A first heating chamber 120, a second heating chamber 121 and a third heating chamber 122 are formed between the inner cover 101 and the heating part 100, the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122 are sequentially communicated, and the first heating chamber 120 and the third heating chamber 122 are respectively connected with a water inlet and a water outlet; the inner cover 101 covers four sides of the heating part 100, two sides are a first heating chamber 120 and a third heating chamber 122, respectively, a top surface and a front surface are combined into a second heating chamber 121, and the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122 can contain a lot of liquid and can fully circulate and collect heat by heat collecting liquid.
A plurality of partition boards 123 are arranged in the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122 in a staggered manner, and flow channels for unidirectional circulation of liquid are formed among the partition boards 123; partition plates 123 provided in staggered manner on the inner walls of the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122; the flow channel formed by the partition 123 can make the circulation of the liquid smoother, and the liquid can be fully contacted with the partition 123, so that the heat can be absorbed better and the heat can be supplied better.
The first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122 are further provided with heat conduction heating sheets 124 for increasing the contact area with the liquid, and the heat conduction heating sheets 124 are regularly or irregularly distributed on the inner walls of the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122; the provision of the thermally conductive warming sheet 124 can increase the contact area with the liquid, promote better heat collection and supply of the liquid.
The upper end of at least one partition board 123 on the second heating chamber 121 is provided with a heat dissipation plate 125, correspondingly, the position of the inner cover 101 corresponding to the heat dissipation plate 125 is provided with a through groove 1010, and the heat dissipation plate 125 passes through the through groove 1010 and is in sealing fit with the through groove 1010; when the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122 are free of liquid, the internal temperature is very high, and the heat dissipation plate 125 can conduct heat in the first heating chamber 120, the second heating chamber 121 and the third heating chamber 122, so that cracking of equipment is prevented, and an emergency protection effect is provided for the equipment; and such an arrangement makes the inner cover 101 more tightly assembled.
The heater 1 is internally provided with an air duct for circulating air inside, and further comprises a flow controller 2 for adjusting the air output, wherein the flow controller 2 is arranged on the air duct; the flow controller 2 is arranged in the air duct and is of a three-way structure, the flow controller 2 controls the on-off state of the air duct and the adjustment of the air quantity, when the flow controller 2 is arranged in a closed state, the air duct is open, heat is absorbed by liquid in the flow channel completely, high-temperature liquid circulates in the engine, and the engine is preheated to the greatest extent; when the flow controller 2 is in a fully opened state, the flow controller is supplied to the cab through the air duct, and the heat supply amount to the cab is the maximum value, part of the heat heats the liquid to supply heat to the engine, but the heat supply amount to the engine is the minimum value; when the flow controller 2 is in a half-open state, part of heat can enter the cab through the air duct, but the hot air supply quantity is smaller than that in the full-open state, the temperature of liquid is between the full-open state and the closed state, the engine can be well preheated, the cab can be heated, and the effects of saving energy and cleaning carbon deposit can be achieved in the half-open state.
