具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以助于理解本发明的内容。本发明中所使用的方法如无特殊规定,均为常规的方法;所使用的原料和装置,如无特殊规定,均为常规的市售产品。
由图1-图3所示,本发明提供一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其设有工作箱1,工作箱1的上方设有工作平台11,工作平台11上设有试纸板传输结构,试纸板传输结构的右侧设有试纸板切割结构,试纸板传输结构将试纸板传输至试纸板切割结构;试纸板切割结构的右侧设有试剂卡片传输结构,试剂卡片传输结构的右侧设有检测试剂盒卡合结构,试纸板切割结构将试纸板切割成合适长短的试剂卡片,试剂卡片传输结构将试剂卡片传输至检测试剂盒卡合结构,检测试剂盒卡合结构将试剂盒卡合完成。工作箱1内还设有PLC控制器,试纸板传输结构、试纸板切割结构、试剂卡片传输结构、检测试剂盒卡合结构在PLC控制器的控制下完成试纸板的传输、切割和装配,最终将切割好的试剂卡片安装于试剂盒内。
试纸板传输结构设有支撑架21,支撑架21设于工作平台11的左端,支撑架21的上方设有试纸板盒22,试纸板盒22用于盛放试纸板,试纸板盒22为上下均开口的长条形状,试纸板盒22的内侧壁底部设有卡边221,用于支撑卡住置于其内的试纸板。试纸板盒22的底部与支撑架21的上端面之间设有间隙;支撑架21的上端面开设有吸孔211,吸孔211内设有吸盘真空管212,吸盘真空管212的顶端还设有橡胶吸盘,吸盘真空管212的末端与真空发生器连通连接。支撑架21底部还设有吸纸板气缸216,吸纸板气缸216的活塞杆通过连接件与吸盘真空管212相连接,在吸纸板气缸216活塞杆的伸缩下,吸盘真空管212可穿过吸孔211做上下运动。试纸板传输时,首先将试纸板放进试纸板盒22中,由于卡边221的设置,试纸板不与支撑架21的上端面接触,启动吸纸板气缸216,吸盘真空管212向上运动,当吸盘真空管212顶端的橡胶吸盘接触试纸板盒22底部的试纸板时,吸纸板气缸216的活塞杆反向运动,同时真空发生器启动,吸盘真空管212内形成负压,试纸板盒22内最下边的试纸板在真空负压的作用下被橡胶吸盘吸住,吸纸板气缸216的活塞杆收缩,将试纸板带到支撑架21的上端面。
支撑架21还连接设有推纸板气缸23,推纸板气缸23设于支撑架21的上端面的下方且与支撑架21固定连接,支撑架21的上端面开设有滑孔213,滑孔213内竖直设置有立板24,立板24的一端与推纸板气缸23的活塞杆相连接,立板24的另一端与推纸组件25相连接。在推纸板气缸23的活塞杆的伸缩下,推纸组件25在试纸板盒22的下方前后运动将被真空吸附下来的试纸板推出试纸板盒22的下方。支撑架21还固定连接设有丝杠26和伺服电机27,丝杠26设于支撑架21上端面的上方,伺服电机27设于支撑架21上端面的下方,丝杠26的左端通过皮带与伺服电机27的输出轴相连接,伺服电机27的输出轴转动带动丝杠26转动,丝杠26的上方设有丝杠滑块261,丝杠滑块261随丝杠26转动而左右运动。丝杠滑块261固定连接设有夹纸气缸28,夹纸气缸28连接设有推进夹爪29,推进夹爪29包括上爪291和下爪292,在夹纸气缸28的作用下,上爪291和下爪292实现开合,用于夹紧被推纸组件25推出来的试纸板。
