一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及复纸薄膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜及其制备方法。
背景技术:
现有书刊、产品包装盒、纸制包装袋等外表面都会与薄膜复合,使用高力学挺度、耐刮擦的薄膜,起到提高光泽、亮度的作用,同时保持纸质包装物长久使用性,抵御环境中水汽、异物对包装表面印刷内容损毁等。因此在纸产品包装方案中复纸薄膜的用途和用量很大,目前使用最广的技术方案是BOPP薄膜经过与EVA热熔胶淋膜复合,再与印刷后的纸张热压复合,由于BOPP薄膜具有好的厚薄均一性,高力学强度,高透明性及光泽度,可提高纸张的使用耐久性和印刷油墨颜色持久鲜亮。然而,该技术方案中使用的薄膜为预涂膜,即BOPP经过预先涂敷好EVA热熔胶,才能与纸张进行复合,由胶层作为纸与膜的中间粘合介质,提供粘合力。预涂膜需经过BOPP基材薄膜的生产,薄膜与EVA淋膜后加工两道工序,不仅限制产量(预涂加工幅宽低于2.2米)、且多道加工造成生产能耗高,产品质量稳定性差,部分有底涂型预涂膜需在预涂加工中对BOPP基膜表面涂敷一层溶剂型底涂剂,经过烘箱烘干溶剂后才与EVA有良好的粘合性,加工过程也会造成高能耗和溶剂排放等问题。另外,预涂加工由于厚度控制系统弱,EVA胶层厚薄均匀性差,导致纸和膜复合强度不够均匀;一般预涂膜EVA胶层厚度在5-12um,较厚的EVA胶层会影响复纸后印刷内容的透明性,继而降低观感。
发明内容:
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜及其制备方法,使BOPP薄膜加工成型后,即可与纸张直接进行热压复合,且获得高复合强度。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来实现的:
一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜,包括膜体,其特征是,所述膜体为三层共挤结构,所述膜体包括上表层、芯层以及下表层,所述膜体厚度为15-20um;所述上表层为粘合功能层,所述芯层为聚丙烯层,所述下表层为防粘连层或消光层。
在本发明的另一个方面中,所述芯层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯90~99份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物0~10份、防静电母料0~1份;所述芯层层度为12-17um。
在本发明的另一个方面中,所述乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物熔指MFR6-8g/10min。
在本发明的另一个方面中,所述防静电母料由75~85重量份的等规均聚聚丙烯和15~25重量份的迁移型防静电剂组成,所述迁移型防静电剂成分包括60重量份聚丙烯、20重量份乙氧基胺以及20重量份甘油单硬脂。
在本发明的另一个方面中,所述上表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:聚碳酸酯亚丙酯80~90份、LLDPE10~20份,所述上表层层厚为2-3um。
在本发明的另一个方面中,所述聚碳酸酯亚丙酯熔融指数为3-6,所述LLDPE熔指MFR2-3g/10min。

步骤1,采用三层共挤双向拉伸BOPP生产线,生产线开机并达到预定加工温度条件后,将原材料依次按照配方设计需求,预混合后投入到相应的挤出机送料系统;
步骤2,挤出机塑化后形成均匀的熔体,经过过滤器过滤后输送到T型模头共挤出,再经流延冷却铸片单元,形成厚片;
辅挤出机1(下表层)出口温度240-245℃、
主挤出机(芯层)出口温度235-240℃,
辅挤出机2(粘合功能层)出口温度225-230℃,
熔体管道温度235-240℃,
模头温度235-240℃,
冷却铸片单元温度控制在18℃-40℃,气刀风量30Bar,气刀角度80°;
步骤3,步骤2中形成的厚片依次经过MDO、TDO双向拉伸工序生成薄膜;
(上区为粘合功能层、下区为下表层),
MDO辊筒温度控制为:
预热上区90℃、下区110℃,
拉伸上区95℃、下区115℃,
定型上区80℃、下区100℃,
拉伸比4.0-4.5,
TDO各区温度控制在150℃-165℃,拉伸比8.0-9.5;
步骤4,拉伸后的薄膜经过电晕或火焰处理提高表面张力,增大表面极性;
电晕或火焰处理表面强度为31mN/m-48mN/m;
步骤5,处理后的薄膜经卷绕成母卷进行时效处理,然后根据需求分切制成产品。
本发明的有益效果是:采用这种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜及其制备方法,BOPP薄膜加工成型后,即可与纸张直接进行热压复合,且获得高复合强度。

