Fig. 1 schematically shows a flowchart of an order distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and an execution subject of the order distribution method may be a device having a calculation processing function, such as a server or the like.
Referring to fig. 1, an order allocation method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps S110, S120, and S130, and details of implementation of the steps are described in detail as follows:
in step S110, a target order requiring allocation of service personnel is obtained.
In one embodiment of the invention, the order may be an insurance order, a take-away order, an after-market order, or the like. The target order of the service person needing to be distributed can be an order of the service person not needing to be distributed, which is submitted by the user in a self-service mode, for example, a policy generated by the user for self-service purchase of insurance on an insurance company website and a WeChat public number, a takeout order needing to be distributed, which is submitted by the user in a self-service mode through an application program, and the like.
In step S120, a history service person assigned to the history order of the user is determined according to the user information included in the target order.
In one embodiment of the invention, the information of the user contained in the target order may be information of the user who submitted the order, or information of other users contained in the order. For example, if the target order is a policy, the user's information contained in the policy may be information of the applicant; if the target order is a take-away order, the information of the user included in the take-away order may be information of the consignee; if the target order is an after-market service order, the information of the user included in the after-market service order may be information of a person who needs the after-market service, or the like.
In one embodiment of the invention, the historical service personnel is the service personnel assigned to the historical order of the user, such as the service personnel to which the insurance policy previously purchased by the user was assigned, the distributor to which the prior takeaway order of the user was assigned, the after-market service personnel to which the after-market service order previously submitted by the user was assigned, and the like.
In step S130, the target order is assigned to the history service personnel.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the allocating the target order to the history service personnel according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
in step S210, the number of history service personnel is determined.
In one embodiment of the invention, the number of historical service personnel may be determined based on all historical orders of the user or the service personnel assigned to the historical orders over a predetermined period of time (e.g., the last N months). Such as: if the user has 3 policy before, the three policy are maintained by different service personnel respectively, then the number of the historical service personnel is 3; if the user has 3 prior policies, which are maintained by the same service person, the number of history service persons is 1.
Step S220, if the historical service staff is a plurality of service staff, the target order is allocated to one of the plurality of service staff according to a relationship between the plurality of service staff and the historical order of the user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the relationship between the plurality of service persons and the historical orders of the user may be the number of historical orders to which the respective service person is assigned, or may be the time at which the respective historical orders are assigned to the respective service person, or the like.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step S220 may specifically include: determining the quantity of the historical orders distributed to each service person in the plurality of service persons according to the relation between the plurality of service persons and the historical orders of the user; determining the target service personnel with the most historical orders distributed to the plurality of service personnel according to the quantity of the historical orders distributed to each service personnel; and distributing the target order to the target service personnel. The technical solution of this embodiment enables the target order of the service person to be allocated to the service person whose maintenance history order quantity is the largest.
In another embodiment of the present invention, step S220 may specifically include: determining a target service person corresponding to an order with an order date closest to the current date in the historical orders according to the relation between the plurality of service persons and the historical orders of the user; and distributing the target order to the target service personnel. The technical scheme of the embodiment enables the target order of the service personnel needing to be allocated to the service personnel corresponding to the latest order.
The above embodiment illustrates how the target order is allocated in the case where the number of the history service personnel is plural, and in one embodiment of the present invention, if the number of the history service personnel is one, the target order may be directly allocated to the history service personnel.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, if a historical service person is not determined according to the information of the user, the target order is allocated to a corresponding management mechanism according to the information of the user, so that the management mechanism allocates the target order to a corresponding service person.
In one embodiment of the invention, it is not determined from the information of the user that the historical service person may be that the user has no historical order and therefore no historical service person, or that the user has a historical order but has no service person assigned to the historical order. The management authority may be an authority for managing orders within a certain area, for example the management authority may be branch offices, each of which is responsible for order business within a respective area.
In an embodiment of the present invention, allocating the target order to the corresponding management entity according to the information of the user may specifically include: if the user information contains the address information of the user, distributing the target order to a management mechanism corresponding to the address information; if the user information does not contain the address information of the user, determining the certificate address of the user according to the certificate information contained in the user information, and distributing the target order to a management mechanism corresponding to the certificate address.
