Abstract

提供一种燃料化学链制氢系统和方法,该系统包括两个完全相同的化学链燃烧反应器(10,20),该反应器包括外管(11)和内管(12),内管充填有第一载氧体(13),内外之间的夹层充填有第二载氧体或催化燃烧催化剂(14);内管上端连接有水蒸气导入管道(41)和燃料导入管道(42),内管下端连接有气体导出管道,气体导出管道通过第3三通阀(53)与氢气导出管道(43)和还原反应产物气体连通管道(44)连接,还原反应产物气体连通管道的另一端与夹层下端连接;夹层上端连接有燃烧烟气的导出管道(46),夹层下端连接有助燃空气导入管道(45);两个反应器的水蒸气导入管道通过第1三通阀(51)相连接,燃料导入管道通过第2三通阀(52)相连接,助燃空气导入管道通过第5三通阀(55)相连接。当第一反应器(10)进行氧化反应时,第二反应器(20)进行还原反应。该系统简单、反应器紧凑且易于小型化,可高效率地从气态或者液态燃料制取。
