Accordingly, the invention also provides an additional resource allocation device, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium.

Description

Additional resource allocation method and device, electronic equipment and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of computers, and in particular, to an additional resource allocation method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium.
Background
The user conversion rate refers to the probability that a user is converted from a non-specific user to a specific user. For example, the probability that a user is converted from a non-paying user to a paying user, or the probability that a user is converted from a registered user to an authorized user. Generally, when a user is converted from an unspecified user to a specific user, the user is required to complete a series of verification tasks, such as various large credit APPs, when the user completes a series of verification tasks, such as: and (4) a face-brushing verification task, an identity verification task and the like are carried out, the registered user can be converted into a user to be credited, namely, the credentialing auditing stage is entered.
Generally, there are two ways to promote the user to finish the work, the first way is to actively show each verification task page to the user when the user logs in for the first time to promote the user to finish the work, and no matter whether the user finishes the work or not, then each verification task page is not actively shown, but the user autonomously visits the corresponding verification task page to complete the corresponding verification task; second, the user is promoted to finish the part by a time-limited promotion activity or a time-limited welfare activity, that is, a short effective time, for example, one week, is set, and after the user completes all verification tasks (i.e., the part is finished), the preset additional resources are directly allocated to the user within the effective time.
However, with the second approach, there are two problems:
1) since the resource allocation is performed in a specific time and different user life rhythms are different, a large number of users may miss the activity due to time limitation, that is, only some new users who are not finished can participate in the activity for the effective time to finish the activity and allocate corresponding additional resources.
2) Because the whole completion process involves a plurality of tasks, and the additional resources are distributed to the user after the user completes all the tasks, part of the users lack power/enthusiasm to be reduced due to complicated processes in the completion process, and the users give up midway.
For the merchant, users who cannot participate in the activity within the effective time or give up midway in the process of completing the event are all missing users, that is, the existing resource allocation mode is not reasonable, so that a large number of users to be converted are missed, that is, the conversion rate of the users is low. In view of the above, a new additional resource allocation method and apparatus thereof are provided.
The above information disclosed in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the disclosure and therefore it may contain information that does not constitute prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