That is, in this embodiment, the target order may be preferentially assigned to the management entity corresponding to the address information included in the information of the user, and if the address information is not included in the information of the user, the target order may be assigned to the management entity corresponding to the certificate address determined from the certificate information. For example, for an insurance order, if the insurance order contains address information of an applicant, the insurance order can be allocated to a branch company corresponding to the address information according to the address information of the applicant; if the insurance order does not contain address information for the applicant, the applicant's certificate address can be determined from the applicant's identification number and the insurance order can then be assigned to the branch corresponding to the certificate address.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the target order is allocated to a corresponding management organization, an identifier of a designated person in the management organization may be obtained, where the designated person is configured to receive an order of an unassigned service person, and then allocate the target order to the designated person according to the identifier of the designated person. The designated person may be a real person in the management organization or a virtual non-real person.
In the following, referring to fig. 3, a specific application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail by taking an order as a policy and a service person as an agent. Referring to fig. 3, a policy assignment method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
step S301, the client selects insurance products by self and fills in client information.
In one embodiment of the invention, the customer can self-help select insurance products on the website or WeChat public number of the insurance company and fill in the customer information. The customer information may include applicant information (e.g., name, identification number, mobile phone number, etc.), insured person information (e.g., name, identification number, mobile phone number, etc.), and so forth.
Step S302, the server receives the client information, calls a client insurance record interface, and inquires the attribution of the agent of the client.
In one embodiment of the invention, the server side can call the historical insurance record of the client according to the client information to obtain whether the client has the attribution of the agent. Specifically, if the client has a historical record of insurances and a previous policy has been assigned an agent, it may be determined that the client has agent affiliation.
Step S303, judging whether the client has the attribution of the agent, if so, executing step S307; otherwise, step S304 is performed.
And step S304, calling a branch analysis model, matching the branch to which the client belongs, and acquiring the dummy employee number in the branch.
In one embodiment of the invention, the branch analysis model is used for analyzing the branch to which the client belongs, and specifically, the branch to which the client belongs is determined according to the information of the client. For example, if a customer fills in a specific address, the branch company of the corresponding area can be matched according to the address; if the customer does not fill in the specific address, the certificate address of the customer can be obtained according to the identity card number of the customer (since the identity card number comprises the address identification position, the certificate address of the customer can be obtained based on the identity card number), and the branch company of the area where the certificate address is located is matched according to the certificate address.
In one embodiment of the invention, the dummy human numbers are for the affiliates to receive the policy of the unassigned agent, i.e., the policies assigned to the affiliates are each assigned under the name of the dummy human number.
Step S305, payment generates insurance policy.
In one embodiment of the invention, after determining the agents to which the policy needs to be assigned, the customer may make a payment to generate the policy. It should be noted that in other embodiments of the present invention, the customer may make a payment first and then distribute the agent after the payment. Wherein the process of assigning agents to the policy may be imperceptible to the customer or the assignment process may be presented to the user.
And step S306, the branch company acquires the insurance policy under the dummy name and the client, and distributes according to the strategy.
In one embodiment of the invention, the branch office may obtain the policy and customer under the name of the fake at intervals (e.g., hourly, daily, weekly, etc.) and then distribute the policy. For example, policies under the name of a counterfeiter and customers may be assigned to corresponding agents according to a sales incentive policy.
Step S307, if the client has the agent attribution, judging whether the number of the agents of the client is more than 1, and if the number of the agents of the client is more than 1, executing step S308; if the number of agents of the client is only 1, step S309 is executed.
Step S308, determining the agent of the policy according to the customer analysis model.
In one embodiment of the invention, the customer analysis model is used to determine the agent to which the new policy corresponds based on the relationship between the agent and the customer's historical policy. For example, an agent of a policy that is up-to-date with the customer may be identified as an agent of the new policy; or may determine the agent that is assigned the most historical policies and then assign the new policy to that agent.
In step S309, the unique agent is determined to be an agent of the policy.
Step S310, payment generates insurance policy.
Similar to the foregoing description, in this embodiment, after determining the agents to which the policy needs to be assigned, the customer may make a payment to generate the policy. In other embodiments of the invention, the customer may also make a payment before the agent is assigned.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the new policy of the user can be preferentially distributed to the agents of the existing policy of the client, so that the problem of malicious policy competition among the agents can be avoided; meanwhile, the branch company can distribute the policy without attribution of the agent according to the corresponding policy, so that the sales policy can be better implemented, and the agent is stimulated while the relatively fair competition is realized. Further, for the policy assigned to the branch dummy name, a commission can not be issued to the agent, and thus the expenditure cost of the insurance company can be reduced.
It should be noted that, the above embodiment describes the policy distribution scheme of the embodiment of the present invention with an order as a policy, and for other types of order distribution, such as a take-out order, an after-sales service order, and the like, the technical scheme of the above embodiment of the present invention may be used to perform distribution.
