Abstract
本发明公开了一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:A、配置成膜助剂,B、配置防锈添加剂,C、称取脱水添加剂,D、称取抗氧化剂,E、成型:按重量分数称取上述备料成膜助剂6‑10份、防锈添加剂8‑12份、脱水添加剂2‑4份、抗氧化剂1‑2份以及矿物油75‑85份,将成膜助剂、防锈添加剂、脱水添加剂、抗氧化剂和矿物油放入搅拌釜内,加热至40‑50℃,搅拌40‑60分钟,至各组分充分分散溶解,取出后过滤杂质得成品。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:配置工艺简单易实施,成品使用效果好,长期有效。

技术领域
本发明涉及防锈油技术领域,具体是指一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法。
背景技术
随着现在国防、汽车制造等行业的迅速发展,对金属板材的需求量越来越大,对板材的表面质量要求也越来越高,因为如何防腐,降低成产、运输、贮存成本的损失是重中之重,目前,防止金属腐蚀的普遍做饭是将工件表面涂上一层防锈油。
目前传统的防锈油大多成分简单,在某种或者几个特定的方面性能不错,但是综合性能不良,尤其是防锈期端,但金属制品必要经过长期的贮存、运输和使用,长期有效的防锈油才能保证金属板材的高质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种配置工艺简单易实施,成品使用效果好,长期有效的一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、配置成膜助剂:按重量份称取原料十二烯基丁二酸7-9份、虫胶树脂1-2份、双硬脂酸铝4-5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-4份、乙二醇单乙醚0.1-0.2份、霍霍巴油0.15-0.25份;将双硬脂酸铝加热到75-85℃,加入丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,充分搅拌后降低温度为62-68℃,加入乙二醇单乙醚,500-600转/分搅拌分散5分钟,得预混料;将十二烯基丁二酸与虫胶树脂在80-100℃下混合,搅拌均匀后加入到预混料中,充分搅拌后,加入霍霍巴油,冷却至常温,即得所述成膜助剂;
B、配置防锈添加剂:以矿物油为溶剂,按重量分数称取羊毛脂镁皂1-3份、二壬基萘磺酸鋇3-5份、油酸三乙醇铵3-5份、石蜡1-3份,加热混合搅拌至全部溶解后继续即热30-40分钟,冷却备用;
C、称取脱水添加剂:石油醚;
D、称取抗氧化剂:苯二酚;
E、成型:按重量分数称取上述备料成膜助剂6-10份、防锈添加剂8-12份、脱水添加剂2-4份、抗氧化剂1-2份以及矿物油75-85份,将成膜助剂、防锈添加剂、脱水添加剂、抗氧化剂和矿物油放入搅拌釜内,加热至40-50℃,搅拌40-60分钟,至各组分充分分散溶解,取出后过滤杂质得成品。
作为改进,所述矿物油为机械油、液压油、灯用煤油中的一种或多种混合。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:添加脱水添加剂,具有脱水效果,简化金属板材浸油处理前期工艺;添加抗氧化剂,避免金属板材表面氧化,增加防锈油对金属板材的保护效果;可长期高效保持防锈效果;整体工艺步骤简单,生产加工制作方便。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、配置成膜助剂:按重量份称取原料十二烯基丁二酸8份、虫胶树脂1.5份、双硬脂酸铝3份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3.5份、乙二醇单乙醚0.15份、霍霍巴油0.2份;将双硬脂酸铝加热到80℃,加入丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,充分搅拌后降低温度为66℃,加入乙二醇单乙醚,550转/分搅拌分散5分钟,得预混料;将十二烯基丁二酸与虫胶树脂在90℃下混合,搅拌均匀后加入到预混料中,充分搅拌后,加入霍霍巴油,冷却至常温,即得所述成膜助剂;
B、配置防锈添加剂:以矿物油为溶剂,按重量分数称取羊毛脂镁皂2份、二壬基萘磺酸鋇4份、油酸三乙醇铵4份、石蜡2份,加热混合搅拌至全部溶解后继续即热35分钟,冷却备用;
C、称取脱水添加剂:石油醚;
D、称取抗氧化剂:苯二酚;
E、成型:按重量分数称取上述备料成膜助剂8份、防锈添加剂10份、脱水添加剂3份、抗氧化剂1.5份以及矿物油80份,所述矿物油为机械油和液压油各站50%比例混合,将成膜助剂、防锈添加剂、脱水添加剂、抗氧化剂和矿物油放入搅拌釜内,加热至45℃,搅拌50分钟,至各组分充分分散溶解,取出后过滤杂质得成品。
