Abstract
The invention discloses a pipeline lifting and pulling moving device and a lifting and pulling moving method in a narrow space, and solves the problem of how to simply and economically move a pipeline with large volume and weight in the narrow space. The lifting jack is characterized in that a lifting jack (2) is fixedly arranged in the center of the top end face of a triangular vehicle chassis (1), a guide cylinder support frame (5) is arranged between a guide cylinder (4) and the triangular vehicle chassis (1), the top end of an output shaft (3) extending upwards of the lifting jack (2) penetrates through the guide cylinder (4) and then is arranged right above the guide cylinder (4), a supporting upright rod (8) is fixedly connected to the top end face of a lead screw (7), a horizontal U-shaped fork (9) is fixedly welded to the side wall of the supporting upright rod (8), and a moved pipeline (10) is arranged between the horizontal U-shaped fork of the front lifting trolley and the horizontal U-shaped fork of the rear lifting trolley. The simple device for horizontally moving the pipeline in the narrow space can simply and quickly realize the horizontal movement of the whole pipeline.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pipe moving device, and more particularly, to a pipe lifting and moving device and a pipe lifting and moving method in a narrow space.
Background
In the current power station engineering construction, a main steam pipeline, a reheating hot section pipeline, a reheating cold section pipeline, a high-low pressure bypass system pipeline, respective drainage system pipelines, a main water supply pipeline system pipeline, a thermal steam-water system pipeline and the like are mostly arranged in an interlayer of the power station engineering in a centralized manner; the number of the pipelines is large, the dead weight of most of the pipelines is large, permanent hoisting equipment cannot be arranged in terms of installation environment and economy, the pipelines of the equipment can be moved and hoisted, and external hoisting equipment cannot enter the pipelines easily; the simple hoisting device or a plurality of persons can only be used for dragging or lifting and moving in a combined manner, and the labor consumption is high, so that how to develop an economical and reliable simple device to be suitable for a device moving in a narrow space is a technical problem to be solved in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a pipeline lifting and pulling moving device and a lifting and pulling moving method in a narrow space, and solves the technical problem of simply and economically moving a pipeline with large volume and weight in the narrow space.
The invention solves the technical problems by the following technical scheme:
the general concept of the invention is: the pipeline lifting method is adopted, jacks with output shafts extending upwards are arranged on the front moving trolley and the rear moving trolley, a transverse lifting pull rod is arranged at the top ends of the jacks, the front transverse lifting pull rod is arranged in a pipe orifice at the front end of the pipeline, the rear transverse lifting pull rod is arranged in a rear port of the pipeline, the pipeline is lifted by lifting the two jacks simultaneously, the pipeline is transferred to a preset position by moving the two trolley bodies simultaneously, and the jacks are lowered simultaneously to place the pipeline on the ground.
A pipeline lifting and moving device in a narrow space comprises a front lifting trolley, a rear lifting trolley and a transferred pipeline, wherein the structure of the front lifting trolley is completely the same as that of the rear lifting trolley, a universal traveling wheel is arranged below a triangular vehicle chassis of the front lifting trolley, a jack is fixedly arranged at the center of the top end surface of the triangular vehicle chassis, a guide cylinder is arranged right above the jack, a guide cylinder supporting frame is arranged between the guide cylinder and the triangular vehicle underframe, the top end of an output shaft of the jack which extends upwards is arranged right above the guide cylinder after penetrating through the guide cylinder, a threaded counter bore is arranged on the top end face of the output shaft, a lead screw is screwed in the threaded counter bore, a supporting upright pole is fixedly connected on the top end surface of the screw rod, a horizontal U-shaped fork is fixedly welded on the side wall of the supporting upright pole, a moved pipeline is arranged between the horizontal U-shaped fork of the front lifting trolley and the horizontal U-shaped fork of the rear lifting trolley.
The horizontal U-shaped fork is forked at the upper end of the pipe orifice of the moved pipeline; seven universal wheels are arranged on each side frame of the triangular vehicle chassis at equal intervals.
A lifting and moving method of a pipeline lifting and moving device in a narrow space comprises the following steps:
firstly, adjusting the height of a horizontal U-shaped fork by rotating a lead screw according to the caliber of a moved pipeline, so that the moved pipeline is lifted off the ground after a jack is lifted;
secondly, lowering both a jack on the front lifting trolley and a jack on the rear lifting trolley;
thirdly, moving the front lifting trolley to the front port of the moved pipeline, and inserting a horizontal U-shaped fork on the front lifting trolley to the top end of the front port of the moved pipeline to enable the top pipe wall of the front port of the moved pipeline to be arranged in the horizontal U-shaped fork; inserting a horizontal U-shaped fork on the rear lifting trolley to the top end of the rear port of the moved pipeline, so that the top pipe wall of the rear port of the moved pipeline is arranged in the horizontal U-shaped fork;
fourthly, simultaneously starting a jack on the front lifting trolley and a jack on the rear lifting trolley to horizontally lift the pipeline to be moved;
and fifthly, moving the moved pipeline to a preset position by pushing the two trolleys, lowering a jack on the front lifting trolley and a jack on the rear lifting trolley, placing the moved pipeline on the ground, moving the two trolleys away, and completing the lifting and moving of the moved pipeline.