进一步的,支撑架21的上端面还开设有横向滑槽214和纵向滑槽215,纵向滑槽215的延伸方向与滑孔213的延伸方向一致,横向滑槽214的延伸方向与纵向滑槽215的延伸方向垂直,下爪292设于横向滑槽214内可沿横向滑槽214左右运动。推纸组件25的下方连接设有推纸缓冲块251,推纸缓冲块251设于纵向滑槽215内,在推纸板气缸23的活塞杆的伸缩下,立板24沿滑孔213、推纸缓冲块251沿纵向滑槽215前后运动将试纸板推出试纸板盒22的下方。试纸板从试纸板盒22下方被推出后,设于夹纸气缸的右方,启动伺服电机27,丝杠26转动带动丝杠滑块261向右运动,丝杠滑块261带动夹纸气缸28和推进夹爪29共同向右运动,当试纸板进入上爪291和下爪292之间时,夹纸气缸28启动,上爪291下爪292闭合将试纸板夹紧,推进夹爪29夹着试纸板共同向右运动。
由图6所示,支撑架21的左侧设有试纸板切割结构,试纸板切割结构包括试纸板下切刀31,试纸板下切刀31与支撑架21的右端面固定连接,试纸板下切刀31开设有试纸板通过孔311,试纸板通过孔311与支撑架21的上端面平齐。支撑架21的右端面还设有步进电机32,步进电机32的输出轴与偏心轮33相连接。试纸板切割结构还设有直线轴承座34,直线轴承座34与支撑架21的右端面固定连接,直线轴承座34内滑动连接设有导杆342,导杆342的上端连接设有上横梁343,导杆342的下端连接设有下横梁344,上横梁343固定连接设有上切刀3431,上切刀3431设于试纸板通过孔311的上方且与试纸板下切刀31滑动连接。下横梁344还固定连接设有连杆3441,连杆3441的顶端固定连接设有压杠3442,偏心轮33设于压杠3442和下横梁344之间,偏心轮33的外圆周还连接设有轴承331,轴承331的外圆周与压杠3442的下端面、下横梁344的上端面相接触。在步进电机32输出轴的作用下,偏心轮33转动带动压杠3442、下横梁344上下运动,从而带动导杆342、上横梁343及上切刀3431上下运动,使处于试纸板通过孔311的试纸板在上切刀3431的作用下被切割成合适的大小。
试纸板通过孔311内设有光纤传感器35,支撑架21的右端还设有光电传感器321,下横梁344连接设有感应插片322,感应插片322设于光电传感器321的间隙内。当试纸板在伺服电机27的作用下运行至试纸板通过孔311时,试纸板通过孔311内的光纤传感器35感应到试纸板,并将感应信号传送给PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制伺服电机27使试纸板向右继续位移一段距离后,伺服电机27停止运行,步进电机32启动,偏心轮33旋转带动上切刀3431下落将试纸板切割,步进电机32继续旋转,当上切刀3431、下横梁344上移,感应插片322重新设于光电传感器321的间隙内时,光电传感器321将感应信号传送给PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制步进电机32停止运行,伺服电机27再次启动,使试纸板继续前行一段距离后停止,PLC控制器程序控制步进电机4启动,重复上述切纸操作。
试剂卡片传输结构设有取纸支架41,取纸支架41设于试纸板切割结构的右侧且位于工作平台11的上方与工作平台11固定连接,取纸支架41的上方固设有第一取纸气缸42,第一取纸气缸42的活塞杆通过取纸基板421与取纸阀块爪422相连接,在第一取纸气缸42的活塞杆的伸缩下,取纸阀块爪422可左右运动。取纸阀块爪422的上端面开设有数个吸盘孔4221,吸盘孔4221通过管路与真空发生器相连接,吸盘孔4221的上端面与试纸板通过孔311处于同一水平面,当试纸板被上切刀3431切割成合适大小的试剂卡片后,切割好的试剂卡片落于取纸阀块爪422的上方,启动真空发生器使吸盘孔4221抽真空,吸盘孔4221将切割好的试剂卡片吸住,在第一取纸气缸42的作用下向右运动。