Disclosure of Invention
An object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an intelligent management system for roadside parking, which overcomes one or more of the problems due to the limitations and disadvantages of the related art, at least to some extent.

It should be understood that the monitoring device 300 is one or more intelligent cameras, and sends the shot videos to the server 400 for analysis, and the server 400 may also send an instruction to the monitoring device 300 to control the monitoring range of the monitoring device and lock the target to be identified. The communication devices are respectively disposed in the server 500, the monitoring device 300 and the payment device 100, and the communication mode may be a WiFi mode, a mobile network mode or an ethernet mode, and is not limited as long as the information transmission can be achieved. By pre-judging the parking-out state of the parking space, the server 400 sends a moving instruction to the payment device 100 to move the payment device to the side of the parking space, and calculates the parking fee of the parking space and provides the payment service for the vehicle owner through the payment component 110.
5. When the payment device 100 moves to the side of the parking space, it broadcasts a payment information (such as parking duration and payment amount) through the voice component 130, and at this stage (i.e. the stage when the vehicle owner arrives near the parking space and has not completed the payment operation), the payment component 110 updates the payment information and broadcasts the updated parking information through the voice component 130 until the vehicle owner leaves the parking space again or completes the payment operation.
6. If the owner does not perform the payment operation and leaves the parking space again, the payment device 100 stops the payment service. If the owner finishes the payment operation, the payment information is broadcasted through the voice component 130, and meanwhile, the payment bill is provided for the owner through the printing component 120.
7. After the owner finishes the payment operation, the server 400 still continues to time the parking duration, the time is not timed until the parking lot is detected to finish the departure state within a set time, if the departure state of the parking lot is not detected within the set time and the payment amount is increased, the payment component 110 updates the payment information and broadcasts the updated parking information and the remaining payment amount through the voice component 130, and the step 5 is returned.
8. If the owner does not finish the payment operation and finds that the parking space enters the departure state, the voice component 130 is used for broadcasting prompt voice. If the owner has completely driven away from the parking space, the server 400 stores the relevant monitoring videos separately and gives a prompt to the manager.
By the intelligent management system for roadside parking, on one hand, intelligent monitoring is realized by the roadside parking, so that the labor cost is saved; on the other hand, the payment operation can be realized through the vehicle owner when the vehicle is out, and the vehicle payment system is convenient and quick.
Hereinafter, the above-described roadside parking intelligent management system in the present exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the payment component 110 is a display screen, and provides payment service for the vehicle owner by displaying the payment two-dimensional code. The payment component 110 may also be a scanning device, which provides payment service for the vehicle owner by scanning the payment two-dimensional code of the vehicle owner. The vehicle owner can realize payment operation only through the existing mobile payment mode (such as WeChat or Paibao). This approach is more convenient without the need for additional downloads or registrations.

In one embodiment, the server 400 performs vehicle identification and owner identification through the monitoring device 300, performs information binding with the parking space 500, and predicts the departure state of the parking space through the bound information. It should be understood that when the bound owner is within the monitoring range of the monitoring apparatus 300 again, the server 400 will perform a departure prediction on the owner, for example, if the action trajectory of the owner coincides with the trajectory of the bound parking space, the parking space will be predicted to enter a departure state. The preparation of the departure state can be completed to prepare payment service in advance, so that the owner of the vehicle can conveniently pay.
Specifically, by pre-judging the departure state of the parking lot 500, the payment device moves to the side of the parking lot before the departure of the parking lot and provides payment service for the vehicle owner. It should be understood that, when the owner of the vehicle bound to the parking lot changes the person, the server cannot make a vehicle advance judgment on the parking lot in time, and the server sends a moving instruction to the payment device through the opening of the vehicle door or the judgment that the person enters the vehicle, and provides payment service for the parking lot.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the payment device further includes a camera 150 for recording the payment process of the vehicle owner. The camera mainly records videos when a vehicle owner pays so as to facilitate the evidence of payment information.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the payment device further includes a solar panel 160 disposed on the top of the payment device for providing part of the electricity for the payment device. For example, the solar panel 160 can supply power to the payment component 110, the printing component 120 and the voice component 130, so that the part needs no additional power supply, the power consumption is greatly saved, and the use cost is reduced.
In one embodiment, the server 400 counts and analyzes daily or monthly payment information. It is to be understood that the specific payment information may be selected by the administrator as the desired information. The statistical period may also be set freely by the administrator, for example, weekly or quarterly. So as to facilitate the knowledge of all the berth-related information by the management personnel.
In one embodiment, the server 400 analyzes the prediction of each departure state, including determining the accuracy of the prediction and performing deep learning. It should be understood that the server 400 primarily performs the prejudgment according to whether the action track of the owner coincides with the track of the bound parking space route. The reasonable route tracks of different intersections reaching each berth are adjusted through the deep learning server 400, and the accuracy of prejudgment is enhanced. Therefore, the intelligent degree of the intelligent management system is improved, and the payment service is more conveniently provided.
