After the press-connection of the panel 100 and the circuit board 200 is completed, the positioning mechanism 3 releases the positioning of the vacuum suction plate 13, and at this time, the vacuum suction plate 13 is restored to the original position under the action of the elastic restoring members 110 at both sides thereof, so that the distance difference between the panel 100 and the circuit board 200 can be calculated in the next press-connection, and the efficiency of aligning the panel 100 and the circuit board 200 is improved.
Preferably, the crimping device further comprises a second driving mechanism 4, an output end of the second driving mechanism 4 is fixedly connected with the mounting frame 11, and the second driving mechanism 4 can drive the crimping mechanism 1 to move along the second direction so as to enable the vacuum suction plate 13 to abut against the positioning mechanism 3.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 3, the second driving mechanism 4 includes a driver 41 and a lead screw 42, the driver 41 being mounted on the mover 22; the lead screw 42 extends along the second direction and is connected with the driver 41, the nut seat on the lead screw 42 is fixedly connected with the mounting frame 11, and the driver 41 can drive the lead screw 42 to rotate so as to move the mounting frame 11 along the second direction, i.e. the crimping mechanism 1 moves along the second direction, so that the vacuum suction plate 13 on the crimping mechanism 1 is abutted to the damping block 32 of the positioning mechanism 3.
Further, the driver 41 is located at the rear side of the mounting frame 11 in the second direction (the direction in which the mounting frame 11 is close to the positioning mechanism 3 is front, and the direction in which the mounting frame 11 is far from the positioning mechanism 3 is rear), and the driver 41 cooperates with the lead screw 42 to drive the mounting frame 11 to move in the second direction.
Illustratively, the driver 41 is a servo motor.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8 in combination with fig. 7, the positioning mechanism 3 includes a bracket 31 and a damping assembly, the bracket 31 is disposed opposite to the crimping mechanism 1, the damping assembly is elastically connected to the bracket 31, and the vacuum suction plate 13 can abut against the damping assembly to reduce the impact force of the vacuum suction plate 13 on the damping assembly.
Illustratively, the damping assembly comprises a damping block 32 and an elastic member 33, one end of the elastic member 33 is fixedly connected with the bracket 31, the other end of the elastic member 33 is fixedly connected with the damping block 32, and the vacuum suction plate 13 can be abutted against the damping block 32 and compress the elastic member 33. In short, the elastic member 33, the damping block 32 and the second driving mechanism 4 cooperate to give a certain pressing force to the vacuum suction plate 13, so that the vacuum suction plate 13 is kept stationary in the first direction.
Preferably, a visual detection component in the crimping mechanism 1 is mounted on the mounting frame 11, the visual detection component is used for detecting the position of the panel 100, and both the first driving mechanism 2 and the second driving mechanism 4 can be selectively started or not started according to the detection result of the visual detection component.
When the visual inspection assembly detects that the position of the interface of the panel 100 is different from the preset position of the controller, two situations are distinguished:
in the first case: when the position of the circuit board 200 is adjusted only by a small margin, the working process of the crimping apparatus is as follows: firstly, the second driving mechanism 4 is started first, and drives the whole crimping mechanism 1 to move forwards along the second direction until the vacuum suction plate 13 abuts against the damping block 32 and compresses the elastic piece 33, so that the vacuum suction plate 13 is pressed and fixed; then, the first driving mechanism 2 is started, and drives the whole crimping mechanism 1 to move along the first direction, because the vacuum suction plate 13 is pressed and fixed, the rest parts in the crimping mechanism 1 move along the first direction along with the mounting frame 11, while the vacuum suction plate 13 is kept static, namely, the circuit board 200 moves along the first direction, and the panel 100 is kept static, so that the interface of the circuit board 200 and the panel 100 is aligned, and the lighting accuracy is improved.
In the second case: when the position of the circuit board 200 needs to be adjusted greatly, the working process of the crimping device is as follows: the second driving mechanism 4 is not started, the first driving mechanism 2 is started, and the whole crimping mechanism 1 is driven to move along the first direction, so that the distance between the crimping mechanisms 1 is approximately the same as the distance between the interfaces of the panel 100; the workflow of the first case is then repeated until the interface of the circuit board 200 and the panel 100 is precisely aligned.

the crimping mechanism (1) is used for crimping the panel (100) and the circuit board (200), and at least two crimping mechanisms (1) are arranged in parallel along a first direction;
the first driving mechanism (2) comprises a stator (21) and at least two movers (22), the crimping mechanism (1) is fixedly installed on the movers (22), and the movers (22) can move along a first direction relative to the stator (21) so as to adjust the position of the crimping mechanism (1) in the first direction.
2. Crimping device according to claim 1, characterized in that the crimping mechanism (1) comprises:
the mounting rack (11) is fixedly connected with the rotor (22);
the crimping supporting plate (12) is used for placing the circuit board (200), and the crimping supporting plate (12) is fixed on the mounting frame (11);
the vacuum suction plate (13) is used for adsorbing and fixing the panel (100), the vacuum suction plate (13) is movably mounted on the mounting frame (11) along a first direction, the vacuum suction plate (13) is parallel to the compression joint supporting plate (12), and the panel (100) can be erected on the circuit board (200).
3. Crimping device according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a positioning mechanism (3), the crimping mechanism (1), the first drive mechanism (2), the positioning mechanism (3) cooperating to align the circuit board (200) with the interface of the panel (100).

when the vacuum suction plate (13) is pressed on the positioning mechanism (3), the first driving mechanism (2) drives the crimping mechanism (1) to move along a first direction, so that the vacuum suction plate (13) and the crimping support plate (12) move relatively in the first direction, and the circuit board (200) is aligned with the interface of the panel (100).

The crimping device according to claim 4, further comprising a second driving mechanism (4), wherein an output end of the second driving mechanism (4) is fixedly connected with the mounting frame (11), the second driving mechanism (4) can drive the crimping mechanism (1) to move along a second direction so as to enable the vacuum suction plate (13) to abut against the positioning mechanism (3), and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.

Crimping device according to claim 5, characterized in that the positioning means (3) comprise a support (31) and a damping assembly, the support (31) being arranged opposite the crimping means (1), the damping assembly being elastically connected to the support (31) and the vacuum suction plate (13) being able to abut against the damping assembly.

Crimping device according to claim 6, characterized in that the damping assembly comprises a damping block (32) and an elastic element (33), one end of the elastic element (33) being fixedly connected to the bracket (31) and the other end of the elastic element (33) being fixedly connected to the damping block (32), the vacuum suction plate (13) being able to abut against the damping block (32) and compress the elastic element (33).

Crimping apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that said crimping mechanism (1) further comprises a visual detection assembly mounted on said mounting frame (11) for detecting the position of said panel (100), said first drive mechanism (2) and said second drive mechanism (4) being able to be selectively activated or deactivated depending on the detection result of said visual detection assembly.