实施例二
一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、配置成膜助剂:按重量份称取原料十二烯基丁二酸7份、虫胶树脂1份、双硬脂酸铝4份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3份、乙二醇单乙醚0.1份、霍霍巴油0.15份;将双硬脂酸铝加热到75℃,加入丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,充分搅拌后降低温度为62℃,加入乙二醇单乙醚,500转/分搅拌分散5分钟,得预混料;将十二烯基丁二酸与虫胶树脂在80℃下混合,搅拌均匀后加入到预混料中,充分搅拌后,加入霍霍巴油,冷却至常温,即得所述成膜助剂;
B、配置防锈添加剂:以矿物油为溶剂,按重量分数称取羊毛脂镁皂1份、二壬基萘磺酸鋇3份、油酸三乙醇铵3份、石蜡1份,加热混合搅拌至全部溶解后继续即热30分钟,冷却备用;
C、称取脱水添加剂:石油醚;
D、称取抗氧化剂:苯二酚;
E、成型:按重量分数称取上述备料成膜助剂6份、防锈添加剂8份、脱水添加剂2份、抗氧化剂1份以及矿物油75份,所述矿物油为机械油,将成膜助剂、防锈添加剂、脱水添加剂、抗氧化剂和矿物油放入搅拌釜内,加热至40℃,搅拌40分钟,至各组分充分分散溶解,取出后过滤杂质得成品。
实施例三
一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、配置成膜助剂:按重量份称取原料十二烯基丁二酸9份、虫胶树脂2份、双硬脂酸铝5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯4份、乙二醇单乙醚0.2份、霍霍巴油0.25份;将双硬脂酸铝加热到85℃,加入丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,充分搅拌后降低温度为68℃,加入乙二醇单乙醚,600转/分搅拌分散5分钟,得预混料;将十二烯基丁二酸与虫胶树脂在100℃下混合,搅拌均匀后加入到预混料中,充分搅拌后,加入霍霍巴油,冷却至常温,即得所述成膜助剂;
B、配置防锈添加剂:以矿物油为溶剂,按重量分数称取羊毛脂镁皂3份、二壬基萘磺酸鋇5份、油酸三乙醇铵5份、石蜡3份,加热混合搅拌至全部溶解后继续即热40分钟,冷却备用;
C、称取脱水添加剂:石油醚;
D、称取抗氧化剂:苯二酚;
E、成型:按重量分数称取上述备料成膜助剂10份、防锈添加剂12份、脱水添加剂4份、抗氧化剂2份以及矿物油85份,所述矿物油为液压油,将成膜助剂、防锈添加剂、脱水添加剂、抗氧化剂和矿物油放入搅拌釜内,加热至50℃,搅拌60分钟,至各组分充分分散溶解,取出后过滤杂质得成品。

1.一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、配置成膜助剂:按重量份称取原料十二烯基丁二酸7-9份、虫胶树脂1-2份、双硬脂酸铝4-5份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3-4份、乙二醇单乙醚0.1-0.2份、霍霍巴油0.15-0.25份;将双硬脂酸铝加热到75-85℃,加入丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯,充分搅拌后降低温度为62-68℃,加入乙二醇单乙醚,500-600转/分搅拌分散5分钟,得预混料;将十二烯基丁二酸与虫胶树脂在80-100℃下混合,搅拌均匀后加入到预混料中,充分搅拌后,加入霍霍巴油,冷却至常温,即得所述成膜助剂;
B、配置防锈添加剂:以矿物油为溶剂,按重量分数称取羊毛脂镁皂1-3份、二壬基萘磺酸鋇3-5份、油酸三乙醇铵3-5份、石蜡1-3份,加热混合搅拌至全部溶解后继续即热30-40分钟,冷却备用;
C、称取脱水添加剂:石油醚;
D、称取抗氧化剂:苯二酚;
E、成型:按重量分数称取上述备料成膜助剂6-10份、防锈添加剂8-12份、脱水添加剂2-4份、抗氧化剂1-2份以及矿物油75-85份,将成膜助剂、防锈添加剂、脱水添加剂、抗氧化剂和矿物油放入搅拌釜内,加热至40-50℃,搅拌40-60分钟,至各组分充分分散溶解,取出后过滤杂质得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长期脱水防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述矿物油为机械油、液压油、灯用煤油中的一种或多种混合。