一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜,包括膜体,所述膜体为三层共挤结构,所述膜体包括上表层、芯层以及下表层,所述膜体厚度为15um;所述上表层为粘合功能层,所述芯层为聚丙烯层,所述下表层为防粘连层。所述芯层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯90份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物10份;所述芯层层度为12um。所述乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物熔指MFR6g/10min。所述上表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:聚碳酸酯亚丙酯80份、LLDPE20份,所述上表层层厚为2um。所述聚碳酸酯亚丙酯熔融指数为3,所述LLDPE熔指MFR2g/10min。所述下表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯90份、防粘连母料10份,所述下表层层厚为1um。所述防粘连母料由有机硅氧烷颗粒和等规聚丙烯组成,其中硅氧烷质量占防粘黏母料总质量的20%,所述硅氧烷的粒径为1μm。其中,均聚聚丙烯PP使用中石化FA03-S,防粘连母料使用安配色Ampacet防粘连母料SKIBLOCK 5,乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物使用ARKEMA公司LOTADER 4210,LLDPE使用ExxonMobil公司LLDPE。
实施例3
一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜,包括膜体,所述膜体为三层共挤结构,所述膜体包括上表层、芯层以及下表层,所述膜体厚度为20um;所述上表层为粘合功能层,所述芯层为聚丙烯层,所述下表层为消光层。所述芯层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯99份、防静电母料1份;所述芯层层度为15.5um。所述防静电母料由75重量份的等规均聚聚丙烯和25重量份的迁移型防静电剂组成,所述迁移型防静电剂成分包括60重量份聚丙烯、20重量份乙氧基胺以及20重量份甘油单硬脂。所述上表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:聚碳酸酯亚丙酯90份、LLDPE10份,所述上表层层厚为3um。所述聚碳酸酯亚丙酯熔融指数为6,所述LLDPE熔指MFR3g/10min。所述下表层的组分为消光母料,所述下表层层厚为2um;所述消光母料为30%重量份聚丙烯和70%重量份聚乙烯的共混物。其中,均聚聚丙烯PP使用中石化FA03-S,防静电剂使用安配色Ampacet防静电母料ASCORE 4,LLDPE使用ExxonMobil公司LLDPE。
实施例4
一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜,包括膜体,所述膜体为三层共挤结构,所述膜体包括上表层、芯层以及下表层,所述膜体厚度为17um;所述上表层为粘合功能层,所述芯层为聚丙烯层,所述下表层为防粘连层。所述芯层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯94份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物5份;所述芯层层度为14um。所述乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物熔指MFR8g/10min。所述上表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:聚碳酸酯亚丙酯80份、LLDPE20份,所述上表层层厚为2um。所述聚碳酸酯亚丙酯熔融指数为3,所述LLDPE熔指MFR2g/10min。所述下表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯99份、防粘连母料1份,所述下表层层厚为1um。所述防粘连母料由有机硅氧烷颗粒和等规聚丙烯组成,其中硅氧烷质量占防粘黏母料总质量的30%,所述硅氧烷的粒径为2μm。其中,均聚聚丙烯PP使用中石化FA03-S,防粘连母料使用安配色Ampacet防粘连母料SKIBLOCK 5,防静电剂使用安配色Ampacet防静电母料ASCORE 4,乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物使用ARKEMA公司LOTADER 4210,LLDPE使用ExxonMobil公司LLDPE。
实施例5
一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,采用三层共挤双向拉伸BOPP生产线,生产线开机并达到预定加工温度条件后,将原材料依次按照配方设计需求,预混合后投入到相应的挤出机送料系统;
步骤2,挤出机塑化后形成均匀的熔体,经过过滤器过滤后输送到T型模头共挤出,再经流延冷却铸片单元,形成厚片;
辅挤出机1(下表层)出口温度240-245℃、
主挤出机(芯层)出口温度235-240℃,
辅挤出机2(粘合功能层)出口温度225-230℃,
熔体管道温度235-240℃,
模头温度235-240℃,
冷却铸片单元温度控制在18℃-40℃,气刀风量30Bar,气刀角度80°;
步骤3,步骤2中形成的厚片依次经过MDO、TDO双向拉伸工序生成薄膜;
(上区为粘合功能层、下区为下表层),
MDO辊筒温度控制为:
预热上区90℃、下区110℃,
拉伸上区95℃、下区115℃,
定型上区80℃、下区100℃,
拉伸比4.0-4.5,
TDO各区温度控制在150℃-165℃,拉伸比8.0-9.5;
步骤4,拉伸后的薄膜经过电晕或火焰处理提高表面张力,增大表面极性;
电晕或火焰处理表面强度为31mN/m-48mN/m;
步骤5,处理后的薄膜经卷绕成母卷进行时效处理,然后根据需求分切制成产品。
实施例1、实施例2、实施例3以及实施例4中的共挤型即复纸BOPP膜采用实施例5中的制作方法制作。
对比例1
对比例1按照如下配方制作:

其中,均聚聚丙烯PP使用中石化FA03-S,防粘连母料使用安配色Ampacet防粘连母料SKIBLOCK 5,防静电剂使用安配色Ampacet防静电母料ASCORE 4,LLDPE使用ExxonMobil公司LLDPE;采用实施例5中的制作方法制作。
对比例2
对比例2按照如下配方制作:

主挤(芯层) 15.0 94%PP+1%防静电剂+5%EAM
辅2(功能层) 2.0 100%PPC
其中,均聚聚丙烯PP使用中石化FA03-S,防粘连母料使用安配色Ampacet防粘连母料SKIBLOCK 5,防静电剂使用安配色Ampacet防静电母料ASCORE 4,EAM三元共聚物使用ARKEMA公司LOTADER 4210,LLDPE使用ExxonMobil公司LLDPE。采用实施例5中的制作方法制作。
对比例3
对比例3按照如下配方制作:

对比例4
对比例4按照如下配方制作:

主挤(芯层) 5um 100%EVA
其中,亮光无底涂BOPP使用本公司12um基材,EVA使用韩华道达尔E182L;加工方法为预涂膜生产加工工艺。

本发明中的这种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜加工成型后,即可与纸张直接进行热压复合,且获得高复合强度。这种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜相比传统预涂型复纸膜,具有高产能、低能耗(减少加工步骤)、厚度均匀性好,光学透明性好,成本低(无需足够厚度的EVA胶层即可达到所需复纸强度)等多种优势。
本发明创造的有益效果是:
1、通过三层共挤双向拉伸生产工艺、一步成型制备功能层可与纸张油墨热压复合的BOPP薄膜,无需二次加工;
2、粘合功能层主体材料使用PPC聚碳酸酯亚丙酯,该材料与纸张油墨具有优异的粘合性,可在1-2um较薄的层厚度即可达到高于传统EVA热熔胶型预涂膜的复纸强度,节省材料成本的同时提高包装印刷方案的透明光泽度;
3、(LLDPE作用)为提高功能层PPC材料适于挤出、流延、拉伸加工工艺,在该功能层中加入一定比例的LLDPE,可改善功能层整体的熔体流动性和拉伸成膜性;同时可达到在复纸加工过程中较低的热压辊温,即可获得良好复合强度,防止薄膜高温收缩变形;
4、芯层加入少比例的三元共聚物,由于该材料与PP和LLDPE均具有良好的相容性,在薄膜成型过程中分散于PP结构中,在与功能层接触表面与其中LLDPE融合形成粘合强度高的立体交联结构,提高芯层与功能层的结合强度;(相比于现有预涂膜基材和EVA胶层粘合强度弱,180°剥离强度在0.05N左右);
5、下表层可根据客户需求,分别使用防粘连剂母料配方制备亮光型膜,或者使用消光配方制备亚光型膜,赋予纸张油墨不同的观感;
