Therefore, in the embodiment, after the insulator string is placed in the through hole 601, the ring gear complement 15 and the rotary ring gear 12 are connected to form a complete circular ring, so that the ring gear complement 15 and the rotary ring gear 12 can be always meshed with the driving gear 12 during rotation, and a stable foundation is provided for the work of a cleaning mechanism.

Further, referring to fig. 8, the mounting arm 11 of the present embodiment includes a first mounting arm 1101 and a second mounting arm 1102, one end of the first mounting arm 1101 is provided with a sleeve hole, the other end of the first mounting arm 1101 is connected to the cleaning head 10, a second spring 17 is sleeved outside the second mounting arm 1102, one end of the second mounting arm 1102 is sleeved in the sleeve hole, so that the first mounting arm 1101 can move along the length direction of the second mounting arm 1102, the first mounting arm 1101 abuts against the second spring 17, the other end of the second mounting arm 17 is rotatably connected to the rotating ring gear 12, and the second spring 17 can reduce the vibration generated by the contact between the cleaning head 10 and the insulator, thereby preventing the shaking of the body. Further, the second mounting arm 1102 of the present embodiment employs a telescopic mechanism, which can accommodate insulators with different diameters.
To sum up, the embodiment of the invention provides an insulator string surface cleaning device, which is characterized in that fixing mechanisms are arranged at two ends of a bracket 1 connected with a cleaning mechanism, a connecting arm 2 of the fixing mechanism is provided with a clamping mechanism, the clamping mechanism can clamp a power transmission line and a power transmission iron tower which are connected with two ends of an insulator string, so that the bracket 1 can be fixed beside the insulator string, the cleaning mechanism can clean the insulator string which is hung in the air and is used in the air, the insulator string is not required to be detached, the use is convenient, the power transmission iron tower and the power transmission line are stable structures, the two ends clamped on an insulator can provide stable support for the cleaning device, a stable environment is provided for the work of the cleaning mechanism, the cleaning device is not hung on the insulator string, the cleaning mechanism can move in a larger space, the best cleaning effect is ensured, and cleaned dirt can fall on the cleaning device in a space without falling, avoiding affecting the cleaning device and reducing the cleaning of the cleaning device itself. The cleaning device only has the contact between the cleaning mechanism and the insulator for cleaning, can reduce adverse effects on the insulator, and prevent adverse effects such as breakage of the insulator string and failure of the insulator.

the cleaning mechanism comprises a supporting body (6), a connecting body (7) and a damper (8), the connecting body (7) is movably connected with the support (1), the supporting body (6) is movably connected to the connecting body (7) and the moving direction of the supporting body is parallel to the length direction of the support (1), and two ends of the damper (8) are respectively connected with the supporting body (6) and the connecting body (7);
the cleaning mechanism further comprises a cleaning head (10), a mounting arm (11), a rotary toothed ring (12), a driving gear (13) and a driving motor (14), wherein the supporting body (6) is provided with a through hole (601) to enable the supporting body (6) to be of an annular structure, the cross section of the through hole (601) is circular, the rotary toothed ring (12) can be rotatably connected to the supporting body (6) around the axis of the rotary toothed ring, the rotating axis of the rotary toothed ring (12) is perpendicular to the supporting body (6) and is located at the center of the through hole (601), the driving motor (14) is connected to the supporting body (6), the driving gear (13) is sleeved on the output shaft of the driving motor (14), the driving gear (13) is meshed with the rotary toothed ring (12), the through hole (601), the rotary toothed ring (12) and the driving gear (13) are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, the cleaning head (10) is rotatably connected to the mounting arm (11) around an axis parallel to the rotary toothed ring (12), the mounting arm (11) is connected to the rotary toothed ring (12) and can rotate around an axis perpendicular to the rotary toothed ring (12), the support body (6) is provided with a first opening (602) communicated with the through hole (601), and the rotary toothed ring (12) is provided with a second opening (1201);
the two sides of the supporting main body (6) are respectively provided with the cleaning heads (10), each cleaning head (10) is respectively connected to the rotary toothed ring (12) through the mounting arm (11), and the mounting arm (11) can also rotate around an axis parallel to the rotary toothed ring (12), so that the two rotating axes of the mounting arm (11) are both vertical to the rotating axis of the cleaning head (10);
the cleaning mechanism further comprises a gear ring complement (15), the gear ring complement (15) is arranged at the second opening (1201) and two ends of the gear ring complement are connected with the rotary gear ring (12) respectively to form a complete annular structure, two end portions of the second opening (1201) formed by the rotary gear ring (12) are provided with connecting notches (1202) respectively, and the end portion of the gear ring complement (15) is matched with the connecting notches (1202) to enable the tooth-shaped portion of the end portion of the rotary gear ring (12) and the tooth-shaped portion of the gear ring complement (15) to form a complete tooth.