试剂卡片传输结构还设有第一支撑柱43,第一支撑柱43设于工作平台11的上方与工作平台11固定连接,第一支撑柱43的上方固接有第二取纸气缸44,第二取纸气缸44的滑块通过气缸组连接板441与第三取纸气缸45相连接,第三取纸气缸45的滑块与放纸阀块爪46相连接,放纸阀块爪46的下端面也开设有吸盘孔4221,吸盘孔4221通过管路与真空发生器相连接,在第二取纸气缸44和第三取纸气缸45的作用下,放纸阀块爪46可左右、上下移动完成试剂卡片的传输。即当取纸阀块爪422将试剂卡片传送到指定位置后,取纸阀块爪422的吸盘孔4221内真空取消,第二取纸气缸44启动,第二取纸气缸44的滑块向左移动到取纸阀块爪422的上方后停止,启动第三取纸气缸45,第三取纸气缸45的滑块向下运动至取纸阀块爪422后停止,放纸阀块爪46下端面的吸盘孔4221抽真空将传送过来的试剂卡片吸住进行下一步传送。
由图3、图4所示,检测试剂盒卡合结构设有凸轮分割器51,凸轮分割器51设于取纸支架41的右侧且位于工作平台11的上方与工作平台11固定连接,凸轮分割器51的输入轴与变频电机53的输出轴相连接,凸轮分割器51的输出轴连接设有旋转圆盘52,变频电机53为设有1:25减速机的变频电机,在变频电机53的作用下,旋转圆盘52实现转动。旋转圆盘52的上端面沿其圆周方向均匀设有8个装卡工位槽521,用于放置试剂盒上底盖,变频电机53转动一圈,旋转圆盘水平转动45°,装卡工位槽521实现一次旋转,完成一次试剂盒卡合。工作平台11的上方还设有第二支撑柱54,第二支撑柱54连接设有压紧气缸55,压紧气缸55的活塞杆连接设有压紧件551,压紧件551设于装卡工位槽521的正上方,在压紧气缸55的作用下,压紧件551上下运动,用于将试剂盒上、下底盖卡合成一个整体。进行试剂盒卡合时,需要人工依序先将试剂盒的上底盖放置于装卡工位槽521,试剂盒的上底盖随旋转圆盘52转动,放纸阀块爪46将切割好的试剂卡片吸至装卡工位槽521的上方,放纸阀块爪46的吸盘孔4221内真空取消,试剂卡片落于上底盖内,操作工人再将试剂盒的下底盖盖在试剂盒的上底盖上,试剂盒随旋转圆盘52依次转动到压紧气缸55的下方,旋转圆盘52停止转动,压紧气缸55启动,压紧件551将试剂盒的上下底盖压紧卡合成一个整体;卡合结束后,压紧件551回到初始位置,旋转圆盘52继续旋转将下一个装卡工位槽521转至压紧气缸55的下方,重复操作即可。
由图5所示,工作平台11的上方还设有试剂盒抓取结构,试剂盒抓取结构包括试剂盒旋转升降气缸66,试剂盒旋转升降气缸66的输出轴通过旋转夹紧臂61与试剂盒夹紧气缸62相连接,在试剂盒旋转升降气缸66的作用下,旋转夹紧臂61可做旋转升降运动。试剂盒夹紧气缸62连接设有试剂盒夹爪63,在试剂盒夹紧气缸62的作用下,试剂盒夹爪63打开或闭合实现试剂盒的拿取。当试剂盒夹爪63夹紧试剂盒之后,试剂盒旋转升降气缸66启动,旋转夹紧臂61上升且转动,使试剂盒脱离装卡工位槽521,当试剂盒处于旋转圆盘52右侧的成品接料槽64上方时,试剂盒夹爪63打开,试剂盒落于成品接料槽64内,以备后续收纳。
旋转圆盘52的前后分别设有两个工位,需要两个工人分别依序将试剂盒的上底盖和下底盖放置于装卡工位槽521内,旋转圆盘52的前后还均设有光栅架子组65,当人手处于光栅架子组65之间操作时,旋转圆盘52不转动,以保护操作者的安全。
由于试纸板在生产的过程中会出现瑕疵,有瑕疵的试剂卡片制成产品会造成产品质量不达标,所以需要将有污损的地方切除,故本发明还设有拍照相机7,拍照相机7设于支撑架21的右端与支撑架21固定连接,取纸支架41和试纸板盒22的左端均设有废料吸管8,废料吸管8与真空发生器相连接。当推进夹爪29夹着试纸板运行到支撑架21的右端时,拍照相机7会对试纸板进行连续拍照分析,当拍照相机7拍到试纸板有污损时,会向PLC控制器传送信号,当上切刀3431将试纸板有污损的部分切割下来落于取纸阀块爪422后,PLC控制器控制取纸支架41端部的废料吸管8抽真空,将切割下来有污损的试剂卡片吸走,避免产出有问题的产品。装置实际运行中,每张试纸板的端部被切掉后都会被废料吸管8吸走,试纸板在运行过程中,如果拍照相机7拍到试纸板有污损,也会利用废料吸管8将有污损的部分吸走。而且当试纸板快被切割完毕时,推进夹爪29夹着试纸板回到初始位置,推进夹爪29松开试纸板,试纸板盒22左端的废料吸管8被抽真空,将最后一截试纸板吸走,推进夹爪29重新夹持一个新的试纸板重复进行试纸板的传输即可。