6、由于功能层PPC与LLDPE材料的加工温度较低,且EAM三元共聚物可提高PP材料的流动性,相应降低芯层和功能层的挤出温度、模头温度,不仅降低生产能耗,且增加芯层和功能层融合粘性(两层熔体相同温度粘合性较好)。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明专利的涵盖范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种共挤型即复纸BOPP膜,包括膜体,其特征是,所述膜体为三层共挤结构,所述膜体包括上表层、芯层以及下表层,所述膜体厚度为15-20um;所述上表层为粘合功能层,所述芯层为聚丙烯层,所述下表层为防粘连层或消光层;所述芯层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯90~99份、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物0~10份、防静电母料0~1份;所述芯层厚度为12-17um;所述乙烯-丙烯酸酯-马来酸酐三元共聚物熔指MFR6-8g/10min;所述防静电母料由75~85重量份的等规均聚聚丙烯和15~25重量份的迁移型防静电剂组成,所述迁移型防静电剂成分包括60重量份聚丙烯、20重量份乙氧基胺以及20重量份甘油单硬脂;所述上表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:聚碳酸酯亚丙酯80~90份、LLDPE10~20份,所述上表层层厚为2-3um;所述聚碳酸酯亚丙酯熔融指数为3-6,所述LLDPE熔指MFR2-3g/10min;所述下表层包括如下重量份比例的组分:均聚聚丙烯90~99份、防粘连母料1~10份,所述下表层层厚为1-1.5um;所述防粘连母料由有机硅氧烷颗粒和等规聚丙烯组成,其中有机硅氧烷颗粒质量占防粘连母料总质量的20~30%,所述有机硅氧烷颗粒的粒径为1~2μm;所述下表层的组分为消光母料,所述下表层层厚为2-4um;所述消光母料为30%重量份聚丙烯和70%重量份聚乙烯的共混物;
所述共挤型即复纸BOPP膜采用以下方法制备:
步骤1,采用三层共挤双向拉伸BOPP生产线,生产线开机并达到预定加工温度条件后,将原材料依次按照配方设计需求,预混合后投入到相应的挤出机送料系统;
步骤2,挤出机塑化后形成均匀的熔体,经过过滤器过滤后输送到T型模头共挤出,再经流延冷却铸片单元,形成厚片;
辅挤出机1出口温度240-245℃、
主挤出机出口温度235-240℃,
辅挤出机2出口温度225-230℃,
熔体管道温度235-240℃,
模头温度235-240℃,
冷却铸片单元温度控制在18℃-40℃,气刀风量30Bar,气刀角度80°;
步骤3,步骤2中形成的厚片依次经过MDO、TDO双向拉伸工序生成薄膜;
上区为粘合功能层、下区为下表层,
MDO辊筒温度控制为:
预热上区90℃、下区110℃,
拉伸上区95℃、下区115℃,
定型上区80℃、下区100℃,
拉伸比4.0-4.5,
TDO各区温度控制在150℃-165℃,拉伸比8.0-9.5;
步骤4,拉伸后的薄膜经过电晕或火焰处理提高表面张力,增大表面极性;
电晕或火焰处理表面强度为31mN/m-48mN/m;
步骤5,处理后的薄膜经卷绕成母卷进行时效处理,然后根据需求分切制成产品。
