
