本发明涉及植物染色领域,特别涉及一种草木染料及其染色工艺。
背景技术
草木染也称植物染色。由于天然染料分子结构各不相同,染色方法也有较大差异,对于蛋白质纤维、纤维素纤维而言,染色方法主要有直接染法、氧化还原染法、媒染法、pH值调节染法等。但目前的染料通常是由化学物质合成,含有害物质,传统的草木染料水溶性、渗透性差,传统的染色方法热稳定性和光稳定性差,上染率低,着色不稳定,容易脱色,固色效果达不到化学染料,且材料植物过于昂贵,不利于纺织染料行业的发展。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明提出一种草木染料及其染色工艺,解决上述问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种草木染料:包括以下重量份原料:染料原料12~50份、护色剂5~10份、添加剂1~5份、稳定剂2~6份,所述护色剂为槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A的混合物,所述稳定剂为环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶的混合物,所述添加剂为旱金莲多糖、儿茶素的混合物。
进一步的,一种草木染料:包括以下重量份原料:染料原料24份、护色剂8份、添加剂3份、稳定剂4份。
进一步的,所述染料原料为苏木、姜黄、古木、黄金赤木、野板栗、假蓝靛中的一种或几种混合。
进一步的,所述护色剂为重量份比(2~5):(0.1~0.3):(0.3~1.5):(1.2~1.6)的槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A。
进一步的,所述稳定剂为重量份比1:(0.2~3):(1~5)的环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶。
进一步的,所述添加剂为重量份比2~5:1的旱金莲多糖、儿茶素。
进一步的,所述旱金莲多糖将旱金莲根茎粉碎,加入4~6倍量水,沸水浴4-6h,取滤液于4000~5000rpm离心4~6min,取上清,70~90℃旋转浓缩至原体积的1/7~1/5,静置12~20h,离心,弃沉淀,加入1~3倍无水乙醇,边加边搅拌,3~5℃放置10~14h,抽滤得沉淀,75%乙醇洗涤沉淀,40~60℃烘箱烘干,即得旱金莲多糖。
进一步的,一种草木染料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、将槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入维生素A,温度为30~40℃下搅拌20~40min,得到护色剂,备用;
S2、染料原料洗净烘干,再浸泡于护色剂中,经40~60℃,pH值为5~6浸泡12~20h后取出,粉碎至成300~500目颗粒,加入乙醇溶液,进行微波浸提,提取完毕,抽滤,真空干燥得到滤饼;
S3、将S2的滤饼加入2~4倍的去离子水在50~70℃进行煎煮85~100min,逐步滴入添加剂和稳定剂,温度以2~4℃/min的速度升温至130~150℃混合搅拌煎煮20~40min,取出得到染料;
S4、将丝绸织物放入染料中,在40~60℃下浸泡60~90min,得到产品。
进一步的,所述S2步骤中乙醇浓度为50~60%。
进一步的,所述S2步骤中微波浸提工艺中,微波功率为100~500W,微波浸提时间6~15min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明使用天然草本染料进行染色,染料原料均来自天然植物材料,加入护色剂、添加剂和稳定剂,各原料之间相互配伍,协同作用,浸泡于护色剂中,其中本发明所选染料原料的性质较活跃在护色剂的作用下,使染料原材料的细胞膨胀,经不同组合显色不同,但在护色剂的浸泡下能达到更好的固色效果;后续在稳定剂的添加中环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶,能迅速扩散到染料周围,与染料形成相对稳定的胶团,使在染色过程中,保持稳定的溶液或胶体状态,均匀的吸附在纺织物表面,渗透到纤维内部,从而能增强草木染料水溶性、渗透性;而添加剂中,儿茶素在与染料原料结合时产生的单宁酸物质与旱金莲多糖能稳定固着于纤维上,结合本发明的染色工艺,限定染色工艺参数,具有较高的上染效果。

实施例1
一种草木染料:包括以下重量份原料:染料原料12份、护色剂5份、添加剂1份、稳定剂2份,所述染料原料为苏木,所述护色剂为重量份比2:0.1:0.3:1.2的槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A的混合物,所述稳定剂为重量份比1:0.2:1的环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶的混合物,所述添加剂为重量份比2:1的旱金莲多糖、儿茶素的混合物;
所述旱金莲多糖将旱金莲根茎粉碎,加入4倍量水,沸水浴4h,取滤液于4000rpm离心4min,取上清,70℃旋转浓缩至原体积的1/7,静置12h,离心,弃沉淀,加入1倍无水乙醇,边加边搅拌,3℃放置10h,抽滤得沉淀,75%乙醇洗涤沉淀,40℃烘箱烘干,即得旱金莲多糖。