The simple equipment for horizontally moving the pipeline in the narrow space can simply and quickly realize the horizontal movement of the whole pipeline, can move the pipeline under the condition of a small amount of manpower, and effectively improves the working efficiency.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings:
a pipeline lifting and moving device in a narrow space comprises a front lifting trolley, a rear lifting trolley and a transferred pipeline 10, wherein the structure of the front lifting trolley is completely the same as that of the rear lifting trolley, universal traveling wheels are arranged below a triangular trolley chassis 1 of the front lifting trolley, a jack 2 is fixedly arranged at the center of the top end face of the triangular trolley chassis 1, a guide cylinder 4 is arranged right above the jack 2, a guide cylinder support frame 5 is arranged between the guide cylinder 4 and the triangular trolley chassis 1, the top end of an output shaft 3 extending upwards of the jack 2 penetrates through the guide cylinder 4 and then is arranged right above the guide cylinder 4, a threaded counter bore 6 is arranged on the top end face of the output shaft 3, a lead screw 7 is screwed in the threaded counter bore 6, a support upright rod 8 is fixedly connected to the top end face of the lead screw 7, a horizontal U-shaped fork 9 is fixedly welded to the side wall of the support upright rod 8, a moved pipeline 10 is arranged between the horizontal U-shaped fork 9 of the front lifting trolley and the horizontal U-shaped fork of the rear lifting trolley.
The horizontal U-shaped fork 9 is forked at the upper end of the pipe orifice of the moved pipe 10; seven universal wheels are arranged on each side frame of the triangular vehicle chassis 1 at equal intervals.
A lifting and moving method of a pipeline lifting and moving device in a narrow space comprises the following steps:
firstly, according to the caliber of a moved pipeline 10, the height of a horizontal U-shaped fork 9 is adjusted by rotating a lead screw 7, so that the moved pipeline 10 is lifted off the ground after a jack 2 is jacked up;
secondly, lowering the jack 2 on the front lifting trolley and the jack on the rear lifting trolley;
thirdly, moving the front lifting trolley to the front port of the moved pipeline 10, inserting the horizontal U-shaped fork 9 on the front lifting trolley to the top end of the front port of the moved pipeline 10, and enabling the top pipe wall of the front port of the moved pipeline 10 to be arranged in the horizontal U-shaped fork 9; inserting a horizontal U-shaped fork on the rear lifting trolley to the top end of the rear port of the moved pipeline 10, so that the top pipe wall of the rear port of the moved pipeline 10 is arranged in the horizontal U-shaped fork;
fourthly, simultaneously starting a jack 2 on the front lifting trolley and a jack on the rear lifting trolley to horizontally lift the movable pipeline 10;
and fifthly, the moved pipeline 10 is transferred to a preset position by pushing the two trolleys, meanwhile, the jack 2 on the front lifting trolley and the jack on the rear lifting trolley are lowered, the moved pipeline 10 is placed on the ground, the two trolleys are removed, and the lifting transfer of the moved pipeline 10 is completed.
The invention relates to an equilateral triangle base with the side length of a triangle vehicle chassis 1 of 800 mm, wherein universal wheels arranged below the base are universal rollers with the diameter of 60 mm, so that a pipeline can move more flexibly when being supported on a moving device through a hydraulic device, the outer diameter of a jack 2 is 120 mm, and the height of the triangle vehicle chassis 1 is 200 mm.
Claims (3)
1. A pipeline lifting and moving device in a narrow space comprises a front lifting trolley, a rear lifting trolley and a transferred pipeline (10), wherein the structure of the front lifting trolley is completely the same as that of the rear lifting trolley, and the pipeline lifting and moving device is characterized in that universal traveling wheels are arranged below a triangular trolley chassis (1) of the front lifting trolley, a jack (2) is fixedly arranged at the center of the top end face of the triangular trolley chassis (1), a guide cylinder (4) is arranged right above the jack (2), a guide cylinder support frame (5) is arranged between the guide cylinder (4) and the triangular trolley chassis (1), the top end of an output shaft (3) extending upwards of the jack (2) penetrates through the guide cylinder (4) and then is arranged right above the guide cylinder (4), a threaded counter bore (6) is arranged on the top end face of the output shaft (3), and a lead screw (7) is screwed in the threaded counter bore (6), the top end face of the lead screw (7) is fixedly connected with a supporting vertical rod (8), the side wall of the supporting vertical rod (8) is fixedly welded with a horizontal U-shaped fork (9), and a moved pipeline (10) is arranged between the horizontal U-shaped fork (9) of the front lifting trolley and the horizontal U-shaped fork of the rear lifting trolley.

A pipe lifting and moving device in a narrow space according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal U-shaped fork (9) is forked at the upper end of the pipe orifice of the pipe (10) to be moved; seven universal wheels are arranged on each side frame of the triangular vehicle chassis (1) at equal intervals.
3. The lifting and moving method using the pipe lifting and moving device in a narrow space according to claim 2, comprising the steps of:
firstly, according to the caliber of a moved pipeline (10), the height of a horizontal U-shaped fork (9) is adjusted by rotating a lead screw (7), so that the moved pipeline (10) is lifted off the ground after a jack (2) is lifted;
secondly, lowering both the jack (2) on the front lifting trolley and the jack on the rear lifting trolley;
thirdly, moving the front lifting trolley to the front port of the moved pipeline (10), and inserting a horizontal U-shaped fork (9) on the front lifting trolley to the top end of the front port of the moved pipeline (10) to enable the top pipe wall of the front port of the moved pipeline (10) to be arranged in the horizontal U-shaped fork (9); inserting a horizontal U-shaped fork on the rear lifting trolley to the top end of the rear port of the moved pipeline (10) to enable the top pipe wall of the rear port of the moved pipeline (10) to be arranged in the horizontal U-shaped fork;
fourthly, simultaneously starting a jack (2) on the front lifting trolley and a jack on the rear lifting trolley to horizontally lift the movable pipeline (10);
and fifthly, the moved pipeline (10) is transferred to a preset position by pushing the two trolleys, meanwhile, the jack (2) on the front lifting trolley and the jack on the rear lifting trolley are lowered, the moved pipeline (10) is placed on the ground, the two trolleys are moved away, and the lifting transfer of the moved pipeline (10) is completed.
