Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，包括以下重量份原料药：三七40‑60份、野丹参10‑20份、红花10‑20份、桃仁15‑25份、天麻20‑30份、川芎20‑30份、西洋参20‑25份、地龙15‑25份、黄芪10‑20份、水蛭15‑25份、桂枝10‑20份、鸡血藤15‑25份、赤芍15‑25份。本发明药物组合物配制性味得体，归经适当，君臣相合，益气活血、祛瘀通络、提气补气，对各种心脑血管病有非常显著的疗效；本发明的中药组合物药剂体积小、剂量小、副作用小，携带和服用都非常方便。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中医药技术领域，尤其涉及一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
心脑血管疾病是心脏血管和脑血管疾病的统称，泛指由于高脂血症、血液黏稠、动脉粥样硬化、高血压等所导致的心脏、大脑及全身组织发生的缺血性或出血性疾病。心脑血管疾病是一种严重威胁人类，特别是50岁以上中老年人健康的常见病，具有高患病率、高致残率和高死亡率的特点，即使应用目前最先进、完善的治疗手段，仍可有50％以上的脑血管意外幸存者生活不能完全自理，全世界每年死于心脑血管疾病的人数高达1500万人，居各种死因首位。
随着社会经济的发展，国民生活方式发生了深刻的变化。尤其是人口老龄化及城镇化进程的加速，中国心血管病危险因素流行趋势明显，导致了心血管病的发病人数持续增加。
目前，已经上市的治疗心脑血管疾病的药物种类繁多，西医治疗主要由扩张血管剂、降压药和抗血小板凝聚剂等药物，这些药副作用较大，长期使用会对血管和人体器官带来不同程度的伤害。然而，中药治疗主要采用益气活血和活血止痛的中草药组合物，这些中草药组合物疗程长、见效慢、易复发，给患者增加了经济负担和精神压力。
为此，能够提供一种疗程短、见效快、副作用小的药剂组合物是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，具有活血祛瘀、通经络的疗效，对于冠心病、心绞痛、心肌功能性衰竭、半身不遂、手脚麻木、胸闷气短、口舌不利、口歪眼斜、脑梗塞、高血压、高血脂、血液粘稠、血管壁斑块等心脑血管疾病疗效显著，并且用药剂量小，无毒副作用。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，包括以下重量份原料药：三七40-60份、野丹参10-20份、红花10-20份、桃仁15-25份、天麻20-30份、川芎20-30份、西洋参20-25份、地龙15-25份、黄芪10-20份、水蛭15-25份、桂枝10-20份、鸡血藤15-25份、赤芍15-25份。
本发明共十三味药配制而成：三七归胃肾，味微苦，性温，功用主治散瘀、止血、消肿、定痛等；野丹参味苦，性温，功用主治活血祛瘀、安神宁心、止痛，治心绞痛；红花归心肝，味微苦，性温，功用主治活血通经，散瘀止痛，有助于治经闭、痛经、恶露不行、胸痹心痛、瘀滞腹痛、胸胁刺痛、跌打损伤、疮疡肿痛疗效；桃仁归肝肠，味苦甘温，功用主治活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘等；天麻归肝经，味辛甘温，功用主治眩晕眼黑，头风头痛，肢体麻木，半身不遂等；川芎归肝胆，味辛甘温，功用主治行气开郁，祛除风燥湿，活血止痛等；西洋参性凉，味甘、微苦，功用主治补气养阴，清热生津，益肺阴，清虚火，生津止渴，治肺虚久嗽，失血，咽干口渴，虚热烦倦；地龙具有通经活络、活血化瘀、预防治疗心脑血管疾病作用；黄芪含有丰富的蛋白质、胡萝卜素、核黄素及磷、铁等矿物元素，是席上珍品，具有清炎、清热、止血、利尿、通乳、健胃等辅助疗效；水蛭主逐恶血、瘀血、月闭、破血消积聚等功效；桂枝辛、甘，温，归心、肺、膀胱经，具有发汗解肌，温通经脉，助阳化气，平冲降气的功效；鸡血藤归肝肾，味苦甘温，功用主治补血、活血、通经络；赤芍苦，微寒，归肝经，有清热凉血，活血祛瘀的功效。
本发明药物组合物具有益气活血，祛瘀通络，提气补气的功效，能够治疗各种心脑血管疾病，用量小，疗效显著，无毒副作用。
优选地，包括以下重量份原料药：三七50-60份、野丹参15-20份、红花10-25份、桃仁20-25份、天麻25-30份、川芎25-30份、西洋参23-25份、地龙15-20份、黄芪15-20份、水蛭20-25份、桂枝10-15份、鸡血藤15-20份、赤芍20-25份。
优选地，包括以下重量份原料药：三七50份、野丹参18份、红花25份、桃仁20份、天麻30份、川芎28份、西洋参25份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭25份、桂枝10份、鸡血藤20份、赤芍25份。
优选地，包括以下重量份原料药：三七60份、野丹参20份、红花25份、桃仁20份、天麻25份、川芎30份、西洋参23份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭20份、桂枝15份、鸡血藤15份、赤芍20份。
优选地，由上述所述中药组合物原料药制备，所述中药制剂的剂型为胶囊剂、颗粒剂、散剂或丸剂。
