Description

Medicine for preventing and treating hemorrhoids and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a medicine for preventing and treating hemorrhoids and application thereof.
Background
Hemorrhoids are a common disease in the anal area and are soft venous pockets formed by the dilatation and flexion of the submucosal plexus at the end of the rectum and the subclavian skin. The etiology and pathogenesis of the hemorrhoids are various, wherein the main cause of the hemorrhoids is long standing or long sitting, or long-time weight bearing walking, or long-term constipation, which affects pelvic cavity vein reflux, makes the blood flow in the pelvic cavity slow and corresponding organs congestion, causes hemorrhoid vein overfilling, vein wall tension reduction and further blood stasis expansion. A series of pathological changes of hemorrhoids can be induced by anatomical physiological defects and inducements such as improper diet, constipation, chronic diarrhea and dysentery, increased abdominal pressure during pregnancy, excessive sexual intercourse and no ejaculation.
Hemorrhoids are simply divided into three types according to the site of occurrence, (1) internal hemorrhoids, and the common symptoms are bleeding, prolapse, swelling, and pain. (2) External hemorrhoids usually have no special symptoms, and have swelling and pain when thrombosis and inflammation occur. (3) Mixed hemorrhoids are mainly characterized by the presence of both internal and external hemorrhoids. The common symptoms of patients with hemorrhoids include hematochezia, pain in defecation, and swelling and prolapse of anus and secretion flowing from anus when internal hemorrhoids are serious, so that skin around the anus is wet all the day, and eczema and pruritus of the anus are caused, and the life quality and physical and psychological health of the patients are seriously affected.
The common treatment methods of the western medicine for the hemorrhoids include operation treatment, ultralow temperature and ultrahigh temperature treatment, ligation and injection treatment and the like. The above treatments such as western medicine operation can rapidly eliminate focus and symptoms, but complications often occur, and postoperative recurrence is easy. The curative effect of ultra-low temperature and ultra-high temperature therapy is similar to that of surgical therapy, and the recurrence rate after treatment is high. The ligation and ligation often cause the local blood circulation of the anus to be blocked, and complications such as extravasated blood and edema, pain, difficult defecation and the like are easy to generate. The injection therapy is simple and convenient in clinical operation, but the precise selection of the injection part and the control of the dosage are difficult, and the excessive dosage control can cause tissue necrosis, heavy bleeding, serious infection and the like of the hand injection part. Although a plurality of treatment methods in traditional Chinese medicine comprise oral decoction, acupuncture and moxibustion, external application paste and the like, the traditional Chinese medicine has slow effect and is difficult to radically cure.
According to the characteristics and the defects of different traditional Chinese and western medicine therapies, an effective medicine for treating hemorrhoids, which has the advantages of quick response, obvious effect, stable drug effect, treatment of both symptoms and root causes and convenient treatment method, is found, and is an urgent clinical requirement at present.

Example 6:
for 9 cases of internal hemorrhoid patients, the hemorrhoid treatment (ointment) obtained in example 2 was applied by pushing the ointment into the anus, and the ointment was allowed to act directly on the internal hemorrhoid twice a day. Clinical symptoms of hemorrhoids were significantly improved in 9 patients within three days, wherein inflammatory exudation at the anal orifice and pruritus ani around the anus were observed in all of the 9 patients before treatment, and exudation and pruritus were substantially completely eliminated after three days. In 7 cases, the hematochezia is existed, and the hematochezia symptom is also obviously improved after 5 days of treatment by using the ointment. After 1-2 weeks of treatment with the ointment, symptoms such as anal and oral inflammatory exudation, pruritus ani, hemorrhage, pain, swelling, etc. basically disappear completely. The ointment can be used for 1-2 weeks to completely cure the disease. Five patients with internal anal prolapse had no hemorrhoid prolapse after two weeks of treatment.
Example 7:
Wu-Zhi, male 60 years old suffered from mixed hemorrhoids for more than 20 years, and the disease became serious in the early 2018. The anus has obvious inflammatory exudation, the skin around the anus has eczema-like appearance and is itchy, bleeding and the inside of the anus often appears with swelling and prolapse in defecation. The patient firstly takes the oral traditional Chinese medicine preparation containing the alexandrium vulgare active extract for treating the hemorrhoids orally, basically exudation, pruritus and hemorrhage disappear after one week, and the symptom of the prolapse of the tumor appearing in the anus completely disappears. Then, the hemorrhoid traditional Chinese medicine preparation (ointment) obtained in the embodiment 2 is used twice a day, after 2 weeks, the anus protrusion part (external hemorrhoid bulge) is found to be completely retracted and disappeared, and symptoms such as hematochezia, pain, swelling and the like are also completely disappeared, so that the hemorrhoid does not relapse until now (after 2 years).
Example 8:
according to the specific formula, a male with hemorrhoid at the age of 56 years old for more than 10 years is suffered, bleeding, swelling, exudation around the anus, pruritus and pain are difficult to endure each attack, and the hemorrhoid is recurred in 4 months in 2020, and the hemorrhoid is separated from the anus and cannot retract automatically. No obvious effect is seen by adopting various treatment schemes. After the hemorrhoid Chinese medicinal preparation (ointment) obtained in the embodiment 2 is used for treating the hemorrhoid for three days, the symptoms such as bleeding, pain, swelling, perianal exudation and the like are remarkably relieved for one week, and the prolapse of the internal anal tumor is completely disappeared. After about four weeks of treatment, the patient feels completely cured and recurs to the end.
Example 9:
a female, 36 years old, suffers from mixed hemorrhoid during pregnancy, and has been treated with the paste for about 6 years. In the meantime, bleeding and swelling of the anus, exudation around the anus, itching and pain are often observed during defecation. The hemorrhoids with skin covered on the surface can be seen or touched outside the anus, and can not be sent into the anus, and the anus feels foreign body and falls and rises. The disease recurs in 3 months in 2020, and symptoms such as anal bleeding, swelling, perianal exudation and pruritus are caused. When the anus is forcibly defecated, the hemorrhoids with tumors are separated from the anus and can not retract automatically, the wrinkled wall of the skin at the anal margin is protruded like a water bubble, and no obvious effect is seen after the anus is treated by various medicaments. The clinical symptoms of the hemorrhoids are found by taking the blue-cloth positive active part orally for a week: pain, bleeding, swelling, feeling of anal tenesmus, pruritus ani perianal exudation, etc. are all remarkably relieved. After the hemorrhoid traditional Chinese medicine preparation (ointment) obtained in the embodiment 2 is added for treating one week, the internal swelling in anus is completely removed during defecation, and other symptoms such as bleeding, pain, swelling, perianal exudation and the like are basically completely removed. After about six weeks of treatment, the patient feels completely cured, even the external hemorrhoid core covering the skin beside the anus retracts into the anus, and the external hemorrhoid core recurs at present.
