coating a crystal color stone primer I: taking two materials of crystal color stone primer-I, and preparing a mixture according to the formula I-A: I-B =2.5:1, mixing and stirring to obtain a milky white liquid, adding water accounting for 30% of the total mass of the materials for dilution and stirring, and uniformly roll-coating by using a medium-hair roller;
secondly, if the ground has pits, adding 5# or 6# quartz sand into the crystal color stone primer I for repairing;
thirdly, brushing crystal color stone middle layer paint-II: after the crystal color stone bottom layer paint-I is completely cured, namely the surface of a paint film is transparent and hard, uniformly coating the crystal color stone middle layer paint-II twice by using a medium hair roller, and coating for the second time after the first time is completely dried;
fourthly, spraying brilliant color stone middle layer paint-III: after the crystal color stone middle layer paint-II is completely dried, taking the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III, uniformly spraying the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III on the crystal color stone middle layer paint-II surface layer by using a professional water-in-water multicolor paint spray gun, and adjusting the spraying paint amount according to the required decorative effect;
after the middle layer paint-III of the crystal colored stone is completely dried, slightly polishing the crystal colored stone by 180-mesh abrasive paper, and aiming at removing surface pollutants and leveling uneven parts of a paint film;
preparing crystal color stone surface paint by troweling, wherein the weight ratio of E-51 resin: d-230 curing agent =7:3, uniformly stirring after mixing, pouring onto the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III paint film layer, normally 0.7 kg/square meter, uniformly troweling the mixed crystal color stone surface layer paint-IV material by using a sawtooth trowel;
and seventhly, after finishing crystal color stone surface layer paint IV troweling, defoaming roller coating is immediately used, and defoaming is uniformly performed.
(3) Construction requirements
Firstly, the temperature of the construction environment is not lower than 10 ℃, the humidity is not higher than 80%, and the direct irradiation of outdoor sunlight is avoided;
secondly, the integral inclination of the ground is not more than 5 degrees;
thirdly, the ground is not recommended to be moved, if the ground is seriously worn after being used for a long time, the surface of a paint film layer of the crystal color stone surface layer paint-IV can be polished to be flat to remove grinding marks and stains, and then the crystal color stone surface layer paint-IV is troweled again.
Claims (2)
1. A crystal color stone coating floor system material is characterized by consisting of a crystal color stone bottom layer paint-I, a crystal color stone middle layer paint-II, a crystal color stone middle layer paint-III and a crystal color stone surface layer paint-IV.
The crystal color stone primer-I is a two-component water-based epoxy material layer and comprises two components A/B, wherein the ratio of the components A to B is I-A: the mass fraction of the I-B =2.5:1 composition is as follows:
I-A: curing agent: 50% -52%; water: 48% -50%; base layer wetting agent: 0.6% -0.8%; 0.3 to 0.4 percent of organic silicon defoaming agent;
I-B: 85% -90% of E-51 epoxy resin; 10% -15% of diluent AGE;
the crystal color stone middle layer paint-II is a single-component water-based polyurethane coating and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: water: 15 percent; hydroxyethyl cellulose: 0.15 percent; ammonium salt dispersant: 0.6 percent; wetting agent: 0.15 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.3 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 0.15 percent; rutile titanium dioxide: 18 percent; talc powder: 5 percent; heavy calcium: 6 percent; precipitating barium sulfate: 5 percent; hydroxypropionic acid dispersion emulsion: 48 percent; dodecyl alcohol ester: 0.6 percent; -2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol: 0.15 percent; polyurethane thickener: 0.35 percent; a polyurethane leveling agent: 0.15 percent;
the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III is prepared by mixing III-A, III-B, III-C according to a standard ratio of 5:2:3 when the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III is prepared, is a single-component water-based multicolor paint when in use, and forms a water-based multicolor paint film layer after being dried, wherein the mass fractions of the components III-A, III-B, III-C are respectively as follows:
III-A: water: 50 percent; ammonium salt dispersant: 0.3 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 0.6 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.2 percent; 0.5 percent of ethylene glycol; kaolin: 5 percent; hydroxyethyl cellulose (30000 Pa · S): 0.5 percent; hydroxyethyl cellulose (100000 Pa · S): 0.7 percent; -2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol: 0.15 percent; elastic acrylic emulsion: 30 percent; 7% of magnesium aluminum silicate pre-gel, 9%;
III-B: water: 94 percent; magnesium aluminum silicate: 5 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 0.2 percent; inorganic bentonite: 0.5 percent; 2.5S of bactericide: 0.3 percent;
III-C silicon-containing acrylic emulsion: 87 percent; dodecyl alcohol ester: 5 percent; ethylene glycol: 5 percent; -2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol: 0.3 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 1 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.5 percent; polyurethane thickener: 0.5 percent; a polyurethane leveling agent: 0.5 percent;
the crystal color stone surface paint-IV is a two-component protective layer and is formed by mixing, proportioning and reacting epoxy resin and a polyether amine curing agent:
IV-A: e-51 epoxy resin: 70 percent;
IV-B Hensmei D-230 polyetheramine curing agent: 30 percent of
IV-A: IV-B =5: 3.