本发明的工作过程为:
首先将试纸板放入试纸板盒22内,吸纸板气缸216启动,吸盘真空管212向上运动,当吸盘真空管212顶端的橡胶吸盘接触试纸板盒22底部的试纸板时,真空发生器启动将最下边的试纸板吸到支撑架21的上端面,推纸板气缸23启动,推纸缓冲块251将试纸板推出试纸板盒22的下方,推纸板气缸23的活塞杆反向运动回到初始位置。试纸板从试纸板盒22下方被推出后,启动伺服电机27,夹纸气缸28和推进夹爪29向右运动,当试纸板进入上爪291和下爪292之间时,夹纸气缸28启动,上爪291下爪292闭合将试纸板夹紧,推进夹爪29夹着试纸板共同向右运动。
当试纸板在伺服电机27的作用下运行至试纸板通过孔311时,试纸板通过孔311内的光纤传感器35感应到试纸板,伺服电机27控制试纸板继续向右位移一段距离后,伺服电机27停止运行,步进电机32启动,上切刀3431下落将试纸板切割。当感应插片322重新设于光电传感器321的间隙内时,步进电机32停止运行,伺服电机27再次启动,试纸板继续向右运行,重复上述切割操作。切割好的试剂卡片被取纸阀块爪422吸住后在第一取纸气缸42的作用下向右运行至设定位置,放纸阀块爪46将取纸阀块爪422上的试剂卡片吸住在第二取纸气缸44、第三取纸气缸45的作用下移动至装卡工位槽521的上方,将试剂卡片放置于装卡工位槽521内,取纸阀块爪422上的试剂卡片被吸走后,第一取纸气缸42回到初始位置准备承接下一个切割好的试剂卡片,放纸阀块爪46将试剂卡片放置于装卡工位槽521后,第二取纸气缸44、第三取纸气缸45回到初始位置。这个过程中,工作人员在试剂卡片被置于装卡工位槽521内之前已经将试剂盒的上底盖置于装卡工位槽521内。试剂卡片被置于试剂盒的上底盖内之后,旋转圆盘52带着上底盖及其内的试剂卡片在变频电机53的作用下继续转动,工作人员接着将下底盖置于试剂卡片及上底盖上,当上下底盖转动到压紧气缸55的下方时,压紧气缸55启动将上下底盖压紧卡合成一个整体,制成即时检测试剂盒成品。试剂盒卡合好后压紧件551回到初始位置,旋转圆盘52载着试剂盒继续转动到试剂盒夹爪63的下方,试剂盒旋转升降气缸66启动,旋转夹紧臂61下降,试剂盒夹紧气缸62启动将试剂盒夹紧,试剂盒旋转升降气缸66再次启动,旋转夹紧臂61上升且旋转,将试剂盒置于成品接料槽64的上方,试剂盒夹爪63打开使试剂盒落于成品接料槽64内,试剂盒夹爪63回到初始位置重复操作即可。
整个操作过程,由PLC控制器程序控制吸纸板气缸216、推纸板气缸23、伺服电机27、夹纸气缸28、步进电机32、光纤传感器35、光电传感器321、第一取纸气缸42、第二取纸气缸44、第三取纸气缸45、变频电机53、压紧气缸55、试剂盒旋转升降气缸66、试剂盒夹紧气缸62、光栅架子组65、拍照相机7、真空发生器,重复操作运行。