上述所述一种治疗心脑血管疾病中药组合物的制备方法，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)按上述所述中药组合物称取原料药；
(2)将所述地龙、所述水蛭、所述天麻和所述三七混匀粉碎成细粉；
(3)将所述野丹参、所述红花、所述桃仁、所述川芎、所述西洋参、所述黄芪、所述桂枝、所述鸡血藤和所述赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加水，搅拌均匀，90-100℃下煎煮2.5-4.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)所述细粉和步骤(3)所述稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
本发明制备方法通过药物之间相互配伍组合，减小了药物的毒副作用，并且相互协同配合，在减少药物用量的基础上，提高了药物的疗效。
优选地，步骤(2)所述细粉粒径≤40μm。
优选地，步骤(3)所述细粉粒径≤80μm，所述加水的重量为所述细粉重量的4-6倍。
上述所述的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物在制备防治心脑血管疾病产品中的应用。
经由上述的技术方案可知，与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：本发明以三七为君药，辅之以野丹参、红花、桃仁、天麻、川芎、西洋参、地龙、黄芪、水蛭、桂枝、鸡血藤、赤芍，配制性味得体，归经适当，君臣相合，益气活血、祛瘀通络、提气补气，对各种心脑血管病有非常显著的疗效；本发明的中药组合物药剂体积小、剂量小、副作用小，携带和服用都非常方便。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)称取以下重量份原料药：三七50份、野丹参18份、红花20份、桃仁20份、天麻30份、川芎28份、西洋参25份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭25份、桂枝10份、鸡血藤20份、赤芍25份；
(2)将地龙、水蛭、天麻和三七混匀粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将野丹参、红花、桃仁、川芎、西洋参、黄芪、桂枝、鸡血藤和赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加细粉4倍重量的水，搅拌均匀，90℃下煎煮2.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)细粉和步骤(3)稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
实施例2
一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)称取以下重量份原料药：三七40份、野丹参10份、红花10份、桃仁15份、天麻20份、川芎20份、西洋参20份、地龙15份、黄芪10份、水蛭15份、桂枝10份、鸡血藤15份、赤芍15份；
(2)将地龙、水蛭、天麻和三七混匀粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将野丹参、红花、桃仁、川芎、西洋参、黄芪、桂枝、鸡血藤和赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加细粉4倍重量的水，搅拌均匀，90℃下煎煮2.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)细粉和步骤(3)稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
实施例3
一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)称取以下重量份原料药：三七60份、野丹参20份、红花20份、桃仁25份、天麻30份、川芎30份、西洋参25份、地龙25份、黄芪20份、水蛭25份、桂枝20份、鸡血藤25份、赤芍25份；
(2)将地龙、水蛭、天麻和三七混匀粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将野丹参、红花、桃仁、川芎、西洋参、黄芪、桂枝、鸡血藤和赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加细粉4倍重量的水，搅拌均匀，100℃下煎煮4.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)细粉和步骤(3)稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
实施例4
一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)称取以下重量份原料药：三七60份、野丹参20份、红花20份、桃仁20份、天麻25份、川芎30份、西洋参23份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭20份、桂枝15份、鸡血藤15份、赤芍20份；