The technical solution of the present invention will be described and explained in detail by means of several specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the additional resource allocation method of the present embodiment includes:
s101, periodically displaying the first display information based on a preset first activity cycle, and executing step S103.
In this embodiment, the first display information includes preset first additional resource information and preset second additional resource information, and the first additional resource information and the second additional resource information both point to a preset task page, where the task page may be opened on a client and guides a user to complete a part through the task page, and therefore the user may select the first additional resource information or the second additional resource information according to his own preference, thereby entering a part completion process.
In one embodiment, the first activity period is six weeks, or every sunday, or both six and two days of the week, as people on weekends have more leisure time. Of course, it is understood that the first display information is not set to be on weekends, but on weekdays, and only the first display information needs to be displayed periodically.
In this embodiment, on one hand, since the first display information is periodically displayed, it is necessary to determine whether the first activity period is currently reached according to the time of the service end system, for example, determine whether the current activity period is saturday, if yes, the first display information is displayed, otherwise, no operation is performed until it is determined again that the first activity period is currently reached, and step S101 is executed; on the other hand, because the completion states of different users are different, if the users have completed the completion, face verification, identity verification, bank card verification, mobile phone verification and contact verification are completed, and the quota is activated; some users are not finished, namely any one of the verification tasks and the credit activating tasks is not finished; for the finished user, the first presentation information need not be presented to the finished user at all, and for the unfinished user, the first presentation information is presented to the unfinished user in order to promote the finishing thereof. That is, in the present embodiment, it is necessary to determine not only the activity cycle but also the user' S completion status, specifically, referring to fig. 2, the step S101 includes:
s201, judging whether the current time reaches a first activity period or not based on the time of the service end system, if so, executing the step S202, otherwise, executing the step S201.
In this embodiment, the client obtains the time of the server system, and determines whether the first activity period is reached currently according to the time of the server system.
S202, recognizing the finished state of the user, and if the user is an unfinished part, executing the step S203; and if the finished product is finished, finishing.
In this embodiment, the completion status of the user includes a completed part and an unfinished part.
S203, displaying the first display information, and executing step S103.
In this embodiment, when the client identifies that the finished part state of the user is an unfinished part, the client acquires the first display information from the server and then displays the first display information to the user.
S103, responding to the first additional resource information or the second additional resource information triggered by the user, and generating a corresponding task page based on the finished state of the user so as to guide the user to finish the finished product.
In this embodiment, the incomplete status includes that the person does not swipe his face, swipes his face but does not authenticate, swipes face, authenticates his identity but does not authenticate the bank card, swipes face, authenticates his identity, authenticates his bank card but does not authenticate his mobile phone, swipes face, authenticates his bank card, authenticates his mobile phone but does not authenticate his contact person, and does not activate the quota.
In this embodiment, since users in different types of completion states need to enter the completion process through different task pages, corresponding task page content needs to be acquired from the server based on the completion state of the user, and the corresponding task page is generated by parsing and rendering. Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the step S103 specifically includes:
s301, identifying the type of the current unfinished state of the user, if the user does not swipe the face, executing S302, if the user swipes the face but does not authenticate the face, executing S303, if the user swipes the face, authenticates the face but does not authenticate the bank card, executing S304, if the user swipes the face, authenticates the identity, authenticates the bank card but does not authenticate the mobile phone, executing S305, if the user swipes the face, authenticates the identity, authenticates the bank card but does not authenticate the contact person, executing S306, and if the user does not activate the quota, executing S307.
S302, generating a first task page to guide the user to complete the part, and executing the step S105.
In a specific embodiment, the first task page is a face-brushing verification page, that is, a user finishes face-brushing through the first task page.
S303, generating a second task page to guide the user to complete the part, and executing the step S105.
In a specific embodiment, the second task page is an authentication page, that is, the user completes authentication through the second task page.
S304, generating a third task page to guide the user to complete the piece, and executing the step S105.
In a specific embodiment, the third task page is a bank card verification page, that is, the user completes bank card verification through the third task page.
S305, generating a fourth task page to guide the user to complete the part, and executing the step S105.
In a specific embodiment, the fourth task page is a mobile phone authentication page, that is, the user completes authentication of the unique identification code (i.e., mobile phone number authentication) of the mobile terminal of the user through the fourth task page.
S306, generating a fifth task page to guide the user to complete the part, and executing the step S105.
In a specific embodiment, the fifth task page is a contact verification page, that is, the user completes contact verification through the fifth task page.
S307, a sixth task page is generated to guide the user to complete the task, and step S105 is executed.
In one embodiment, the sixth task page is a page for requesting activated credit, i.e. the user requests activated credit from the lender through the sixth task page.
In this embodiment, after the user finishes swiping the face on the first task page, the user usually triggers the next icon in the first task page to jump to the second task page to complete the authentication task, and accordingly, after the second task page finishes the authentication, the user triggers the next icon in the second task page to jump to the third task page to complete the bank card authentication task, and so on, until the user finishes the corresponding task on the last task page, the user changes the finished state of the user from the unfinished part to the finished part, that is, after the user finishes the authentication task on the current task page, the user usually clicks the next icon on the current task page to enter the next authentication task until the finished part is completed, and therefore, no matter which task page the user enters the finished flow from, the user usually enters the next task page to execute the next task, until all tasks are completed.
And S105, allocating a first additional resource corresponding to the first additional resource information and/or a second additional resource corresponding to the second additional resource information to the user based on the completion progress of the user under the guidance of the corresponding task page.
In the embodiment, since the user enters the finished process through different task pages, especially some users finish the process from the face brushing task page or the identity verification task page, in order to increase the enthusiasm and interactivity of the finished user, the user is prevented from selecting to give up in the finished process, and additional resources are allocated based on the finished progress of the user. Specifically, the step S105 includes:
acquiring and identifying the completion progress of the user, and if the completion progress is completion, generating a first reward page to prompt the user to acquire a first additional resource; and if the piece completion progress is that the verification of the unique identification code of the mobile terminal (namely the mobile phone verification) is completed, generating a second reward page to prompt the user to obtain a second additional resource.
In one embodiment, the first additional resource is a free ticket, and accordingly, the first reward page presents an electronic free ticket in a pop-up window form, so that the user can directly click on the first reward page to obtain the free ticket.
In one embodiment, the second additional resource is a cash red packet, and accordingly, the second incentive page displays an electronic red packet in a pop-up window manner, so that the user can directly click the second incentive page to obtain cash, and the cash amount is random; and after the user acquires the second additional resource through the second additional resource page, returning to the fifth task page to continue the part completing process until the part is completed.
Further, in order to improve the enthusiasm of the user in the middle of completing the part, before returning to the step of the fifth task page, the method further needs to allocate a third additional resource, and specifically, the additional resource allocation method of the embodiment further includes:
and after the user acquires the second preset additional resource, displaying second display information to guide the user to participate in corresponding activities to acquire a corresponding third additional resource.
In one embodiment, the third additional resources are various, including a free coupon, a cash red packet, a physical product (such as a headset or a mobile phone holder, etc.), or other additional resources, and accordingly, the second display information specifically displays a plurality of third additional resources in a lottery, and if the user draws any third additional resource in the second display information, the third additional resource is sent to the user; and after the user acquires the third additional resource, returning to the fifth task page to continue the part completing process until the part is completed.
In this embodiment, the second display information is displayed to the user to guide the user to participate in the corresponding activity to obtain the corresponding third additional resource, that is, when the completion of the piece progress is identified to complete the verification of the mobile phone number on the fourth task page, the second additional resource is not only allocated to the user, but also the user is guided to obtain the third additional resource through the second display information, so that the enthusiasm and the user experience of the user in the piece completion process are further improved.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to know the activity rule, the first display information further includes a guide icon, which is selectable by the user and is associated with a preset activity rule page, in addition to the first additional resource information and the second additional resource information. Correspondingly, the additional resource allocation method further comprises the following steps:
