Abstract

带有流量检测功能的输送阀,包括阀体和阀盖,所述阀体的内部设有阀座,所述阀盖中设有带动阀芯相对于阀座闭合/打开的驱动杆,所述阀芯上设有空心的滑杆,所述滑杆的另一端与所述驱动杆连接,且所述阀体的内部设有密封件,所述密封件与所述滑杆滑动连接;在阀芯的内侧设置可以转动的叶轮,并且利用永磁环使叶轮和阀芯之间具有轴向的弹性,当流体通过叶轮时带动叶轮转动,从而可以利用转动检测流体的流量,并同时,利用流体对叶轮的轴向压力检测叶轮的轴向位移,当转动量和位移量在后期发生变化时,则说明转动的阻力变大,以提示使用者进行更换或维修,保证输送流量的准确性。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体涉及带有流量检测功能的输送阀。
背景技术
在一些需要定量输送流体中使用的阀门中一般都设置了随着流体转动的转子部件,通过检测转子的转动来计算流体流过的量,但是转子部件的支撑部件,如轴承等,在阀体内时间久了之后可能发生锈蚀或摩擦增加,这就导致了在相同的流量下,转子的转动变慢,而使用者又不容易发现,因此就导致了计算误差,影响输送精度。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中提出的问题,本发明提供了带有流量检测功能的输送阀。
本发明的技术方案具体如下:带有流量检测功能的输送阀,包括阀体和阀盖,所述阀体的内部设有阀座,所述阀盖中设有带动阀芯相对于阀座闭合/打开的驱动杆,所述阀芯上设有空心的滑杆,所述滑杆的另一端与所述驱动杆连接,且所述阀体的内部设有密封件,所述密封件与所述滑杆滑动连接,所述阀芯呈一端开放的筒形,所述阀芯的外壁开设有通过槽,所述滑杆的内壁转动连接有转轴,所述转轴的端部固定有叶轮,所述叶轮与所述阀芯之间通过永磁环弹性连接,所述阀盖中设有用于对所述转轴转速和轴向位置检测的检测线圈组件。
优选的,所述检测线圈组件包括检测线圈、永磁块和磁电式转速传感器,所述永磁块安装在所述转轴上,所述检测线圈安装在所述阀盖中,并位于所述滑杆的外侧,用于检测所述检测线圈的轴向位置。
优选的,所述检测线圈包括若干个沿所述转轴轴向分布的线圈。
优选的,所述阀芯的外壁上设有密封圈支撑部,所述密封圈支撑部的下端面设有密封圈,所述阀座上开设有与所述密封圈配合的环形槽,所述密封圈支撑部位于所述通过槽的上方。
优选的,所述阀芯的下方设有导流罩,所述导流罩位于所述阀座的下方。
优选的,所述永磁环的数量为两个,且两个所述永磁环相互排斥,其中一个所述永磁环固定在所述叶轮的上端面,另一个所述永磁环固定在所述阀芯的内部顶壁上,两个所述永磁环对应分布。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明在阀芯的内侧设置可以转动的叶轮,并且利用永磁环使叶轮和阀芯之间具有轴向的弹性,当流体通过叶轮时带动叶轮转动,从而可以利用转动检测流体的流量,并同时,利用流体对叶轮的轴向压力检测叶轮的轴向位移,当转动量和位移量在后期发生变化时,则说明转动的阻力变大,以提示使用者进行更换或维修,保证输送流量的准确性。

具体实施方式:
下面参照附图对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例
如图1所示,带有流量检测功能的输送阀,包括阀体1和阀盖2,阀体1的内部设有阀座11,阀盖2中设有带动阀芯3相对于阀座11闭合/打开的驱动杆21,驱动杆21是通过阀盖2中的电磁驱动装置进行驱动的,可以控制驱动杆21的行程,开控制阀门的开闭,此为现有的成熟技术,在此不再赘述,阀芯3上设有空心的滑杆31,滑杆31的另一端与驱动杆21连接,且阀体1的内部设有密封件12,密封件12与滑杆31滑动连接,利用密封件12主要是将阀体1和阀盖2的空间分隔开,使密封件12的上方不会进入流体,阀芯3呈一端开放的筒形,阀芯3的外壁开设有通过槽301,滑杆31的内壁转动连接有转轴41,转轴41的端部固定有叶轮4,叶轮4与阀芯3之间通过永磁环42弹性连接,阀盖2中设有用于对转轴41转速和轴向位置检测的检测线圈组件5,当驱动杆21驱动阀芯3上移打开阀门后,阀芯3上移,通过槽301露出,阀中的流体经过叶轮4后从通过槽301流到阀的另一端,由于叶轮4是锥形的,流体在流经叶轮4时,不仅产生了转动的力,也在轴向产生了一定的推力,导致叶轮4在转动的同时产生了轴向的位移,转轴41在滑杆31中转动的同时,也产生了轴向的相对位移,因此,检测线圈组件5可以对位移进行检测,当在相同的转速下,位移量相较于之前发生了变化,或者在相同的位移时,转速相较于之前发生了变化,则说明滑杆31的转动支撑部件损坏,流量的检测精确性受到影响,通过报警装置提醒用户进行维修。
如图3所示,具体的,检测线圈组件5包括检测线圈51、永磁块52和磁电式转速传感器,永磁块52安装在转轴41上,检测线圈51安装在阀盖2中,并位于滑杆31的外侧,用于检测检测线圈51的轴向位置,其中磁电式转速传感器为现有技术中检测转动部件转速常用的传感器,其原理不在赘述,检测线圈51连接电动势检测装置,如电压表等,通过永磁块52的转动,可以在检测线圈51产生电动势,因此来检测到永磁块52的位置。
如图3所示,具体的,检测线圈51包括若干个沿转轴41轴向分布的线圈,为了更精准的进行检测,通过多个轴向分布的线圈,分别进行编号,例如,自上而下的一号、二号、等,最靠近永磁块52的线圈产生的电动势最大,因此,该位置的线圈即为永磁块52的轴向位置。
如图2所示,阀芯3的外壁上设有密封圈支撑部32,密封圈支撑部32的下端面设有密封圈321,阀座11上开设有与密封圈321配合的环形槽,密封圈支撑部32位于通过槽301的上方,利用密封圈支撑部32可以增加密封圈321和阀座11之间配合的紧密性,增加阀门的密封性。
如图2和图4所示,阀芯3的下方设有导流罩33,导流罩33位于阀座11的下方,通过设置的导流罩33可以将流体集中的向叶轮4方向输送,增加叶轮4与流体之间的相互作用,检测更加准确。
如图2所示,永磁环42的数量为两个,且两个永磁环42相互排斥,其中一个永磁环42固定在叶轮4的上端面,另一个永磁环42固定在阀芯3的内部顶壁上,两个永磁环42对应分布,通过两个永磁环42的设置可以使叶轮4和阀芯3之间产生一定的轴向弹性,便于复位,并且不产生转动阻力。
工作原理:当驱动杆21驱动阀芯3上移打开阀门后,阀芯3上移,通过槽301露出,阀中的流体经过叶轮4后从通过槽301流到阀的另一端,由于叶轮4是锥形的,流体在流经叶轮4时,不仅产生了转动的力,也在轴向产生了一定的推力,导致叶轮4在转动的同时产生了轴向的位移,转轴41在滑杆31中转动的同时,也产生了轴向的相对位移,因此,检测线圈组件5可以对位移进行检测,检测线圈51连接电动势检测装置,如电压表等,通过永磁块52的转动,可以在检测线圈51产生电动势,因此来检测到永磁块52的位置,最靠近永磁块52的线圈产生的电动势最大,因此,该位置的线圈即为永磁块52的轴向位置,当在相同的转速下,位移量相较于之前发生了变化,或者在相同的位移时,转速相较于之前发生了变化,则说明滑杆31的转动支撑部件损坏,流量的检测精确性受到影响,通过报警装置提醒用户进行维修。

Claims (6)

1.带有流量检测功能的输送阀,包括阀体(1)和阀盖(2),所述阀体(1)的内部设有阀座(11),所述阀盖(2)中设有带动阀芯(3)相对于阀座(11)闭合/打开的驱动杆(21),其特征在于,所述阀芯(3)上设有空心的滑杆(31),所述滑杆(31)的另一端与所述驱动杆(21)连接,且所述阀体(1)的内部设有密封件(12),所述密封件(12)与所述滑杆(31)滑动连接,所述阀芯(3)呈一端开放的筒形,所述阀芯(3)的外壁开设有通过槽(301),所述滑杆(31)的内壁转动连接有转轴(41),所述转轴(41)的端部固定有叶轮(4),所述叶轮(4)与所述阀芯(3)之间通过永磁环(42)弹性连接,所述阀盖(2)中设有用于对所述转轴(41)转速和轴向位置检测的检测线圈组件(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有流量检测功能的输送阀,其特征在于,所述检测线圈组件(5)包括检测线圈(51)、永磁块(52)和磁电式转速传感器,所述永磁块(52)安装在所述转轴(41)上,所述检测线圈(51)安装在所述阀盖(2)中,并位于所述滑杆(31)的外侧,用于检测所述检测线圈(51)的轴向位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有流量检测功能的输送阀,其特征在于,所述检测线圈(51)包括若干个沿所述转轴(41)轴向分布的线圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带有流量检测功能的输送阀,其特征在于,所述阀芯(3)的外壁上设有密封圈支撑部(32),所述密封圈支撑部(32)的下端面设有密封圈(321),所述阀座(11)上开设有与所述密封圈(321)配合的环形槽,所述密封圈支撑部(32)位于所述通过槽(301)的上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带有流量检测功能的输送阀,其特征在于,所述阀芯(3)的下方设有导流罩(33),所述导流罩(33)位于所述阀座(11)的下方。
6.根据权利要求1所述的带有流量检测功能的输送阀,其特征在于,所述永磁环(42)的数量为两个,且两个所述永磁环(42)相互排斥,其中一个所述永磁环(42)固定在所述叶轮(4)的上端面,另一个所述永磁环(42)固定在所述阀芯(3)的内部顶壁上,两个所述永磁环(42)对应分布。
