A surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the support (1) comprises a first support (101), a second support (102) and a return spring (103), the driving pulley (3) is arranged at a first end of the first support (101), a second end of the first support (101) is rotatably connected with a first end of the second support (102) via a first rotating shaft (104), the driven pulley (4) is arranged at a second end of the second support (102), two ends of the return spring (103) are respectively connected to the first support (101) and the second support (102), and a length direction of the return spring (103) is perpendicular to an axial direction of the first rotating shaft (104).
3. A surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the operating mechanism comprises an operating lever (6), the operating lever (6) being rotatably connected with the stand (1).

A surface cleaning apparatus as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor (7) and a driving shaft (8), the operating rod (6) is of a hollow structure, the driving shaft (8) is inserted into the operating rod (6), the driving motor (7) is connected to one end of the operating rod (6) far away from the bracket (1), the driving motor (7) is in transmission connection with one end of the driving shaft (8), the other end of the driving shaft (8) is connected with the driving pulley (3) through a universal joint (9), and the driving motor (7) drives the driving pulley (3) to rotate.

The surface cleaning device according to claim 4 and claim 5, characterized in that the operating mechanism further comprises a first transmission gear (15) and a second transmission gear (16), the adjusting rod (12) is arranged in the operating rod (6) in a penetrating manner, the adjusting rod (12) is of a hollow structure, the driving shaft (8) is arranged in the adjusting rod (12) in a penetrating manner, the first transmission gear (15) is rotatably connected to the operating rod (6), the rotating axial direction of the first transmission gear (15) is parallel to the adjusting rod (12), the first transmission gear (15) is fixed on the adjusting worm (13) in a sleeved manner, the second transmission gear (16) is fixed outside the adjusting rod (12) in a sleeved manner, and the second transmission gear (16) is meshed with the first transmission gear (15).

A surface cleaning device as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the operating lever (6) comprises an operating lever body (606) and an operating connector (607), the adjusting lever (12) comprises an adjusting lever body (1201) and an adjusting connector (1202), the driving shaft (8) comprises a driving shaft body (801) and a driving connector (802), the adjusting connector (1202) and the operating connector (607) are rotatably sleeved from inside to outside in sequence, the driving connector (802) is connected with the universal joint (9), the second transmission gear (16) is sleeved outside the adjusting connector (1202), the first transmission gear (15), the bracket (1) is connected with the operating connector (607), the operating connector (607) is in threaded connection with the operating lever body (606), the adjusting lever body (1201) is detachably connected with the adjusting connector (1202) through a toothed structure, the driving shaft body (801) is detachably connected with the driving connector (802) through a tooth-shaped structure.