一种草木染料:包括以下重量份原料:染料原料24份、护色剂8份、添加剂3份、稳定剂4份,所述染料原料为重量份比1:1的野板栗、假蓝靛,所述护色剂为重量份比3:0.2:1:1.4的槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A的混合物,所述稳定剂为重量份比1:1.3:3的环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶的混合物,所述添加剂为重量份比3:1的旱金莲多糖、儿茶素的混合物;
所述旱金莲多糖将旱金莲根茎粉碎,加入5倍量水,沸水浴5h,取滤液于4500rpm离心5min,取上清,80℃旋转浓缩至原体积的1/6,静置16h,离心,弃沉淀,加入2倍无水乙醇,边加边搅拌,4℃放置12h,抽滤得沉淀,75%乙醇洗涤沉淀,50℃烘箱烘干,即得旱金莲多糖。
上述实施例1~3使用以下染色工艺,步骤如下:
S1、将槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入维生素A,温度为35℃下搅拌30min,得到护色剂,备用;
S2、染料原料洗净烘干,再浸泡于护色剂中,经50℃,pH值为5浸泡16h后取出,粉碎至成400目颗粒,加入浓度为55%的乙醇溶液,进行微波浸提,,微波功率为300W,微波浸提时间10min,提取完毕,抽滤,真空干燥得到滤饼;
S3、将S2的滤饼加入3倍的去离子水在60℃进行煎煮90min,逐步滴入添加剂和稳定剂,温度以3℃/min的速度升温至140℃混合搅拌煎煮30min,取出得到染料;
S4、将丝绸织物放入染料中,在50℃下浸泡70min,得到产品。
实施例4
本实施例和实施例3的区别在于,染色工艺按照以下步骤进行:
S1、将槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入维生素A,温度为30℃下搅拌20min,得到护色剂,备用;
S2、染料原料洗净烘干,再浸泡于护色剂中,经40℃,pH值为5浸泡12h后取出,粉碎至成300目颗粒,加入浓度为50%的乙醇溶液,进行微波浸提,微波功率为100W,微波浸提时间6min,提取完毕,抽滤,真空干燥得到滤饼;
S3、将S2的滤饼加入2倍的去离子水在50℃进行煎煮85min,逐步滴入添加剂和稳定剂,温度以2℃/min的速度升温至130℃混合搅拌煎煮20min,取出得到染料;
S4、将丝绸织物放入染料中,在40℃下浸泡60min,得到产品。
实施例5
本实施例和实施例3的区别在于,染色工艺按照以下步骤进行:
S1、将槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入维生素A,温度为40℃下搅拌40min,得到护色剂,备用;
S2、染料原料洗净烘干,再浸泡于护色剂中,经60℃,pH值为6浸泡20h后取出,粉碎至成500目颗粒,加入浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,进行微波浸提,微波功率为500W,微波浸提时间15min,提取完毕,抽滤,真空干燥得到滤饼;
S3、将S2的滤饼加入4倍的去离子水在70℃进行煎煮100min,逐步滴入添加剂和稳定剂,温度以4℃/min的速度升温至150℃混合搅拌煎煮40min,取出得到染料;
S4、将丝绸织物放入染料中,在60℃下浸泡90min,得到产品。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,所述护色剂为重量份比1:1:2:3的槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A的混合物。
实施例7
本实施例与实施例3的区别在于,所述稳定剂为重量份比1:0.1:0.5的环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶的混合物。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于:一种草木染料,包括以下重量份原料:染料原料10份、护色剂12份、添加剂7份、稳定剂10份。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于:一种草木染料,所述护色剂为重量份比3:0.2:1:1.4的椰子油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A的混合物。
对比例3
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于:一种草木染料,所述稳定剂不含有大豆蛋白胶。
对比例4
本对比例与实施例3的区别在于:一种草木染料,所述添加剂中不含有旱金莲多糖。
一、效果测试
将实施例1~7和对比例1~4的染色工艺对纺织物进行染色,测试染色牢度:
(1)皂洗牢度:采用皂洗牢度仪将染色织物在浓度为5g/L的合成洗涤剂,温度为50℃、时间为30min,浴比1:50条件下水洗,自然晾干,评定变色采用灰卡(GB250-2008)进行评级,评定白布沾色采用灰卡(GB251-2008)进行评级;
(2)摩擦牢度:采用摩擦牢度仪按照GB/T3920-2008纺织品色牢度试验摩擦牢度测试,评定白布沾色采用灰卡(GB251-2008)进行评级;
(3)汗渍牢度:采用汗渍牢度仪按照ISO/105E04标准方法进行测试,评定变色采用灰卡(GB250-2008)进行评级,评定白布沾色采用灰卡(GB251-2008)进行评级,
(4)光照牢度:将纺织物在日常光照下,光照5天,采用日晒气候色牢度仪按照ISO/105-B02标准方法进行测试,评定变色采用灰卡(GB250-2008)进行评级。
由上表可知,采用本发明的染料和染色工艺上染率较高,且各染色牢度评级较高,实施例1~7和对比例1比较,本申请的染料原料和各组分的配比能提高染料的牢固程度,实施例1~7和对比例2比较,护色剂中将槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A组合能保护植物原料在破坏细胞壁的色素成分;实施例1~7和对比例3比较,本发明特定的稳定剂能增强草木染料水溶性和渗透性;实施例1~7和对比例4比较,加入旱金莲多糖和儿茶素能更有效的提高染料的上染率;实施例1~5和实施例6~7比较,护色剂和稳定剂在特定的配比下能够更有效的发挥作用;实施例1~3和实施例4~5比较,在本发明的染料上结合特定的染色工艺能更好达到高上染率和牢固程度。

Claims (10)
1.一种草木染料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料:染料原料12~50份、护色剂5~10份、添加剂1~5份、稳定剂2~6份,所述护色剂为槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A的混合物,所述稳定剂为环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶的混合物,所述添加剂为旱金莲多糖、儿茶素的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份原料:染料原料24份、护色剂8份、添加剂3份、稳定剂4份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料,其特征在于:所述染料原料为苏木、姜黄、古木、黄金赤木、野板栗、假蓝靛中的一种或几种混合。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料,其特征在于:所述护色剂为重量份比(2~5):(0.1~0.3):(0.3~1.5):(1.2~1.6)的槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油、维生素A。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为重量份比1:(0.2~3):(1~5)的环氧大豆油、亚磷酸三苯酯、大豆蛋白胶。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料,其特征在于:所述添加剂为重量份比2~5:1的旱金莲多糖、儿茶素。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料,其特征在于:所述旱金莲多糖将旱金莲根茎粉碎,加入4~6倍量水,沸水浴4-6h,取滤液于4000~5000rpm离心4~6min,取上清,70~90℃旋转浓缩至原体积的1/7~1/5,静置12~20h,离心,弃沉淀,加入1~3倍无水乙醇,边加边搅拌,3~5℃放置10~14h,抽滤得沉淀,75%乙醇洗涤沉淀,40~60℃烘箱烘干,即得旱金莲多糖。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种草木染料的染色工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1、将槐米油、茶树油、乙基己基甘油进行搅拌,边搅拌边加入维生素A,温度为30~40℃下搅拌20~40min,得到护色剂,备用;
S2、染料原料洗净烘干,再浸泡于护色剂中,经40~60℃,pH值为5~6浸泡12~20h后取出,粉碎至成300~500目颗粒,加入乙醇溶液,进行微波浸提,提取完毕,抽滤,真空干燥得到滤饼;
S3、将S2的滤饼加入2~4倍的去离子水在50~70℃进行煎煮85~100min,逐步滴入添加剂和稳定剂,温度以2~4℃/min的速度升温至130~150℃混合搅拌煎煮20~40min,取出得到染料;
S4、将丝绸织物放入染料中,在40~60℃下浸泡60~90min,得到产品。
9.如权利要求8所述的一种草木染料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中乙醇浓度为50~60%。
10.如权利要求8所述的一种草木染料的染色工艺,其特征在于:所述S2步骤中微波浸提工艺中,微波功率为100~500W,微波浸提时间6~15min。