2. The construction process of the crystal color stone coating terrace decoration system material of claim 1, specifically comprising the following steps:
(1) firstly, preparing crystal color stone primer-I, which comprises two material components, namely an I-A component and an I-B component, preparing the I-A component, and mixing a curing agent: 50% -52%; water: 48% -50%; adding the mixture into a container for mixing, and uniformly stirring by using a dispersion machine, and then adding a base wetting agent: 0.6% -0.8%; 0.3 to 0.4 percent of organic silicon defoaming agent, stirring evenly for 10 minutes, and mixing and stirring at the rotating speed of 300 plus 500rpm of a dispersion machine to obtain the component I-A; I-B component: uniformly mixing 85% -90% of E-51 epoxy resin and 10% -15% of AGE diluent, stirring for 10 minutes by using a dispersion machine, wherein the rotation speed of the dispersion machine is 500-;
(2) preparing a crystal color stone middle layer paint-II, and sequentially adding: water: 15%, hydroxyethyl cellulose: 0.15 percent; ammonium salt dispersant: 0.6 percent; wetting agent: 0.15 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.3 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 0.15 percent, stirring for 15 to 20 minutes by using a dispersion machine, wherein the rotating speed of the dispersion machine is 700 plus 800 rpm; then adding rutile titanium dioxide: 18 percent; talc powder: 5 percent; heavy calcium: 6 percent; precipitating barium sulfate: 5 percent, uniformly dispersing and stirring for about 40 minutes, wherein the rotating speed of a dispersing machine is 950 and 1000 rpm; then adding hydroxyl acrylic emulsion: 48 percent; dodecyl alcohol ester: 0.6 percent; -2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol: 0.15 percent; polyurethane thickener: 0.35 percent; a polyurethane leveling agent: 0.15 percent, stirring evenly for 15-20 minutes, rotating speed of a dispersion machine is 300-;
(3) preparing a crystal color stone middle layer paint-III, wherein three components III-A, III-B, III-C are respectively prepared from the material of the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III;
preparation of III-A: sequentially adding water into a container: 50 percent; ammonium salt dispersant: 0.3 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 0.6 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.2 percent; 0.5 percent of ethylene glycol; stirring uniformly, wherein the rotating speed of a dispersion machine is not more than 500rpm, and the dispersion is carried out for 5-10 minutes; and then adding kaolin in turn: 5 percent; hydroxyethyl cellulose (30000 Pa · S): 0.5 percent; hydroxyethyl cellulose (100000 Pa · S): 0.7 percent, the dispersion machine disperses evenly for 30 minutes, and the rotating speed is 950 plus 1000 rpm; and finally, after the rotating speed is reduced to 500rpm, sequentially adding 2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol: 0.15 percent; elastic acrylic emulsion: 30 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.2 percent; 9 percent of 7 percent of magnesium aluminum silicate pre-gel, and obtaining the crystal color stone middle layer paint-III-A after even stirring. The magnesium aluminum silicate pre-gel used in the formula is a finished gel prepared by powdery magnesium aluminum silicate in water;
manufacturing III-B: sequentially adding water into a container: 94 percent; magnesium aluminum silicate protective glue: 5 percent; inorganic bentonite: 0.5 percent; 2.5S of the carbazone bactericide: 0.3 percent, uniformly dispersing for 35-40 minutes at the rotation speed of 950-1050 rpm;
thirdly, preparing III-C, namely adding the silicon-containing acrylic emulsion into a container in sequence: 87 percent; dodecyl alcohol ester: 5 percent; ethylene glycol: 5 percent; -2-amino-2-methyl-1-propanol: 0.3 percent; and (3) a cason bactericide: 1 percent; and (3) organic silicon defoaming agent: 0.5 percent, stirring evenly for 5-8 minutes, the rotating speed is not more than 500rpm, and then adding a polyurethane thickener: 0.5 percent; a polyurethane leveling agent: 0.5 percent, stirring evenly for 15-20 minutes, and obtaining crystal color stone middle layer paint-III-C, wherein the speed of a dispersion machine is not more than 800 rpm;
fourthly, after the preparation of the three components III-A, III-B, III-C of the crystal color stone middle layer paint is finished, firstly, the color paste of the water-based architectural coating III-A is mixed, wherein the color paste of Kunzshan brand is recommended to be used, and then, the mixed color III-A and III-B are mixed according to the ratio of III-A to III-B =5: 2, shearing and granulating by using a disperser, wherein the granulation refers to stirring by using a shearing force to achieve particles with the required size, and finally, uniformly mixing and stirring the obtained mixture of III-A, III-B and III-C with the proper color and size, and spraying to form the required paint film layer, wherein the comprehensive ratio is III-A: III-B: III-C =5: 2: 3;
(4) preparing crystal color stone surface layer paint-IV:
70 percent of E-51 resin and 30 percent of Hensman polyetheramine D-230 curing agent are mixed according to the proportion.
