Abstract
The invention discloses a production method of a four-side elastic nylon fabric, which comprises the following steps: warping nylon fully drawn yarns to be used as warps, and twisting nylon semi-drawn yarns and spandex fibers to be used as wefts; the warp threads are sequentially subjected to warping, slashing, beaming and palm threading and then are put on a fiber shaft of a textile machine; carrying out high-elastic false twisting processing on the weft to obtain high-elastic yarn; setting the technological parameters of the textile machine to enable the high-elastic yarns to be orthogonally solidified to form the four-side elastic nylon fabric. The invention can obtain good fabric elasticity and good cloth cover effect through reasonably designed overall fabric coverage coefficient.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of four-side elastic nylon fabrics, in particular to a production method of a four-side elastic nylon fabric.
Background
At present, textile products which adopt nylon fibers as raw materials are greatly popularized and utilized in the aspect of clothing fabrics for sports, leisure and the like due to the superior performances of wear resistance and the like, but common nylon fabrics have some defects in the aspect of elasticity. In order to overcome the disadvantage, the elastic fiber of the second yarn is added to improve the elasticity of the elastic fiber by coating the nylon fiber and the spandex fiber or compounding the nylon yarn and the crosslinked polyolefin, and the elastic fiber is widely used in the aspects of female underpants, pantyhose and swimwear. For example, in CN200780016018.9, a mode of increasing the second yarn to crosslink the polyolefin and nylon is adopted, and in cn200910102325.x, a technical scheme of compounding nylon fiber, spandex fiber and polyester fiber is adopted to achieve elasticity of the fabric. The method of compounding the elastic fiber with other elastic fibers is not only expensive, but also needs to select the process by considering two components in the dyeing process, particularly in the situation of compounding with spandex, the high-temperature preheating is needed in the post-processing process, and the dyeing process can pollute other fibers such as PU and the like, and is poor in the aspect of fabric washing color fastness, particularly in the color-losing item. The items such as color fading/cotton/nylon and the like in the color fastness of fabric washing can only reach 3 grades in the color fading items even if the items reach more than 4 grades, and common products even only have 1 grade and 2 grades. The development of a nylon fabric having excellent color fastness and high elasticity has been a subject to be examined in the field of weaving and dyeing, taking advantage of the superiority of nylon fibers while keeping costs down.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a production method of a four-side elastic nylon fabric, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the production method of the four-side elastic nylon fabric comprises the following steps:
s1, warping the nylon fully drawn yarns to form warp yarns, and twisting the nylon semi-drawn yarns and spandex fibers to form weft yarns;
s2, sequentially warping, slashing, combining and palm threading the warp yarn in the step S1, and then feeding the warp yarn onto a textile machine fiber shaft;
s3, performing high-elastic false twisting processing on the weft yarn obtained in the step S1 to obtain high-elastic yarn;
s4, setting the technological parameters of the textile machine, and enabling the warp threads in the step S2 and the high-elastic yarns in the step S3 to be orthogonally consolidated to form the four-side elastic nylon fabric.
Preferably, the ratio of the nylon half-drawn yarns to the spandex fibers in the weft yarn in the step S1 is 8.6-9.5: 1.7-1.9.
Preferably, the drawing magnifications of the nylon half-drawn yarns in the step S1 are 1.2 to 1.4 times, respectively.
Preferably, the drawing magnifications of the nylon fully drawn yarn in the step S1 are 1.02 to 1.2 times respectively.
Preferably, the sizing in step S2 is performed by attaching a size, which also contains a silicone surfactant, to the warp yarn using steam.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the adopted high-elasticity nylon yarn has high contractibility, so that the excessively high fabric covering coefficient can inhibit the contraction of the yarn in the fabric, so that the surface of the fabric has a raised and wrinkled phenomenon. Good fabric elasticity and good cloth cover effect can be obtained through reasonably designed overall fabric coverage coefficient.