1.一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其设有工作箱,所述工作箱的上方设有工作平台,其特征在于,所述工作平台上依次设有试纸板传输结构、试纸板切割结构、试剂卡片传输结构和检测试剂盒卡合结构;试纸板由所述试纸板传输结构传输至所述试纸板切割结构,所述试纸板切割结构将试纸板切割成试剂卡片,试剂卡片由所述试剂卡片传输结构传输至所述检测试剂盒卡合结构,所述检测试剂盒卡合结构将试剂盒卡合完成;所述工作箱内还设有PLC控制器,所述试纸板传输结构、所述试纸板切割结构、所述试剂卡片传输结构、所述检测试剂盒卡合结构在所述PLC控制器的控制下完成试纸板的传输、切割和装配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其特征在于,所述试纸板传输结构设有支撑架,所述支撑架的上方设有试纸板盒,所述试纸板盒底部与所述支撑架的上端面之间设有间隙;所述支撑架的上端面开设有吸孔,所述吸孔内设有吸盘真空管,所述吸盘真空管与真空发生器连通连接,所述支撑架底部还设有吸纸板气缸,所述吸纸板气缸的活塞杆与所述吸盘真空管相连接;所述支撑架还连接设有推纸板气缸,所述推纸板气缸的活塞杆连接设有推纸组件;所述支撑架还固定连接设有丝杠和伺服电机,所述丝杠的一端与所述伺服电机的输出轴相连接,所述丝杠上方的丝杠滑块固定连接设有夹纸气缸,所述夹纸气缸连接设有推进夹爪,所述推进夹爪包括上爪和下爪,在所述夹纸气缸的作用下,所述上爪和所述下爪实现开合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其特征在于,所述支撑架的上端面开设有滑孔,所述滑孔内竖直设置有立板,所述立板的一端与所述推纸板气缸的活塞杆相连接,所述立板的另一端与所述推纸组件相连接;所述支撑架的上端面还开设有横向滑槽和纵向滑槽,所述下爪设于所述横向滑槽内可沿所述横向滑槽左右运动;所述推纸组件的下方设有推纸缓冲块,所述推纸缓冲块设于所述纵向滑槽内,在所述推纸板气缸的活塞杆的伸缩下,所述立板沿所述滑孔、所述推纸缓冲块沿所述纵向滑槽前后运动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其特征在于,所述支撑架的一侧设有所述试纸板切割结构,所述试纸板切割结构包括试纸板下切刀,所述试纸板下切刀与所述支撑架固定连接,所述试纸板下切刀开设有试纸板通过孔,所述试纸板通过孔与所述支撑架的上端面平齐;所述支撑架的一端还设有步进电机,所述步进电机的输出轴与偏心轮相连接;所述试纸板切割结构还设有与所述支撑架固定连接的直线轴承座,所述直线轴承座内滑动连接设有导杆,所述导杆的上端连接设有上横梁,所述导杆的下端连接设有下横梁,所述上横梁固定连接设有上切刀,所述上切刀设于所述试纸板通过孔的上方与所述试纸板下切刀滑动连接;所述下横梁还固定连接设有连杆,所述连杆的顶端固定连接设有压杠,所述偏心轮设于所述压杠和所述下横梁之间,在所述步进电机的作用下,所述偏心轮转动带动所述压杠、所述下横梁上下运动,从而带动所述导杆、所述上横梁及所述上切刀上下运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其特征在于,所述试纸板通过孔内设有光纤传感器,所述支撑架的右端还连接设有光电传感器,所述下横梁连接设有感应插片。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种即时检测试剂盒装配设备,其特征在于,所述试剂卡片传输结构设有取纸支架,所述取纸支架的上方固设有第一取纸气缸,所述第一取纸气缸的活塞杆通过取纸基板与取纸阀块爪相连接,所述取纸阀块爪开设有数个吸盘孔,在所述第一取纸气缸的作用下,所述取纸阀块爪左右运动;所述试剂卡片传输结构还设有第一支撑柱,所述第一支撑柱的上方固接有第二取纸气缸,所述第二取纸气缸的滑块通过气缸组连接板与第三取纸气缸相连接,所述第三取纸气缸的滑块与放纸阀块爪相连接,所述放纸阀块爪的下端面也开设有吸盘孔,在所述第二取纸气缸和所述第三取纸气缸的作用下,所述放纸阀块爪左右、上下移动。