(2)将地龙、水蛭、天麻和三七混匀粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将野丹参、红花、桃仁、川芎、西洋参、黄芪、桂枝、鸡血藤和赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加细粉4倍重量的水，搅拌均匀，100℃下煎煮4.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)细粉和步骤(3)稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
实施例5
一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)称取以下重量份原料药：三七50份、野丹参15份、红花15份、桃仁20份、天麻25份、川芎30份、西洋参23份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭20份、桂枝15份、鸡血藤15份、赤芍15份；
(2)将地龙、水蛭、天麻和三七混匀粉碎成细粉，备用；
(3)将野丹参、红花、桃仁、川芎、西洋参、黄芪、桂枝、鸡血藤和赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加细粉4倍重量的水，搅拌均匀，100℃下煎煮4.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)细粉和步骤(3)稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
应用例
将本发明实施例1制备的丸剂分别应用于冠心病、心绞痛、脑动脉粥样硬化、脑血栓、胸闷气短、高血脂、高血压各200名患者，每日服用本药，每日两次，每次3粒(每粒3g)，分别在1个疗程(7天)，观察病人治疗情况，结果如表1。
有效：气短，血栓等症状减轻或消失，活动不受限；无效：症状无明显改善。

由表1可见，本发明药物组合物对上述症状均有显著的疗效。

1.一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份原料药：三七40-60份、野丹参10-20份、红花10-20份、桃仁15-25份、天麻20-30份、川芎20-30份、西洋参20-25份、地龙15-25份、黄芪10-20份、水蛭15-25份、桂枝10-20份、鸡血藤15-25份、赤芍15-25份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份原料药：三七50-60份、野丹参15-20份、红花15-20份、桃仁20-25份、天麻25-30份、川芎25-30份、西洋参23-25份、地龙15-20份、黄芪15-20份、水蛭20-25份、桂枝10-15份、鸡血藤15-20份、赤芍20-25份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份原料药：三七50份、野丹参18份、红花20份、桃仁20份、天麻30份、川芎28份、西洋参25份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭25份、桂枝10份、鸡血藤20份、赤芍25份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，包括以下重量份原料药：三七60份、野丹参20份、红花20份、桃仁20份、天麻25份、川芎30份、西洋参23份、地龙15份、黄芪20份、水蛭20份、桂枝15份、鸡血藤15份、赤芍20份。
5.一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药制剂，其特征在于，由权利要求1-4任一项所述中药组合物原料药制备，所述中药制剂的剂型为胶囊剂、颗粒剂、散剂或丸剂。
6.一种治疗心脑血管疾病中药组合物的制备方法，其特征在于，具体包括以下步骤：
(1)按权利要求1-4任一所述中药组合物称取原料药；
(2)将所述地龙、所述水蛭、所述天麻和所述三七混匀粉碎成细粉；
(3)将所述野丹参、所述红花、所述桃仁、所述川芎、所述西洋参、所述黄芪、所述桂枝、所述鸡血藤和所述赤芍混匀粉碎成细粉，加水，搅拌均匀，90-100℃下煎煮2.5-4.5h后，过滤，得滤液，再减压浓缩成稠膏；
(4)取上述步骤(2)所述细粉和步骤(3)所述稠膏混匀后，加入辅料制成所述胶囊剂、所述颗粒剂、所述散剂或所述丸剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，步骤(2)所述细粉粒径≤40μm。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物，其特征在于，步骤(3)所述细粉粒径≤80μm，所述加水的重量为所述细粉重量的4-6倍。
9.权利要求1-4任一项所述的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药组合物在制备防治心脑血管疾病产品中的应用。
