Description

High spandex strong anti-slip chemical fiber double-sided cloth and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of spinning, in particular to high spandex strong anti-slip chemical fiber double-sided cloth and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of knitting technology and the transformation of consumption ideas of people, the knitted fabric is developing towards outerwear and fashion, and comfortable and environment-friendly knitted outerwear is more and more favored by consumers. When the knitting needle is used for knitting the fabric, the front side and the back side can form double-sided cloth with different styles of the front side and the back side by using equipment with different machine numbers and adopting different types of yarns to knit different weave structures. Common weft-knitted laminated double-faced cloth on the market is generally woven by a double-needle bed double-faced circular knitting machine, the two sides of the cloth are made of nylon or polyester, the middle structure is connected with the two sides by the nylon or polyester or spandex, or the cloth formed by bonding two kinds of cloth made of different component materials together is low in spandex content, the finished cloth is loose in stretch, low in modulus, insufficient in restoring force, poor in recovery property of the stretched cloth surface, and easy to wrinkle of the cloth surface, and the cloth surface is easy to slide after being contacted with skin after being made into a nylon or polyester garment.
Chinese patent application 201710168664.2 discloses an all-spandex laminated double-faced fabric, which is woven by a double-needle bed machine, wherein the number of machine incoming lines is 72, wherein every 6 incoming lines in the 72 lines are a cycle, in the process, one line and four lines are half woven by using PU 20D, two lines, three lines, five lines and six lines are woven by passing through PU 70D from top to bottom and from one side to one side, the cloth rolling and sealing on the double-needle bed machine are controlled at 96CM, the warp density on the double-needle bed machine is 40 lines/CM, the machine speed of the double-needle bed machine is controlled at 15 revolutions per minute, the all-spandex laminated double-faced fabric has high tensile restoring force, good restoring performance, smooth and uncreped fabric surface, no curling of the fabric, good skin-attaching performance, and difficult sliding of the fabric in contact with skin. The application utilizes the advantages of spandex, such as large extensibility, good shape retention, and no wrinkling; the hand feeling is soft and smooth, the elasticity is best, the wearing is comfortable, and the body is fitted; acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance and aging resistance; has good dyeing property, and is not easy to fade. Spandex also has disadvantages, however, including poor moisture absorption; the fiber is not resistant to oxides, and the yellowing and strength of the fiber are easily reduced; spandex is generally not easily used alone, but rather blended with other fabrics, because of poor heat resistance.
Chinese patent application 201710226903.5 discloses a preparation method of double-sided cloth, aiming at the problems of the prior polyester fiber such as large dyeing difficulty and the like, the dyeable third monomer which can be added in the copolyester stage is utilized to improve the dyeing property of the raw material polyester fiber; the double-sided cloth is prepared from spandex and polyester fiber capable of being deeply dyed serving as raw materials through core covering, texturing, weaving, dyeing, drying, napping, carding, ironing, shearing, grain shaking and shaping. The dyeable polyester fiber has excellent deep dyeing performance, so the dyeable polyester fiber has excellent dyeing performance, simple production process, excellent deep dyeing, flame retardance and mechanical properties, and has wide application prospect in decorative and home textile fabrics. However, the invention needs to firstly carry out a core wrapping process, uses spandex as a core, and prepares the spandex-wrapped core-spun yarn capable of being deeply dyed by the core wrapping process, and the procedure is relatively complex.
At present, a double-sided cloth which is simple in preparation method and gives full play to the advantages of spandex is lacked, dacron and chinlon which are used independently are relatively loose in stretching, small in modulus and insufficient in restoring force, the restoring property of the stretched cloth cover is poor, and spandex which is used independently is poor in moisture absorption; is not resistant to oxidation; and the process is complex when the spandex, the terylene and the chinlon are mixed to prepare the double-sided cloth, and the realization is difficult.
In view of the above, the application provides a high spandex strength anti-slip chemical fiber double-sided fabric and a preparation method thereof, the preparation process is simple, and the advantages of spandex and chinlon/terylene can be fully exerted.
